I'm a bit confused why there's no possibility to delete users'accounts. Many asked before how to delete their account and there's still no option. Can you tell us the reason? As @finite dome already said you're unfortunately liable to prosecution if you don't have this option. Furthermore what I find really unsettling is in MyShell's Terms of Service under the paragraph Termination it says: "You [...] agree that ATP Lab Limited may [...] immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account [...]." Why do you even have Terms of Services when you don't have the technological possibilities to carry them out? Please correct me if my concerns are wrong but: if someone uses MyShell's chatbots for some "weird" or illegal content, you can't do anything?
