It sacrifices movement utility for damage which is a big riske and highly directional. Its by far not as OP as people think you need setup to make them good and can be screwed if it dont go well. One of the reasons I use grapplehook with shield so im not out of pocket for mobility. It makes no sense to not stack bleed, they took adreno out the game to self stim for health which I dont agree with but if I use 100% of my leg limb charges for a kill it should stack in my opinion as cheesy as it would feel

0.5 emp on bouncebombers should be removed
Bleed should stack
Adreno for health regen should be brought back or make a adreno support limb (Use adreno for a heal AOE cloud for 30 seconds)
Skunk should apply persistent antiheal for 30 seconds refreshing until leaving cloud
Paralyzer should be 1 huge AOE pulse with longer emp effect and 1 shot small drones the persistant waves is too jarring
