If the total of Chips is superior to Mult, subtract the 10% of total Chips and add the subtracted value to the Mult and raise it to ^2.
The same process happens but inverted if the total of Mult is superior to Chips.

it has no impact on the score at the moment of painted chips triggering (because 2 * 0.5 = 1), but if you put it before any +mult sources, then that +mult becomes more powerful
lemme type an example real quick
