You just get a portal that takes you back to your capital city's portal room. To get from there (Stormwind, in your case) to Ironforge you'll take the Deeprun Tram in the Dwarven Quarter to Ironforge

I'm leveling up an alt and in doing so im going for the prerequisite achievements to unlock zandalar trolls, i already have the secrets in the sands achievement on a my main, so my question is do i need to redo that achievement to get the zandalar forever achiement or can i skip it since ive already completed it

It's an account-wide achievement so you'll be fine. Just keep in mind that most of the prerequisites for Zandalari trolls won't be available until after you're already level 50

Although the whole zone takes, what, and hour or two if you're just chugging it so it couldn't hurt. Plus it's a fun zone

You'd have to test them--they're both low level and quickly replaced irrelevant items so you might not find a lot of feedback for them specifically

can't remember if it was more than vanish or just vanish but Rogue could basically pop stealth and cause you to lose targeting, so especially for Arena fights you would often do a quick and nasty edit on a retarget macro so you could /tar them with a click

get the name wrong though and for obvious reasons it wouldn't target again

Does anyone know why the new mouseover casting doesn't work with mouse-button keybinds? I use MB4 and MB5 for certain healing spells, and if I cast by hovering my mouse over a physical player, it works, but if I cast by hovering my mouse over a raid icon then they don't. Yes, because the War Campaign and Tides of Vengeance campaign are separate between the two factions, with different questlines

It's even divided to the point that doing both campaigns for both factions is in itself an achievement with rewards too

Loremaster is not the same achievement as Pride of Kul Tiras

If you have the green text and checkmark, you don't need to do it again because you did it. If it's grayed out, you need to do it because you don't have it

If you don't have Two Sides to Every Tale then you haven't done the war campaign and Tides of Vengeance for both factions

iirc you can bank up experience for several levels, but I can't recall the exact level. You can keep questing, which is useful for getting attainable achievements and whatnot, but you could also level some more classes. Leveling one of each class up to 20 will give you a nice foundation to start with if you feel like subbing

once you hit 20 you're free to play all you want, lvl another toon do whatever within the limitations of a starter edition, if you want to take a break an Uninstall you can do that too. your toons won't delete after a period of inactivity unless you delete them yourself or be hacked

I assume you mean running the dungeon, and not the raid? In that case, that is an alternative, which potentially drops 278 gear (and for first run there's a quest that gives a 278 weapon). You might have to run it quite a few times though. My last 3 runs dropped nothing. Also, only doable at level 60.

The second alternative is doing the primal storm and yeah, fight the boss and mobs and collect event currency, which can then be used to buy 252 gear.

252 is fairly "low" ilvl but it's something. But yeah apart from the first few intro quests for the event, the only thing you can do to level is kill the mobs and the bosses. It's not gonna be super fast but it's nice since you'll be collecting event currency to buy the 252 gear when you hit 60

All Chromie Time does is scale the content to your level for the sake of leveling. The quests are always still there with or without it. That being said, the breadcrumb quest for TBC from Chromie should take you to Hellfire Peninsula, the first zone of Outland

That also being said, the leveling zones of expansions are not the same as the endgame content for that expansion. Look at BFA for example: BFA is more than the six zones in Zandalar and Kul Tiras. The Heart of Azeroth questline, War Campaign, Tides of Vengeance campaign, Rise of Azshara and Mechagon Rebellion content and the Visions of N'Zoth campaign don't start until after level 50

You can skip Chromie and just go level in those areas (for example, Pandaria) to get more of the story.

You'll eventually level beyond, but you can still quest for gold if you max out.

I think it's a pretty solid idea. It'll help get you a jumpstart on the expansion if you plan to play and you get some limited cosmetics/toy (and heirloom) that will never come back. There's never a wrong answer if you're enjoying it

Also, is anybody having really poor issues right now with texture loading? Just started today. My UI (map, bags, minimap, talent panel) take a long time to load in and half the world doesn't load in. Checked my PC, reset my UI, etc, everything is fine. Turned off all my addons too, can't seem to figure out what's causing it.
