I don’t think decks and stakes need rebalancing for a balanced variant, they inherently keep to themselves and don’t pollute other ways of playing the game

well this can't scale now because it is too scalea can't detect the value rising. although it is odd that it shot down.

but the way scalae works is that it checks when a joker value rises then it activates
the chance of 500 is so small that scalea cannot detect it

I think a joker or a deck that lets the fool copy spectrals would be neat
i found a bug with the SUS joker. when you only have one card left in your hand when the round ends, the card stays on your screen after the round end. it returns to your hand the next time a blind is entered
it gets fixed when any booster pack is opened though, even with planet packs
i think the sus joker also crashes the game if you don't have any cards left in your hand at the end of the round

Try to use Sigil spectral card while in The Head boss blind (hearts suit debuffed).
The card was spawned by the Doodle M joker.
I think the idea of a Ouija mod that acts as a rank equivalent to Sigil was mentioned, but no one's picked up the concept yet. I could see Wraith being Joker stacking in a similar vein to how Incantation stacks consumables (which would probably be a good solution to keeping down the clutter and lag that tends to come with certain modded runs, if it could be done). Ectoplasm could be revival/preservation for old mods that aren't supported or being worked on anymore, though there'd probably need to be permission involved. As for the rest of the ???s I have no idea what they'd be used for at the moment.
Grim could be more ace-like ranks like Ouiga and Sigil, Deja Vu could maybe be stacking cards like Incantation, Hex could allow stacking of enhancements/seals/editions, and Medium could be more variants of consumables (like the DX Tarots mod)

Yes I am, and Shenanigans is actually one of the mods I'm using. I'm removing all the joker/deck mods currently.
Specifically it's shenanigans (and possibly othermod) that causes that. No other mods AFAIK, and cryptid being involved doesn't make a difference either.
So no need to remove your other mods unless you really want to for some reason

Ah random crashes can happen especially with older mods like Mika. I just kinda love when it ngl, though I also don't play Auth cryptid (which from what I can tell had its own instability problems)
Supposedly updating shenanigans should fix it, but I haven't tested that.

This is because clicking the chip many times overflows the stack.
Then selling hanged man and lovers are setting the RNG value to a very specific amount, however you then actually need to score 5120 to 6071 in order to write the three bits 101 to memory address 0x2M2M.
Then, three rerolls will, due to the 101 written at 0x2M2M, change Rayo joker's rarity to rare, and the previously set RNG value will make Rayo joker appear on the fifth reroll.

My random deck seems to be stuck in the same random sequence and bleeding out of the random deck into other decks
Now that's not very random is it
to unlock antimatter deck you must buy blank deck 10 times
once the Joker stake is finally added, are we supposed to fear the people who have beaten blank deck/the very fair decks on it-
given the sheer number of debuffs beating it on any deck that isn't meant to be absurdly op would be impressive
