Currently Firefly Video is limited to 5 seconds, so this multi-shot will have to be done in a series of generations. You can export the final frame of each and upload it as a reference to begin the next 5 second generation to help with consistency.

I've seen suggestions of using up to 175 words per prompt, so you may be able to combine that with the reference image to get closer to what you have in mind. Good luck and feel free to share what you make!

What happens when you press generate?

Do you have a firefly subscription? This is needed for the video features. If you’re on a school/teams account your admin might have to approve use.

You can also try using icognito mode, as some browser plugins could interfere. If you’re on windows you can try resetting firewall settings.

If you don’t have a firefly video account, I think you just get 2 trial video generations a month or something. Those 1000 credits might just be your default “regular firefly” credits that are only consumed by image generation. (As far as I know)

Hey guys, I am new and I need help installing oldest versions for premiere pro, my device can't run the versions adobe is offering current time, it's not about my pc can't run, but rather that it's low end and I am facing a lot of bugs and issues making it difficult to edit, I purchased the adobe cc but it's useless until I run and use the older versions

For generative fill to photoshop there is upscale function. As for outputs from Firefly on the web, fast mode has it's upscaler while if needing you may relay on super zoom or enhance

It's decent but its pricey. Also, its better if you have decent computer. Even with good GPU support, it can take time to do the "creative" upscales. Given the cost and system requirements, its probably not a great solution for everyone. Just throwing that out there.

yeah this might be the reason. The details of the filters aren't released, and it's often the generated results thats blocked not the input itself.

There is demo ground for which you do not have to subscribe but create an account and log to https://firefly.adobe.com/generate. You can expand using generative expand for the character, although it's pixel art seemingly so I am unsure to which degree it will keep the style consistent. As for the first, you could try with Generative feel also, using the prompt to support it

This is one of those; adapt, overcome situations. Not much we can do about the browser issue in specific, except marking it as a potential bug. Copy link should help you translate some of your work to other browser. Most efficient? No, would it do as a work around -think so.

If you may confirm if it's only Firefly that is stuck with a downloads to your browser or it's general.

Firefly team had revealed some new and exciting expansions of feature but it's still far from creating functional visual identity just through a prompt. You can use Firefly (and sign up for Firefly boards) to brainstorm your ideas and create moodboards. You can use text to vector to see if able to produce something alike what you envisioned but further you'd need to step to a Illustrator and design main and complementary asests, build your pallet etc.

Sort of hard to know what exactly you're trying to do, with neo you can use firefly in the app, this is just quickly typing in the text, rotating it, and generating, but you could also import it as an svg. Ultimately it's up to you to determine what works best, but if the photoshop method you're following isn't yielding the results you want, i'd probably explore some of the alternatives suggested here.

This might be to the different seeds used, you get a new seed for example when you open a new tab. If you scroll to the bottom of the settings you can adjust the lighting.

@lean quiver First: Do not use Firefly for text. Add text after using any other app. You will never get a finished "Hero Shot" from Firefly that way.

I wanted to ask is there a way that you can specifically instruct the tool to make micro adjustments to the image with text? For example, if I told it I wanted a hand or paw in an image to be rotated by a certain number of degrees clockwise?

Think of it this way, all credits are in one bucket. But unless you have a plan that has Firefly premium features enabled, you cannot use your credits for Firefly premium services.

The New CC plan is a PRO plan and therefore you have access to Firefly premium features with it. If you are in the U.S. then at the moment your "regular" all apps plan acts like the PRO plan. In a few months it will turn into PRO officially and cost a bit more. You have to opt out if you do not want your plan to become a CC PRO plan.

i only subbed to the Firefly Pro about 6 days ago tbh on top of my Adobe Creative Cloud all apps and Substance subscription. I did use quite a bit of the tokens because i experimented with the video models more than i did with the Firefly image 4 Ultra image model or non-Adobe image models.

so far i like all of this and tbh im more excited about Boards that i got access to and to generative fill and expand getting updated

also since i have a subscription to ChatGPT and free access to Imagen 3 via free Google Gemini i dont worry too much about tokens but it comes in very handy to have these models natively integrated into Adobe ecosystem

it's nothing wrong with the words, i don't see any words that stand out as being censored, but the phrasing of the prompt is likely generating images that may be being censored, as you can see I didn't have any issues running it, but your actual image results might have been censored for some reason, for being inappropriate in some way

Also you can use Audition to clean up audio if you have a sample of the noice you wanna remove (typically buzzing thats along the whole clip).

Yeah...used it briefly...not giving me exactly what I want: more AI automatic pilot to clean up too much background noise: wind...heavy equiment...lawn mowers, etc. Working on setting up an -- AI focused , controlled -- "assembly line " process of cleaning up audio, color correction and white balance problems from some of my staff using old equipment in noisy environments where, because of time problems...they shoot in more of a run and gun guerilla type of mode. It's mostly small stuff -- 5 to 30 minute pieces...but I want to crank the stuff out in a more polished version with this small content...so i can spend more of my time on bigger projects -- 60 min. to 120 minute docs -- using latest versions of DA VINCI STUDIO...FINAL CUT PRO...ADOBE PREMIERE PRO ( and rest of creative suite adobe package). I work for state of Californi...so I have the 2020 MAC PRO TOWER and DELL PC monster for mt 2 different edit stations...so...no problem with the hardware.

Don't you need just a filter with Photoshop and not a creation...
Otherwise I would make two layers, one only with the guy, other one with dolphin. Generate vintage style with ai as you want to do it with ai. Then cut/past of the guy on the dolphin. Then generate again with a complete prompt guided by chatgpt or other to get what you want. It's gambling, you have to generate several times. Result are different from Photoshop or firefly, it's hell but sometimes it's so good result. Good luck

Hello, does anyone know WHY firefly 4 is making absolutely insane results for prompt to image in Firefly online when I add a composition + a style reference. It mostly uses the style reference as a kind of background. So it can make a human subject from the composition with another one if the style ref has human in the picture. The result is way far from the prompt, even if I change the strength of the style.

Two basic ways. 1) start with an image of you and use generative fill to add the animal to the image. You might need to use generative extend if the photo you use does not have enough space for the animal. Or, 2) use text to image to create an image of the animal and then add yourself to that image from a photo of yourself either in Photoshop or Adobe Express.

anyone help me, back then, I was able to create 3D logo blocks with accurate composition from my company's logo using Firefly (like in image 2), but why is Firefly dumber now? It can't give me a properly composed logo like before — now it just outputs some weird stuff (image 1). What's going on?

I used to use Firefly to turn my logo into 3D about a year ago, and Firefly totally understood what I wanted — the output was top-notch, perfectly matched the composition and style references. But now, why has it gotten so bad?

Also, there used to be a feature for upscaling images, but now I don’t see it anymore.

@trail ocean Your prompt is confusing. Dark background? Use isolated black background. Don't ask for a logo and use the term realistic. Logos are not realistic. Simplify your prompt and be direct foe what you want. Also, Using model 4 Ultra will produce higher resolution. But for any logo, I would use vector. Not pixels. If you need to upscale, Ps, LrC, and ACR has those features.

This is what I did write:

"Create a video game Icon for Unarmed Combat. Minimal sharp fractal shapes. Black, Red and white palette. White Background. The icon shows two fists."

I read around in forum posts that Firefly is extremely sensitive with words, so I guess "combat" has been flagged.
I solved the issue using a free AI out there and retouching with Illustrator.

Avoid giving Firefly commands (such as ”create”), it’s looking for what you want to see so it’s gonna read your prompt for what you want to see not what you want it to do (thats why add and remove doesnt work inside prompts).

Also agree that combat might be the issue.

Here’s how I would frace it:
a black, red and white icon of two fists [on a circle/square/shield], [3d/flat] logo, on an isolated white background

you can get better results by adding more specific information as in the brackets.

To gain more control, you can create an structure reference. This is especially better for text as firefly doesnt write very well.

No. It images are rendered flat. However, you could import images into Photoshop, mask and deconstruct them. Continue the composite either by generating new images in Firefly and bringing them over and/or generating directly in Photoshop.
