Ideally you would get a throwback early on and that makes it much easier, so you could restart for an uncommon skip tag until you get it, or you could get Stuntman (the Joker you unlock from the 100 million score) and use Plasma deck. It gives an insane headstart on that, and with white stake, shouldn't be too difficult to force
