And if someone else is using Chromie Time to level in another expansion zone and you're not you won't be able to see them because Chromie Time is in a different phase

You cannot level to 50 using Pandaria first. You have to level to 50 in BfA for the first time. You can still go to Pandaria, but the quest rewards will not scale to your level correctly and will stop scaling entirely at level 35

Says “bind on pick up” so that means once purchased it’s only for that character.

The difference in DPS is unnoticeable, but it depends what you like more.

Arms has big chunky hits and more downtime. Fury is buttonmashy.

Pick whichever you like, but you should still try both.

If you have Chromie Time unlocked, then WoD has been generally considered the fastest. I've found no real difference within an hour or so leveling in BfA zones, however, but that's because I more or less have the routes for quest efficiency burned to muscle memory still lol

You have to unlock your covenant sanctum and Korthia first. If you've done them before, all you need to do is the covenant skip and the Korthia skip. After that, the quest to unlock Zereth Mortis will be available

It's listed on your renown tracker when you get pvp gear upgrades, and the quest to get those upgrades is available from a central area in your covenant sanctum by an NPC with a pvp-related title. If something is unlocked via an association with your covenant, it's a good idea to check your covenant sanctum for those somethings. You're allowed to be frustrated, but don't blame the game over a misunderstanding
