But if it's minor after 5 months then i guess you can clean the parts that are most vulnerable to the dust like the top of the gpu it's fans on the bottom, the fans on the front and especially the fans on the back. For cleaning people usually use compressed air cans or specialised air blowers for easy cleaning (DON'T use hairdryers).
