you need to make a flockadoodler critter wand then stand on the flockadoodler stained glass here while being a flockadoodler! it'll teleport you to the next level where you repeat the same process of making a critter wand and standing on stained glass with other critters!! @limpid seal @steel fable

I have the || fluffny flourflap flowl flockadoodler and flirby wands and I just got to the level of the flirby jump and caught the fliders - should I make the flider wand right away or are there other critters on this level too that I should catch/make into wands first? ||

The other critters are on the higher tiers, so you should just make them as you get to a new level at this point. I am at the point you are as well but I cannot tell if that is a Flider or Flouster stained glass for the next area.

If you can’t find them, try using the rain stone and see if you get lucky, or use the twins since they decrease the time in between weather events

In my experience, flubbies don’t spawn that quickly, usually only one at a time, and often under a sandbank. 🙂 My strategy ended up being running around until I heard one squawk in alarm, and then chase after the squawk (since the question mark and then exclamation point pop up above the scenery that’s masking the flubby). It took a while — I should’ve called Keroppi — but I got eleven of them before bailing. YMMV.

There is… go here and use Pom, Cinna and a thermal potion than float to the edge of the big island and climb up. It’s tricky and took me a bunch of times to get it. Also, if you look up the user foxo in the WW channel you can find their videos on this.

Is that where people were jumping from? I just went from underneath. You can do it with just a thermal potion + Pompompurin, if he has his max jump, though I would recommend a stamina recharge potion for the climb and using a controller.

umm i would just wait on an edge until one came kinda near me and spam the wand until the bubble caught it. i also had kuromi equipped so it was easier to fly to them once they were caught in the bubble… it can be tricky though good luck !!

once you finish the series of quests that start with "A Clue on the Shore" you unlock weather stones that allow you to activate each type of weather event once a week, but it will activate at random in any region that weather can occur so it doesn't always activate somewhere you want it to be.

It's pretty normal. I caught around 60 when I got starfall. Could have gotten more, but I stopped with a few minutes left.

How do you all catch the Flovern? I have used the Aquafier and it always rains somewhere other than Wheatflour Wonderland.
Same issue wirh the Flooper Balooper - does it have to be Starfall AND nighttime?

It doesn't. Starfall can only start at night, but the weather event needs to be ready to trigger first. It is 20-40 minutes between weather events without Kiki & Lala.

The only things you can do at all to increase your chances of it happening are to activate the weather machines (once a week) and hope it happens in the biome you want, and to have Kiki and Lala be your companions (if you’re that far along) so they will make weather happen more often. Or you could have other people gift the critters to you in multiplayer so you can craft their wands and then relax until the weather happens naturally in your game so you can catch some yourself.
