Azula gets too much hate and like I genuinely don't understand it. She's always framed as an irredeemable pure evil character that never should exist. But also she's 14? She's killed less people than Iroh? She's younger and less mature than Zuko? She was basically groomed by her father and to a lesser extent Zhao to be a second incarnation of her father? Like yeah her defeat was very important both to herself and Zuko, but like Zuko just left her in jail? And a large chunk of the community just deems her incapable/undeserving of redemption?

Characters are complicated. A confused mentally unwell child shouldn't be the epitome of everything wrong with the world

Yeah no I absolutely understand why Zuko did what he did. What I'm confused about was no one trying to help her after the fact, and the larger community seeing her as unchangeable evil

Despite a key component of the show being the capacity for change in people and that they deserve more than one chance. Even Ozai got a second chance when his bending was removed, because that enabled him to view the world differently

A valid reason to not like Korra is the side cast being worse than ATLA, having a disjointed narrative, Korra's character evolution going backwards to some people, and controversial lore changes/additions. But that stuff is almost never talked about, instead it's always "Korra's a Mary Sue" or "Korra is different from Aang on a personal level and I dislike it" or "Korra has flaws and I don't like those flaws" and a lot of other stuff I can't repeat here

1- Halberd (coolest looking by far, and has the most effectiveness. it can stab like a spear, hook/slash like a scythe, and can bludgeon/slash with the axe end. granted what classifies a specific polearm is muddy, but 90% of the time its halberd no contest)
