Unless you mean the quest colors as they appear in your quest log, which depend on their difficulty. These days with all this scaling you are unlikely to encounter anything but yellow. But if you stay too long in a wrong zone you may find green or gray quests. On classic even orange or red quests if you pick them up early.

So you are on free account, I guess, and want to visit Pandaria? That is possible. There should be a quest in Stormwind keep for that. It's probably marked with an exclamation mark on your map. That will lead you through the questline where you eventually end up in the Jade Forest.

You really should be doing the intended path to lvl 50 THEN go back and do your farming. You're trying to skip the time investment you need to effectively farm and make gold. You're being too impatient.

You'll only be able to queue for random dungeons in the content that you're synced with in Chromie Time. Outside of Chromie Time you'll be queued for random BfA dungeons from 10-50

#

So if you selected Legion Chromie Time you'd queue for Legion dungeons, Cataclysm for Cataclysm dungeons, etc

That's the scouting map. Quests to go to one of the other three Kul Tiras zones will start from there once you're at an appropriate level to do them

I'm stuck on the Blood in the Water quest. (Well, kind of.) That stupid dead guy on the Banshee's Wail held me, and the dwarf came and rescued me. When I got rescued, the quest vanished from my list but I didn't leave the zone. Now I can't complete the quest, but the gryphon keeps taking me back there and dumping me in the middle of the ocean.

Technically it's the right place, but ultimately not something I think anyone here can clarify/verify for you. You're going to need to reach out to Blizzard directly to verify, although I imagine when trying to sell the WoW Token in your region it's going to tell you what currency/amount you'd receive in Battle.net balance.
