Your lovely says it's v0.7.1 which is the latest and the version (most) mod devs use and test for. It might be an issue with 2 or 3 mods, you'll have to keep taking them out until it no longer crashes

If you make a copy of Balatro.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Balatro and name it something like Balatro_but_different.exe, then that will use an entirely separate save directory in %AppData%\Balatro_but_different\ and you can install different mods and keep different profiles. You'll just have to start it manually instead of through Steam
