press h or whatever key ingame is bound to "Adventure Guide", there click on "Raids" and then on the treasure chest icon on the right, you can browse all the loot from the raid SoD (Sanctum of Domination) there. depending on your class different item slots can have sockets, i think head, chest and belt are the same for every class, not sure though. you only have these sockets on loot from the raid (not matter the raid difficulty though).
they don't work with any other item sockets then the domination sockets from SoD

You don't have to worry about artifact levels
It's just a scavenger hunt. You go through a few of those portals, find the owl stones underneath trees at each one, and then when the big owlcat shows up in the Dreamway you /sit in front of it
There are Legion hidden artifact appearance guides that explain this if you want specifics

Be fast, don’t pick up purple powers, pull and kill two elite mobs at the same time, kill the boss on floors in under a min, use empowerment basically on cool down
It’s a scoring system but if done fast enough you can mix a match those things and get higher scores. I’ve gotten 264 on my DH pretty constantly now. Hell and some floor I miss some clear %

Talking to a guard for directions is a lesson you learn in the tutorial when you first leave Exile's Reach--if you missed this and other lessons, it might be a good idea to make a new character again at some point in the near future to relearn some of these fundamentals

Okay, then give it a day or two for your account info to update. Make sure you're regularly logging off and back on again to refresh, as well. If after 48 hours your account hasn't upgraded from the starter account status, make sure that your account actually says you have an active subscription in the Blizzard account menu (you can open that page in your browser from the main Blizz app) and that it's on the right account

If you are not experienced it wont be a fast climb evsn with the right setup, the spec is tottaly up to you, for balance it is a night fae angle, for resto both necro and night fae are good

And if you click on the icon for each bag, you can sort what types of items go in it. That little broom icon will then clean and sort your bags for you @main crane

@old basin 1-10 in Exile's Reach, then follow the questing once you get to your capital city to go to the Battle for Azeroth zones of Zandalar or Kul Tiras (don't pick up new random breadcrumb quests while you're in the capital, just let the game hold your hand for now), level in the BfA content 10-50, and then level 50-60 in Shadowlands content

Just follow the game. I only said not to pick up breadcrumb quests in your capital city because that will take you off into other older expansion areas and can easily misdirect you if you don't know where you're going
Once you get to the 10-50 content you should pretty much just quest in the BfA zones to your heart's content

Are there any resources for just... teaching the basics of how to cast spells optimally? Like, how to watch GCDs and make sure that casts are going off and stuff like that? I have a friend who has been working tirelessly to up their dps but when I watch them play (over the shoulder) they're really bad. They're just spamming a rotation which is technically correct but they're not waiting for the GCD to be ready, not making sure their casts are actually starting when they hit the key, not keeping the boss targeted all the time (a decent chunk of time is just spent hammering buttons into thin air). How does one even start teaching how the game should 'feel'?

most of the raid gear is BoP (Binds on Pickup) so you can't trade loot like that to alts or from alts. and Tier gear is also a different beast because what Tier set drops for one class is different for another. you'll be farming some more unfortunately

Why do you need to farm it in kalimdor specificly?
If you dont have fast flying i would suggest lvling your char till the point when you are 40/can afford fast flying

With bartender4 you can change the position of your action bars, im not sure but i think it is elvui that changes the looks of your bars

If you are from europe there is one for that too, i would suggest choosing, of course, a pvp realm and a realm where the numbers between the two faction are near 50/50 or it is in your faction's favor(in case if you wanna do other activites that isnt pvp related)

always depends on the auction house of your server but kalimdor only has materials for outdated content so you probably cant farm anything accept for raw gold (which mean vendoring every trash you got) out of dungeons or something

@upper idol The best things to farm all depends on your realm's auction house economy, there's no one good answer for "Where's the best place to farm" because it varies
You have to do your own research on what sells best on your market, the effort and time required to farm VS the gold gained, etc

Open the Guild & Communities window (it's one of the buttons on the bottom-right in-game) and then you can browse recruitment postings by guilds in your server. You can also refine your search to the type of guild you're looking for
