The biggest I struggle with talking to new players, is they fall in love with the gameplay, the atmosphere, the overall concept of OTG, but have no idea the mountain they will have to climb and time they'll have to put in to just hang in normal casuals. Hopefully as we get more new players they'll start sorting experienced players into their own lobbies.

It is implemented right now partially. I started in September and am just now in the 700s for level. When I was lower level, on weekends, I would get sorted to the lower experience level lobby if there are multiple lobbies. I remember missing queue with my friends because they were all level 1,000, and I would be in a lobby with <100 players

Yea I solo que quite a bit to welcome noobies and gather feedback… They enjoy the games until a 3 stack of sweats come and destroy them. Then they watch me try to fight a 3 stack alone with cracked movement that I usually only win 35% of the time. (Pending who I’m up against). They soon realize how quick you got move and majority of them dip. 🥲😵💫
All in all. I truly believe players under lev 100 should stay in their own lobbies together. Get em hooked and used to the mechanics first before they jump in with the rest of us.

Yep I was saying this almost a year ago. Duplicate sorting and Alphabetic sorting. The new system is arguably worse than the old one too.
Before you could just put in M4 and click/unclick different categories. Now every time you switch it resets.
Also seperate tabs for emotes/combat DJ/character cosmetics would be nice.

For us, maybe just combine CBS and copper and only offer one ranked server. This would probably fill out the games a lot faster and with more real people. If you play long enough on a certain ping, even if it's bad you get used to it
