There's not really a huge amount more too it than that, it's a natural pivot from the "level 1" gameplan of pairs, it has some bosses it's weak too but it's not as bad as other jokers (only killing some xMult isn't as bad as if it's what your +Mult is relying on) and it's reasonably quick to get to a reasonable point
