They will still grow with your character. Additionally, you will get extra set bonuses while you level, but it's debatable if they are worth spending gold on.
You still need upgrade items the last time I checked. And since you generally going to level much faster than now, each upgrade level will last you shorter.

There are pathfinders for Draenor, Broken Isles, and BFA (Zandalar and Kul Tiras). Don't bother with the first two, you will be able to fly without it later this month. The last one can be nice if you want to, but you can live without it.

It was me vs this demon hunter earlier and he charged for the flag and I caught him we engaged in a 1v1 and it was pretty even then I got the upper hand on him and he stunned me and flew away I broke free of the stun heroic leaped near him then charged at him and the fight was back on then he jumped in the air and started throwing daggers at me but I threw my stun axe at him and he fell down and then my team helped me finish him off

Im trying to a Pandaria quest called Unmasking the Yaungol. When I try to place the trap it says I need to in this certain location while I am. When I restart the game it says im in the wrong zone while I actually am.

I think the problem is that there is no correct answer. It depends how you use the abilities, what content you play, your team mates or enemies...
So it's not unexpected you get different answers.

For super late achievers like me who are running around still doing these quests at 120 but can't find any more exclamation points available in Stormsong Valley, you have to go back to the mission board in Tirigarde sound and choose Stormsong Valley. I was stuck missing half of the quest lines until I realized this was the problem. It opened up the other 4 missing lines. Help?
