you cant just set you region. your WOW account has a fixed region. A Battlenet account can have multiple wow account tied to it. in that combo box you choose which WOW account to play with

in case you need more anima for this: join a zereth mortis rare farm group. this will get you quite a good amount of anima in a relatively short time

I did the entire BFA zone before even attempting the necklace so I have no idea, but if you fly to the giant sword in silithus there should be a diamond dwarf(Magni) waiting on a platform and if he has a quest that is typically how you start the heart of azeroth necklace to my knowledge, im sure people have guides on youtube aswell if you would like to look one of them up

good luck with that, mythic PvE pieces generally have raw primary stats going for them and nothing else while even entry level Honor/Unrated kit will have close or better iLevel after equip bonus along with set effects and better PvP stats

shadowlands? depends on if its your first character or not. if you once did the initial campaign of the first 4 zones then you can quest in those 4 zones via threads of fate in which order you like and jump between those whenever you want

i guess its your first character. stay i bfa for now until you hit 50 and move on to shadowlands afterwards. later you can use chromie time on another character to level from 10-50 in an expansion of your choice.

You can after you've reached renown 80 with that covenant.

If you have one maxed, you can even buy a renown boost to 60.

So that's only 20 renown to farm with each of the other covenants.

well after you hit max level (sadly you missed the deal where if you sub they gift you shadowlands and 2 chartcter boosts) you go do late game stuff, farm mounts and transmogs. Do pvp and collect mark of honors so you can get older transmogs and some pvp mounts. generally stuff like that
