also i don't see how the red seal part of klein blue is particularly helpful to the joker specifically, it's just good for the sake of good. kind of a similar issue to a lot of ascensio jokers, it's certainly better but it loses some cohesion and identity in the translation if that makes sense

I think this might be insanely punishing, though I guess discarding and deckfixing are outs. But halving mult is a pretty noticable punishment. Also, I know I've gotten feedback on spellcasting that it kinda sucks to have to keep reordering your hand, and I suspect something like this might end up being annoying for a similar reason, as you basically always want to move this to be the leftmost held card

I think a harsh effect works best if there's no hassle in being made aware of it. If it's in your deck knowingly and continuously announcing itself, its your fault for not playing around it, but if it is only reminding you when you hover over it, and you need to move it each time, forgetting to play around it feels a lot more like a gotcha
