City Run doesn't feel like it gives enough tickets. I enjoy it, but the amount of effort I put in for only 100 tickets was not it.

I can't play city run for very long bc if I do and then look away from the screen again my living room will probably have turned into a side scroller as well :') (I haven't played it long enough to actually get the full experience of that with this game specifically, but I've had it happen with another fast moving game where the background scrolled past vertically and everything was moving for a while afterwards with that game. this game feels like it would have the same effect on me tbh)

also the timing for the jumps is really tricky so I usually don't survive long enough anyway but still (and yes the payout is.... a bummer)

It might be that the calculations might have been messed up when they let people get character boxes at 20. It might have accidentally calculated Friendship XP based on the amount of return gifts (1, with a box) instead of what the gift was actually worth.
I checked the pixel differences between 1 heart, 2 heart, and 3 heart gifts, and they were all ~2 pixels of growth, and (at least on the character info page) pixels are relative to Friendship XP changes.

Also, in other words, even if you are trying to level Usahana before the fix, you only need to bother with 1-heart gifts (past level 20) unless you're trying to get her hat.

they can be purchased every day from the cafe. as you do more orders, more are available for you to buy. The highest limit is 30/day at 1000 orders

you can turn down orders for tea from the cafe with no consequences though

I have the same issue. When I change the outside decoration to the tropical one, the cafe remains empty while I still fill orders. I changed it back to the celebration decor that I received after a quest and all the customers resumed sitting in the cafe and outside on the chairs as well.

Our city town experience right now has slowed to doing some cafe requests every so often, grinding tickets for usahana furniture, and scavenging for last music cds. I think we're at the last bit of the content for it now.
