That's a bit on the low side for ilvl at the moment for m+. You can get 200-230 upgradable catchup gear from Korthia that should give you a leg up

Your m+ score is also likely very low. You may be better off making your own mythic group, or joining a guild who will do runs with you

Check your server poppulation first, and check if horde or alliance play mostly on the server
Race doesnt matter, for class you could go with the one that looks the best iyo

Or you could try them out in a class trial

Most classes and specs are rather intuitive to pick up as you level, but wowhead class and spec guides tend to have a section on them that focuses on useful talent builds to help you get along while leveling

However, if you are that new, I would recommend against making a death knight or demon hunter specifically because they have a different start from other classes and can easily make new players get lost

You need to be doing a bunch of research, and setting up. It'll take a new player roughly 2 months to finally start earning enough for tokens. Also, outside of the current expansion, your prospects of gold earning are quite reduced

It's like at least one per zone, and you can also do the Garrison invasion for a few.

If I remember correctly, you can do the Shadowmoon Invasion for Alliance and Thunderlord Invasion for Horde. I don't know about repeatability at low level, though.

There seems to be this Vestige of the Eternal thing that takes your legendary straight from rank 4 to rank 7 but no idea how viable/expensive an upgrade path that is compared to just making a rank 6 now and upgrading using rank 7 base item in 9.2

actually it looks pretty straightforward, a few crafted ingots and some drops from outdoor zereth mortis, so it looks like just sticking at Rank 4 til 9.2 is perfectly viable

In order, the best way to get easy bags is get Alliance factions to revered and buy the 16 slot bags. Tailoring takes a while to level, as you can't really get silk without some headaches. I advise using BfA cloth items at the Scrapomatic in Boralus. Engineering is the best profession for trials, period.

With Pandaria engineering, you can get a trinket that requires three cogwheel gems, each giving 10 in a stat.

The way you now obtain the Heart of Azeroth is not from getting the quest in your faction city. You have to travel to Silithus and go to where the quest giver Magni Bronzebeard is found near the center of the zone. Once you accept the quest he offers just follow though with it and you'll obtain the Heart of Azeroth.

Make sure its the phased area with the Giant Sword of Sargarus stabbed though the ground, if not open the map and go to where the speech bubble icon is and talk to Zoridormi to change the area to the correct phased zone appearance

There are plenty of guides left over on wowhead for how to get azerite. Just keep in mind that it's outdated content, and you can eventually get a better amulet just from leveling in Shadowlands
