using/obtaining tarot cards as much as possible so you can manipulate your deck to make stronger hands more probable to be drawn

an easy example is turning all your cards into one suit so you can consistently play flushes

cutting cards (hung man) is a strong tactic as it makes your deck smaller, so you are more likely to draw your enhanced cards

Don't be afraid to spend all of your money after each round. Get tarot cards and make it so even if your jokers aren't fantastic, your cards are getting the mult and chips you need.
