I'm so sad. I have yet to see it rain or starfall in the DLC area and I am short 1 opal and 3 diamonds before I can make those wands. I used a lucky star and it didn't give me much more than normal.

hey yall i was wondering if anyone had any tips as to how to navigate tier 3, love the expansion but it kinda sucks that basically every critter wand takes 50 fd and as soon as you get one the next one is need to acc get to the top and theres only so much to explore and progress, kinda stuck in a limbo bc i finally saved enough to make flubby and fowl wands but now i need to make a flider one and then one more after that based on the map zoom in 😭😭 i explored and found some chests but idk what else to do past that since i need to get to friendship level 25 too, am i missing something??

The Cogimyon minigame has a chance of giving out opals (not sure about diamonds since i haven't seen one pop up yet but that doessn't mean it isn't there), but it's rare. I've heard people say you can use a lucky star to help but I don't have access to that yet so can't confirm or deny there

Has anyone experimented with the find ebi fry difficulties and more chance of spawning rare gemstones? I’m still day 2 and used a ridiculous amount of tickets mostly on hard mode and got x1 diamond and x1 opal. Nothing from easy or medium yet. And yes, I’d assume the chances are higher for hard mode but I wanted to check with you lot! :)

I think I'm running into a glitch during the Critter Queen quest. ||I've crafted a critter wand and transformed, but when I talk to kerropi, Kuromi just tells me to try turning into a critter. I tried going somewhere else on the map, and even closing and restarting the game, but the same thing is happening. I'm not sure if I'm missing something, or if this is a glitch. Any help would be appreciated ||

basically i think ||there are some gemstone patterns inscribed somewhere that have spinels and the crescent shaped ones and ovals/opals in the pattern, but the bell puzzle doesn't have inputs for those. so I think those chalk drawings with " = " tell you what to replace those gems with when you're inputting the puzzle. but that's all speculation on my part. I haven't found a puzzle with non-standard gems yet.||

If it’s dark blue it’s tanzanite. If it’s a vibrant blue it’s sapphire, if it’s pale it’s either quartz or diamond. It usually shows the shape of the gem on the force field

It's really rng but what I did was have Kiki and Lala with me while I played the mini games. Everytime a weather event would start if it wasn't rain in WW I would log to the main menu and log back in so the weather event would end and wait until the next one. Just rinse and repeat until rain in WW. It seems like a lot to do it that way but it's quicker than just waiting on the weather to start and stop on its own, especially with Kiki and Lala.

the reward for fixing them are ||diamonds and opals|| but you don’t need either to repair the lamps with gemmies and get the reward, you just need some critter wands (you can light the ones that need the reward later, the reward is given just for repairing)

I watched a video about of one of Chelsea’s interview and the hard thing is people want more different weather events especially with adding new areas but the more we add especially since it’s not region specific the more likely it is to not spawn always because it’s randomly generated so it’s just about catching it

a good solution would be to make a quest line that allows you to choose a region that will get the next weather that is forecasted guarantied or make it so only one region will get any weather for the day.
