Bloodstone is BAD. we know this. That is BECAUSE it activates half the time, it's inconsistency incarnate. 1 in 2. Every other time, on AVERAGE.
Chicot activates only for a third of all blinds. 1 in 3. A THIRD OF THE TIME. Would you use a mr bones that has a 1 in 3 chance of activating? how about luchador? see the issue? Chicot is by far the worst legendary, and not even better than most uncommons!!!
