We heard your feedback on the Battle Pass progression and decided to make changes to ensure everyone has a better experience. As a result, we are extending the Battle Pass, giving you extra time to progress at your own pace. And that’s not all – it comes with more loot!
Over the next days, this extension will bring exciting new content in the Battle Pass and an additional Content Pack!
Starting this Friday, February 14ᵗʰ, the first page of a new section will unlock in the Battle Pass – giving access to the first items of the new Pacifist character set, an exclusive Inferno weapon skin, an Epic Tap 9 weapon and more.
Later this month, we will unlock additional pages in the Battle Pass revealing even more loot, including a NEW CYBERARM! Here’s a sneak peek:
The next OTG update is almost here, and it’s a big one! This update will bring the new Cyberarm, loads of improvements including movement and flying mechanics and a new type of in-game mission. The rusting silos, torn-down warehouses, crumbling towers and long-looted containers offer the perfect playground for high-flying jetpack action and endless opportunities for ambushes!
Welcome to the ultimate vertical battleground, the forgotten heart of Midtown Harbour.
Watch your six, there’s a new gang on the block. The Nuestros Diablos have set up shop in Midtown Harbour, and let’s just say they didn’t come for the scenery. If you’re gunning for extra loot and rare HEXes, you’ll have to go through them first.
The street gangs are still in their early phase, so expect some quirks — your feedback on their behaviour will be key as we refine the experience!
Cobra demanded for real muscle, the OTG Corp sent cut-rate cartel killers instead. And if you can’t beat the ombre – become one of them. Time to unleash your inner gangsta’!

Introducing OTG’s first-ever side mission: Combat DJ!
Hear that thumping base over the bullets and explosions? Well that must be one of the Combat DJ booths scattered throughout the island! Head to one of the highlighted Event locations, compete to control the DJ zone, and snag some sweet loot & XP for coming out on top!
Additionally, the leading team gets to control the tunes playing on the DJ booth! Zeroes will start with a default tune, can find more in HEXes and equip them in the Appearance tab.
Some of you Zeroes have guessed it correctly... behold a devastating new Cyberlimb: the MaxiGun. When that baby goes BRRRR, you better have a fresh pair of Roadrunners or you’ll end up Swiss’d!
This heavy cyberarm isn't built for finesse, but high firepower comes at a cost. Overuse it, and it might just leave you in the ditch at the worst possible time. Grab it now from the Battle Pass, through world loot, and randomly from cyberlimb HEXes held by the Nuestros Diablos!
Note: The HEX decoding chance for the MaxiGun, as well as world loot drop chance, has been temporarily boosted for the next few days. Have fun!
Two new pages in the latest section of the Battle Pass have now unlocked, time to start grinding challenges, Zeroes! This upgrade includes the MaxiGun, the additional elements of the new 'Pacifist' Character Set – and the OTG Pro Loyalty Reward: Inferno skin for the Kestrel Sniper.
We fine-tuned movement to feel smoother, snappier, and more intuitive—faster mantling, improved strafing, and a more responsive overall feel to keep up with high-speed gameplay. Every motion is designed to elevate your control and fluidity, making fast-paced engagements even more dynamic.
Jetpacks now offer greater altitude flexibility, giving you some more freedom in aerial maneuvers. But don’t get too comfortable, we’re introducing a brand-new overheat mechanic to keep balance and strategy in check.

We listened to your feedback carefully, and put priority on fixing some of the most pressing issues in the hours that followed the update. Now, we want to address additional key requests head-on through another update, live now. (see #otg-patch-notes)
That’s right – it’s finally happening! We heard you loud and clear on wanting to take up the challenge of OTG on your own. Solo Mode testing is on its way!
Solo Mode will be available on select days/times during a testing phase, with first sessions planned to start this weekend. We’ll communicate these times closer to Solo Mode testing going live.
This testing phase will be essential to monitor the game systems with split matchmaking queues. Depending on observations, Solo Mode will either be added as a permanent Game Mode or reconsidered.

We’re overhauling the entire Progression and Economy system with this update. This includes how you level up, earn rewards, including the precious HEXes you’re extracting each match.

Both the XP required for each level and all sources of Account XP have been increased and rebalanced. Make sure to let us know what you think of this new progression curve!
OmniHexes are added to the traditional HEXes found and extracted in-game. They can contain any type of item but guarantee a certain rarity. They come in four rarities:

Hey Zeroes,
We’ve got a fresh update landing in Off The Grid today. Alongside some Quality of Life weapon handling improvements, we’re introducing a new game mode into testing. Here’s what you can expect.
We’re excited to unveil a brand-new time-limited game mode: Deathmatch, available in testing throughout this weekend.
Also known as Free-For-All, Deathmatch pits Twenty Zeroes against each other in intense, fast-paced battles across compact arenas across Teardrop.
The goal is simple: be the first to reach 50 Eliminations. If no one hits the mark within 15 minutes of playtime, the player with the highest score takes the win.
Throughout the match, players can track their standing on the Scoreboard. Custom and Random Loadouts are available during the warm-up phase and throughout the match.

Get ready to amp up the mayhem, as we’re dropping a new Cyberlimb and a slick new Victory Screen with today’s update!
Starting today, Cyberlancers are available in ground loot and HEXes.
When activating Cyberlancers, you will launch at your enemies while unsheathing a lethal blade landing some nasty hits to the opponent and their armour. Hits cause enemies to bleed on impact, leaving a visible blood trail on the ground for several seconds.
We also worked on a fresh new Victory Screen. If you’re going to win, it should look the part. Now everyone on Teardrop and their mum will hear the thunder as you come out up top.

This event marks our biggest one yet!

The first Zero to find all 10 will get Serial Number #1 for you collectors out there. Yes, all done in game this time! No big discord raffle.
Lucky Zeroes will now find our Halloween-themed Hexes around the map. Extract them while you can for a chance at decoding a sweet sweet treat! For the unlucky Zeroes - don't worry, we got you. We've also added the ability to buy Halloween Hexes for GUN right from your main menu. Please note these purchases are only available on testnet and are limited to 2 Halloween Hexes per day.
Halloween Hexes include:
Basically televised seasonal depression. At planned times during the event, the burning fog will roll over Teardrop and transform it into Feardrop. New Jetpack trails, creepy sounds and huge pumpkin blimps haunt every corner of the Island.
We have 666 Sackrifice Masks to curse your inventories with this Halloween. Throughout the duration of October, we'll be hosting various Community Events to reward only the most dedicated killers out on Feardrop. Kicking off our first event right here in Voice Chat.
