Out on national waters close to the goblinoid island of Jinguan Hushuan and Jinguan Taipei. A strange, metal vessel emerges from out of no where, spotted by a local fisheries, the authorities on each side arrive due to the peculiar nature of it being in one part Taipei waters and one part Jinguan waters.

Due to negotiations and loopholes, both sides sends their specialist to go onto the ship and discover what it holds and where it came from. Hopefully without the hatred of each side boiling over into infighting.

Which is what you are, Either you care or not about the political ideology of you co-workers you are with. You will have to work with each other to uncover something that is beyond explanation. What is on that ship...
