I doubt it would be very useful to study balatro strategy in a library format, imo you get the most out of exploring the game for yourself, whether that be analyzing your own runs as you play or watching others play

there are countless combinations and instances of "which decision is better? a or b?". Should I pivot to this hand or keep focusing on the one I have already? Should I take this value joker over this scoring joker? Should I take this card or will it dilute my deck? Should I prepare for this particular boss if it shows up?

there's so many factors and considerations that I would doubt if a universal strategy source exists, much less encompass enough detail. I say learn as you play and watch- pick up on patterns that work and those that don't, and I think you'll be well on your way

getting an extra 4x would result in a much higher number than adding 16 mult after most of the xmults have already gone off, and then only multiplying that by 2

you've balanced xmult instances as much as possible with retriggers for maximal scoring
