For a large discord, if you have voice channels, then 90% of your moderation will need to be in those voice channels, which requires people actively moderating, which is just not even remotely feasible.

it's generally not, and GPUs aren't designed to be user-serviced at all tmk. That said, it does degrade and it's a possible failure mode.

I saw a guy who bought a used gpu with broken stock fans because the last owner took his apart and broke the fan bracket, and instead of buying a new bracket, the new owner just electrical taped 3 stock case fans to the thing. And surprisingly it performed better than what it was rated for, and dropped temps down by like 8 degrees
