and overall I think you can get away with a lot of stuff on early cruciballs especially
for centered synergies each characters do only have like 3 but there's tons of varieties in runs considering 1. not everything has to be a full synergetic build (true for a lot of rougelikes, including balatro) 2. building around all the relics and their synergies with each other is also a huge part and opens up a lot

maybe on higher cruciballs it can get a bit restrictive simply cause it's hard, fair bit harder than black deck gold imo for reference, but variety wise for now I've been liking it a lot still
