KDE? Well I got KDE on Arch and transparency is fine with Blur in Effects in Settings. But given I like blur a lot, I notice myself using Windows more because blur is the best on it; KDE blur is not proper, like your context menus will not get blur.

I think I did that because the toolbar at top had a different background on top of the default window. and also this was after many attempts to get it dynamic themed even trying to add a tint above the window frame so it's a bit messed up
