credit cards have a 2 step payment process

the vendor reserves the money
then they finish the transaction and claim the money

these verifications usually only do step 1 but they never claim the money
the money is blocked on the card for like 10 days then you get it back
but you never lose it really - it's just blocked

Free speech is a right, but a private company can, and most companies often do, implement rules within their terms of service that limit what you can and can't say, especially is said private company has a global audience.

Discord (and Wowhead) are well within rights, as a private company, to enforce the Discord ToS by shutting down topics and discussions not adhering to the ToS. Go on any forum or site which allows comments to posted and it'll be the exact same.

when you open your map you should see a text bar at the top right. when you click in that some filter options should show up, one of them being “Missing”. clicking on that makes pet tracker only show the pets on your map which you are missing

it's a very common thing that happens, that people use addons without really looking into them or having a specific need to get them in the 1st place - that's why I discourage people from using too many addons

Yeah.
When my girlfriend first started playing, a friend of hers just set up a bunch of addons for her before she booted the game for the first time.
She's going on her third year of Warcraft now and still occasionally find out that features are not baseline.

You should never download an addon without knowing exactly why you're getting it and what it does.
At least without an idea of such.

Anyone know if there was a reason given that Zen Flight can't be cancelled by taking an action? Like if I am flying toward an enemy, touch the ground and try to attack it I get a message saying actions are not allowed or something like that. On my druid, I automatically switch out of flight form if I hit something with moonfire for example. Is Zen Flight meant to be this way or is it a bug perhaps?

Additionally, click the magnifying glass near the minimap, go to townsfolk option, and enable repair vendor tracking. Makes them easier to find when you are nearby.

@solid knot Artifact weapons start at item level 20. If you want to increase their power, you need to use appropriate relics. Relics scale with your level and it doesn't really matter where you get them from, as long as they fit the slot.

They simply increase weapon item level, which increases those attributes. It doesn't change what kind of attributes it has. You may sometimes see relic increasing or decreasing something other than item level by one; don't worry about that, it's the remnants of an old system that has been retired many moons ago.

Can someone please pm me about wow pvp because I seriously dont understand whats going on. I've been playing for about 2 weeks and no matter what I que into I'm always way to out geared, do 0 damage and die instantly in most situations even 2v2 arenas
like what am I doing wrong
I quested
I do dungeons for gear
am I not allowed to pvp without being max level with bis gear?
oh. I'm also playing on a level 30 rogue and everyone else is level 39
so im not sure where the balance comes in at lower levels either
