BB need 0.5 emp removed and adreno needs adding back to stop bleed as a cleanse or a remove blade function to stop bleed that overrides the reload and then we gucci, cyber lancers is 150 plate damage and overtime 150 health its not strong without setup from gunfire and taking the math into account and using both charges exausts all movement for 1 potential kill so stacking that against hammerheads which is like 350 for a AOE for example its not that strong on its own.
