We tried to balance the difficulty so that it mostly doesn't diverge you from the main game plan and having teammates around just speed things up with some of the missions, but mostly it is indifferent. There are a few exceptions to this.

The fact that people can go and do their missions instead of playing in the team is a possibility though, but then the rest of the team could collapse on them.

I don’t think there is any point in us complaining about it. I’m not going looking for comments from months ago to prove what was said. I know what was said, or at least implied. I'd say 50-50, very hit and miss. But that is what I was going about: The missions mostly are in the nature of challenges, in particular things that you could already do naturally just by playing the game. Again there are exceptions to this, but none at all require your teammates and that is what we aimed for. During the design phase, it was always iterated to be: IT HAS TO BE SOLOABLE

That is a crazy percentage of luck for you. I have played over 2.5 k solo q games. Out of those, no more than five games involved, a conversation with other players. And no more than 10 games. Did the team even stick together.

I appreciate that the missions are able to be done solo. I am on mission three now, and for this one and the previous I have had to go off by myself all over the map. The only people who are doing it in a team, are organised teams of pro subscribers.

change servers. but it's the time of day. barely anyone playing.

always change servers if you can't get a match after 1 minute or so. 1 min = 5 min = 10 min no match. you either get a match right away or you are waiting for the next lobby of your skill tier on that server to end/restart.
