so: joker is removed and removes exponent from the stack (the current operator is still ^^, that is still at the top of the stack)
so: joker B is removed and removes ^^ from the stack (the current operator is now multiply)

I noticed theres a lack of stuff that are beneficial to the player when a probability fails, in vanilla of course (Only glass cards to an extent and the wheel), and even in modding; heck a whole category of Jokers in Entropy exist to increase or modify probabilities;
Woo all 1s from Ortalab used to be like that until it got reworked

For instance, a good portion of my Jokers rely on X in Y chance to not do [beneficial effect], along with a Joker that sets probabilities to 0; there's also D-16 which gains Xmult when a probability (any probability) fails and ||Megatron, a secret joker that gives X1.75 Mult per failed probability, but punishes successful probabilities severely||

(specifically i ideally need to know the earliest possible crash and colour)

i believe it is blue
