Yeah, pre-DF it was #8 that went to the next expansion (48 when the expansion was 50-60, etc) but DF its a pretty much capped 60. Once you hit 60 you'll right away get a call back to your faction city to talk to Wrathion.

If you truly want to avoid people "yelling" at you, the best advice I can offer is: read. Wowhead exists for a reason; there's a guide for pretty much every aspect of the game. For things where there's not a guide, use Wowhead's search function and read the comments. There's no shame is using Wowhead either, it's the go-to answer if someone asks a basic question in Trade chat. Most players have been playing this game for a very long time, and not everyone has the patience to explain to newbies catching up. (That's why I lurk here, I want to help newbies, cuz WoW is so involved)

Hi, I am trying to install WoW using battle.net agent on my desktop (windows) since several hours now and each attempt ends up in an infinite 'initializing' loop...
So far I tried logging out, deleting cache files and battle.net folders in ProgramData, reinstalling BattleNet client, et even gave a hit with the Beta branch but still without success... Anyone else having any issue?

You can upgrade M0 gear but it has to be dungeons in the current rotation. So 4/8 of the DF dungeons will have upgradable M0 gear while the other 4 will not. And the old dungeons for the current season don’t have the M0 difficulty.

Dungeons always gives a good chunk of XP. Most likely one level per run. If you're healer or tank you could just spam dungeons.
If you're DPS you could queue up for a dungeon while doing quests. Most expansions are pretty even in terms of XP/hr, though I'd probably avoid Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King

I'm afraid not; everyone's pooled into the same finder regardless of experience. What I've found works for me is to preface each run with a quick mention that you're new/inexperienced, and that you'd appreciate any pointers if there's anything you should know for the specific dungeon.

Long shot, but try logging in with a different character, send an in-game mail to your stuck character, and try again.
Sending an in-game mail will sometimes force a refresh and can sometimes resolve stuff like this. It's mostly suggested if your character is somewhere it shouldn't though, causing instant disconnect upon logging in

Hey, I need a bit of help finding a healer class to level because it's hard for me to figure out the gameplay from watching videos about it. Specifically I'd like a healer class that requires a bit of thinking not just spamming channels. For example, I enjoy the evoker healing spec's gameplay more or less because of all the cool interactions with echo. But it has a bit too many buttons that do very similar things and, more importantly, I do not like playing dracthyr because I can't see my character's gear in combat and that sucks lol

Doing a regular Mythic with 4 people that can't get loot doesn't mean that the 5th person, the only one elegible for loot, will get loot

The game first decides who gets the loot, on personal loot, and then checks availability
