Apparently theres another 2 evoker abilities, one lets you cast charged abilities instant cast,
And the other stores 3 abilities and then recasts them in quick succession.

And you can choose the length of the flyover, so you can move very little as well.

I had really not a great interest in the Lore of DF, but I can see several point going toward one direction ( debatable, it's a theory anyway )
Considering that the Dragon isles are maybe the place pictured in the tale of the EarthMother where An'she and Mu'sha grew life with the EarthMother ( and which is now conveniently filled with Dragon labelled as "Elune's pet " by the Winter Queen...)
Elune will have an influence on this expansion

Why I'm saying this ?

• We know that dragons and some species spawned from their elemental version
• In the tale of the Earthmother Mu'sha and An'she became friends with the elemental and in the end " commanded and used them ".
• The Wild Gods probably were shaped there from their elemental version, and other elemental being, such as Furbolg, decided to follow that path instead of following the elemental path
• There are the creature of the six month sub named Phoenix, one is Arcane Colored, the Other one is Fire ( Like Moon and Sun )
  We will probably be exploring the original starting birth place of the Taurens and many species of Azeroth.
