The further out you go, the less it lasts.

(tested these and died multiple times)
1 arm can still only save you for so long and still can't go that far out.
2 a bit longer and can go further out.
2 arms + grid shield or limb accelerator pack... you are pretty much invincible.

I personally don't mind the legendary limbs, but I think they need a massive update.
Like 1 arm only for starters can be worn at a time.
Ghost I think is fine as it is but needs a better counter - legendary recon should be able to 100% counter legendary ghost neutralizing it for the most part.

Something cool would be if you can attach two but the OP causes them to overload if you wear both for too long and do you damage.
(Possibly unrelatable reference warning) sort of like when Zoro uses his sword Enma it's OP but it draws out his energy.

Most important counter is probably custom lobbies and keeping them out of competition. Unless you let everyone compete in a legendary competition where everyone is on roids.

I thought about this a lot. I think custom lobbies solves for part of this.
If we want the game to be huge I think having legendary limbs in ranked makes sense.
New players need to "feel" that they can compete and have a chance, since there is a bit of a learning curve to this game, and they want to be able to rank up and not have to wait long to start doing this. For this, interesting new and acquirable meta is important, esp when it takes a while to get used to one head shot sniping.

If you look at game design and game theory, one thing that is proven to work is making early stages of a game easy, and then making subsequent stages more and more difficult. There is a cliff, and that cliff needs to have multiple way to get past it (as do subsequent cliffs). Otherwise people stop trying and stop playing if its too easy, or too difficult. We have the early games with the bots rn but it's still not a balanced progression - one they hit ranked, they need something else to help them win games and we have to cater to those people. Competitive players will not carry this or any game alone.

I think ranked should also be a much longer or a bit more difficult of a grind when the player base gets bigger, rn it doesn't matter so much imo.
