Yea I thought it was a good time to bring up what I mentioned earlier because the mods said the items weren’t in hexes but some people definitely have the tap 9 kagekira skin so I wanted to let the mods/ambassadors know that something weird is happening and that I wasted hundreds of purples trying to pull items that aren’t supposed to be obtainable. Also a lot of my hexes got sent into a void that didn’t return an item to my inventory today. I sent clips to the support team hopefully they get a fix for that asap. Not a good look.

uhm you didn't lose any hexes at least not in that clip after the ripper you had 1052 hexes you opened one and got the proton barrel so you should have been on 1051 but the game still showed 1052 that's why you didn't get an item when you tried to open another hex it just fixed the number and didn't give you an item go back and watch the other times this happened to you is it the same?

yea basically so you open a hex you get the item but the counter doesn't change so next time you went to open a hex the counter changed and it didn't give you an item
