There is no confirmation on what exactly is going to happen, but at the moment I don't recommend buying BFA or Shadowlands. It's likely that BFA will become free (so you can get a higher level with just the sub). Wait until patch 9.0 and then we will see what happens.

The Weapon Damage only matters if you decide to Auto-attack, even for Melee characters, if I'm not mistaken.
They changed abilities to not care about Weapon Damage in like... WoD, maybe Legion?
Instead, Caster Weapons give a massive chunk of Intellect way higher than what an equivalent Melee weapon gives Agility or Strength, so you still care more about your weapon than other items.
Just gonna use Mortal Strike as a good example here.
Scales entirely off Attack Power, no weapon Damage at all.

Okay, getting there is going to be a bit complicated, so you need to follow that carefully.
Before going there, I recommend getting at least a few levels in your starting zone. Try to follow your questline at least until you get to the Falconwing Square. From there, you leave through the gate to the south, and follow along the wall to the east. You cross the scar, and eventually you reach the gate to the Silvermoon. In Silvermoon, get to the throne room in the northern part of the city. You will recognize the palace by the bridge going over the bottomless pit, the red carpet, and guards lined on either side.
Once in the throne room, you preferably need to find the portal to Orgrimmar in one of the side rooms and click it. That will get you straight to Orgrimmar. That's assuming it exists at your level. If you can't find that portal after checking every room in the palace, then don't worry, there is an alternate (and older) route via the orb of translocation (also located in the palace). Let us know if you want to use that.

I think the difference is that healers are a commodity. If one of the DPS is acting up they just get replaced by the ten thousand other DPS looking to do content.
Whereas if your healer leaves suddenly you have to spend much more time replacing them.
Same goes for tanks. They're more or less group leads by virtue of their role choice.

Big problem was the character specific limit to macros and I've figured out a way to bypass that as well by making keybind macros that don't go on actionbars. Then using weak aura's I create a bar that displays those skills, cd and keybinding without actually using a slot in the character specific macros
it's all a huge fucking headache lol but it enables me to play the way I like which is much better than blizz built in system

Well for solo you mostly want to apply shield to yourself or the tank in a dungeon, then apply schism if you want additional dps to enemy unit but if not use penance either on the tank if they need emergency healing or on an enemy if you want to top off the tank with health
after that check if tank needs more health, shadow mend, if not then check if tank still has atonement buff (he should still because it lasts 15 seconds) if not cast shield on him again, if he does then start smiting enemies
Healing especially for disc priest really needs mods and addons to the interface to make your life easier

I have my order hall complete, the only quests I have left that don’t go toward the actual order hall is the lights heart quests and the spec specific quests with the council of six, my issue is is that my order hall itself is done and I have Azuna Matata done but Kalec isn’t showing up in my order hall or Azure wing Repose. @rain bough Check your unlearned tab. It should tell you what recipes you are missing which you can then search on Wowhead how to obtain. Northrend alchemy was the best one when the level cap was 80, so you've got proffession skillups dealt already dealt with.

hi guys! I'd like to ask yall for help. My friend and I are really excited about leveling in shadowlands (1-60), but it says that new players have to go through BFA first, which is a bummer. But if we pre order the $60 heroic edition, we get a lvl 120 boost. Does that mean that with the boost, we can create new characters and dont have to go through bfa? Thank you so much in advance

@warped jungle IIRC, some are unlockable at level 110, but you still need BFA. If you don't have BFA yet, I would recommend waiting until prepatch to see if they just give it to all for free.

As for Leroy 🤔 I've never actually done that bit because I've had the OG title so I never cared. If you have the runic power to do so you could try raise ally but if you already have then it just might not be valid

There are fun little secret 'questlines' with cosmetic rewards at the end for people who really enjoy riddles and the like. The Secrets discord, while having many other purposes, groups up to help each other solve new riddles as Blizz releases them into the game. Most recently they've solved the riddle of the vanity pet Jenafur, which I think is the longest it's taken them to solve something. It was tricky! My favorite one was the Sun Darter in Legion.

I was never concerned with them, but I got back to game lately, and my reagent bank is full and I don't have space for mechagon mats.
