Until then, with my limited options I might do several battery drain, after a fresh phone restart, measuring the time needed to drain from 100% to 40%:
-Main screen alone idle
-Main screen + collection panel opened idle
-Ingame shop with jokers, cards, packs + vouchers (they have extra transparent texture for the shiny effect by default)
-Ingame shop without any jokers, etc. on screen
-Ingame round in similar fashion.
If I see a measureable difference in battery drain, that is a tell. Especially if I get the same result when repeating the sub-tests. For now I can't come up with anything better on top of my head to find the sand between the gears.

Checking the game code and maybe I'm wrong by the dunning-krueger effect, but I think the CRT (+bloom) effect is called every frame render, the following notification suggests:

I'd just make a transparent, one time rendered full screen image overlay as the "CRT" effect, only needs to re-render it after the Settings of that changes, and one time instead of drawing those lines every frame.
As I mentioned, I might be wrong about how the code is implied, but the notification only makes sense if it's done by every frame.
