Guys I've been trying a certain boss for like 2-3 hours now and Ive decided I cannot do it with the current setup I have

As a new player what might I be missing? I've got the best equipment on that I have...I'm using my spells fairly effectively and trying to keep my distance as a mage

But this boss is surrounded by goons so it's difficult to isolate him

I can lure and kill his goons off 1v1...but by the time I've done that some of them start respawning

And it's tough enough to have a 1v1 with this boss but the Boss plus even 1 of his goblins is impossible

Like I really love that the game is challenging and I can't just barge through a place killing everyone easy....but I've spent hours creeping around the outside taking sneaky shots to isolate individual enemies, dying dozens of times every time I'm double teamed and sometimes 1v1...and the boss is too awkwardly positioned to get on his own I dno what to do.

It's not like I need to level up because then they level up

Any ideas guys?

It doesn't feel like the game was made to be played this way...I feel like I'm missing something and there's an easier way but I don't have the knowledge or experience

Is it normal that learning a soul (like Saurolisk Soul) completing the quest(turned in) and talking to the NPC and the option to choose to transform into a saurolisk isn't there?
it's the case for many other souls as well, and i don,t talk about critter souls one.

I just switched to Necrolord for the first time and finished the campaign quests. Theoretically, Primus should give me that quest in Korthia but... its 9.2. and Primus is not anymore in Korthia, neither I can find him anywhere after the Crown of Will q-line... So... any help? Hello, so im trying to make a second legendary, but it wont allow me to insert the piece to craft it. I have all the mats needed. Is there a specific quest/ item im missing in order to make another legendary?

Honestly you could probably be max renown/conduits at 226 and in full 252 gear in about 2-3 weeks

I would start off with double gathering cause you dont lose money while upgrading it, so it is a simple way to earn gold

Primus put it in his pocket. Might give it to Calia so the Forsaken can reform, though. It's just a speculation.

It could wrap the Menethils nicely, though. The prince uses the crown for bad, the princess uses it for good.

So my biggest problem is choosing the right server. Im intrested in World pvp, but white checking server populations i found out that nearly all servers have like huge imbalance betweeb fiction. Like 98% of Players are horde for example

The launch of the current expansion came with an overhaul to the new player and leveling system that is designed in a way that makes it easier than ever for new players to engage with and learn the game, and there have been so many quality of life and catch-up mechanics added throughout this current expansion to help get caught up to current endgame content. Numerous guides and resources exist to help you become more familiar with the game (like on wowhead.com, the site this is the discord for) and as long as they're dated for the current patch you'll be fine. Classic is a bit of a different story, because by its very nature it's missing many of the modern QoL improvements that modern gamers are accustomed to. However, since Classic and TBC Classic both come included with a subscription anyway, there's no harm in dabbling with it

Although since all of the content on Classic is literally over a decade old, there are also many resources still existing (and updated for modern Classic)

As far as PvP and PvE, yes, that's a LOT of the endgame
