It probably means you swapped your shell coins to testnet tokens. This part was optional and there was a disclaimer/warning written there which you should have read before initiating the transaction. You only swap if you just want to get more test tokens added to the ones you claim free daily. The best thing to do is to use the token you've gotten for it on testnet and play around to earn more yields and etc via the testnet. That way, you might even come out with more earning or less 🤷🏻‍♂️.
