You don’t need to give good gifts if they’re maxed. The boxes all give the same amount based on size.

If you want the dye in the boxes you just need 2 heart presents. If not a one heart will work

An example of it in HKIA is when you obtain an clothing item from the Daily Log-ins. When you obtain it a piece of the code is changed to make it appear at the Event Stand to tell the game you got it. If that was the problem, it would of appeared when we got it through the mail.

That is a circlet, not an eyepatch.

The circlet is listed in the upcoming daily gifts. Some of the other items (left image) are listed in the past events clothing tab. It is frequent for event clothing items to initially be only available through daily gifts. After you receive them they become available to purchase more. Some of the Halloween clothing becomes available year-round through Tuxedosam’s shop.

very minor spoiler i guess for kuromis's bday quest:|| i just had an annoying visual glitch with the costumes. while running around talking to everyone, they were supposed to change costumes according to the dialogue, but they all stayed in the costumes i had asked them to wear. then, when the quest was over, they changed into their default outfits. minor inconvenience, but still annoyed. 🤦‍♀️ ||

If you're referring to the leaves for the Days of Plenty event, you'll be able to get them by running through the pile of leaves you'll see scattered throughout Seaside Resort. There should be five piles of leaves that give you three each. You'll also get one leaf each for completing the daily requests you get from visitors

It looks like you don't have a platform role. You will want to choose one from the id:customize menu so you can see platform-specific channels and then get a multiplayer role to unlock your platform’s multiplayer channels, since there is no cross-play.
Clothing is only giftable after raising your friendship level together with the other player for around 12 weeks.

Sunblink can't really patch events in progress, given the limitations for some platforms (like Nintendo taking a couple weeks for patch approval). That's why they have been correcting event issues by sending out Sunblink Mail instead. (I don't know anything about their plans regarding the clothes bug, but, if/when they do something about it, a Sunblink Mail for it is a lot more likely than a hotfix.)

The usual support person hasn't really posted in Discord since the event started besides posting the weekly cabin challenge. We don't know their work schedule, but it could be the usual person to handle Discord bug reports has been away for the week.

I know people want to know what will be done, but please try to be patient and give them time. The event does last until the 18th, and the devs aren't in office over the weekend. It could also be that a federal holiday might impact schedules this week; Veteran's Day is Tuesday in the United States.

That was the earliest Sunblink could get a patch through because they had something for Switch 2 getting approval already. Unfortunately, that meant they had to wait on getting the patch with fixes approved because of how Nintendo's process works.

I do think that the older items should be event currency but if they are then the amount of additional items needs to go down. the people hit the most with those costs are the newer players

We all feel respect but getting events with missing items it's disappointing us. If Sunblink doesn't have enough people to work on game they shouldn't released game at so many platforms. More work make them more overwhelmed and I think they not handle responsibility like that. In my opinion also they only tested game without bugs on AA because it's most important for them the other platform's they don't care so much so events going through without testing and that's why it's getting worse with every events. They should get lesson for future because the game will losing popularity!

That mail from Sunblink looks like the normal one we get every event, I think it’s pre-made before the event starts 🤔 when they have sent out extra things in the past, we usually received more than one mail near the end of the event.
