Having trouble Trick-or-Treating?

Try This

1. Is it Night 🌛
2. Change your outfit. It can be from the event or anything with the Tag. (other costume items may also work)
3. Talk to the characters - choose the trick or treat dialog option

You can do this 3x per day for currency - after that you will get "trick" items from everyone else. You CAN trick or treat with everyone, including visitors.

it's also hard to give a set amount because we don't know how many colors there are of this year's clothes

from this point forward most events will be on their third year (except interlude of dreams and days of plenty)

I love the trick or treating dialogue, Tophat just said “You say trick, I say stick!” And gave me a stick.

Once you're more advanced and have the furniture, it's useful to put beds in cabins all over for this purpose. Calling Peckle means having to call back the companions you want to be with once the time is changed; often it's faster to pop into a cabin and change the time.

• All platforms will be getting Feather Wings through dev mail.
  Side note: dev mails have to go through a process of being written, translated, and so on before being sent out. These probably won't be sent out right away, but they are going to happen.

I think part 2 has only been out a couple days. I think it's just a visual bug where the game is checking off items from the part 1 on the part 2 as well. So like day 8 on part 1 is the same as day 8 on part 2 so it just checked it off there, same with day 5. It doesn't actually skip days, so day 1-3 are continuous on part two and tomorrow will be day 4

Future, unclaimed daily rewards can get checked off visually if you have claimed an identical reward from another daily rewards calendar. You will still get all daily rewards in their normal order, including the ones with the bugged checkmarks.

It would be nice to have a locked channel where only mods/devs can post officially known bugs that have been confirmed and vetted through the player posted bug channels.
Or even a bug announcement channel where bugs are updated in real time, this way players can reference which bugs were actually logged by the devs and we can rest assured instead of getting duplicate bug threads.
It's quite hard to keep up and determine which bugs are real and which are not unless you read every single thread in the bug channel.

Search works pretty well in that channel; I use it a lot when people post bugs and I can remember having read something similar before and want to refer the new person to the earlier discussion.

I like your idea, but in practice I don't know how many people would bother to check that place before posting their own report.

It's more so logging known issues in a comprehensive thread so that players know which issues have been acknowledged by the devs instead of us all wondering and asking each other. I don’t work for Sunblink, and I’m deeply sad about the bowblossoms, but I want to give a gentle reminder to everybody here- the folks who build this game are just humans trying to make a cute, fun game who have the same passion for Sanrio that everybody here does. Nobody working on this launch is happy to find out that users are experiencing frustrations after all of the testing they do, but things will always be missed and it’s nearly impossible for a flawless release. I saw a comment saying that this was the “X# botched release in a row”, and I’d love for us to take a moment to appreciate the cut scene, and dialogue, and cute new furniture, and all of the wonderful things that worked perfectly in this launch 💖

It has long been my observation that QA here is not as robust as it should be. The way they redid this event is depressing, I love the sci-fi theme but thought they would have done something keeping with the bubble and hello Kitty theme and do maybe a through the years type of event or something other than completely change it and make it last half the amount of time it did last year!

For those who are also missing event flowers (Bowblossoms), the best procedure is to report any bug and include your log code. Since my Bowblossoms from last year did not propagate overnight anywhere except the hothouse, I added a new bug thread to let them know it is a wider problem.

I think that would be a good answer for those who are stressed about limited flower breeding windows--feels like it should be a more relaxed activity across the board, so bringing the exceptions of the extremophiles into the greenhouse, or their own similar thing, would help!

On the whole, it's not even 8 AM in Mountain time. I get the frustration, and as a completionist myself I'd love to hear assurance we'll be able to get enough Cantgetium and Bubbles to do everything in this short event, especially for us non-AA folks who couldn't do the initial 50th Anniversary event. But let's be patient. Trust that they're aware and going to do what they can to fix the situation and make it right.

There was a cap at first, but it was removed. (There also used to be a cap on legendary clothing items, too, limiting them to 1 per account.) The reason that Apple Arcade players might be negatively impacted by the cap is that the items were previously tradeable in multiplayer, so some Arcade players traded them away and maybe planned to get more when the event returned.

Usually it has to do with duration vs importance. Our primary events are usually about 5 weeks long and cover broader themes whereas our secondary events are shorter (1-2 weeks) and a bit more specific. Last year, though, HK's 50th was technically secondary since it overlapped with two primaries, and we can't have primaries going at the same time.

no, you're supposed to be getting 3 from both. this may be a bug, as i saw someone mention the same problem yesterday. you might want to search through the bug log and see if they reported it, and if not you may want to log it for the devs.

Also, be sure to double-check your inventory for how much currency you actually have — at first, I thought I was only getting two, but I didn't realize I was getting one just as I jumped onto the pad.

I know other people have said they haven’t received today’s currency. There were also a few people showing problems with Tuxedo Sam’s dye and even the craft bench. It’s not just you there’s clearly a bug/glitch concerning it. Sorry that’s not very helpful but at least not just you and hope it gets fixed soon!

The hologram effect uses this the same kind of transparency shaders that Top Hat uses, which got glitched up after last updoot.
They're really flickery, and tend to pick up after images or blur into other textures 😮‍💨
It wouldn't surprise me if photosensitive people could get migraines from the flashing between the very pale blue of holograms and the pitch dark of the glitch, esp playing on TV

Probably misunderstood. City Town spoilers: ||Most cafe recipes are pretty flexible with adding ingredients, like how you can pick compatible flowers for the creation station. But, Bubbles aren't compatible with the basic recipes; the 50th recipes are separate, since otherwise they would just be a recolored basic recipe instead of being a unique item.||

Not at the Event Stand, I checked. The only word of mail coming is the correct currency.

All past currencies are still in the game and that mail proves it. My guess is so that they can call back to the old currency for future events, like Sunscreen from the Sunshine Celebration and Summer's End Event.
