Am I just getting more selective, (picky) as I go or is the generator starting to regress?
Iām really tempted to top up having used my monthly allotment for 2 good songs, a solid B-Side track and 497 failures, I just canāt justify the expense.

I am logged out of the Suno app and my mobile web browser instances, but I still get app notifications when someone likes or comments on my account. When I log out, I want to be logged out. Please advise.
The most common is ignoring specific prompt elements like gendered vocals, but Iām now getting the occasional instrumental from custom song lyrics. Iāve been extra careful about not hitting the instrumental option, verses getting mixed up with some coming out as total gibberish. And prompts for the few sound effects I know of are treated as optional.

Iāve just had a song where the number of listens and likes suddenly dropped for no apparent reason. It was on like 15 likes and it dropped down to 4. I can still see the likes in my notifications. Iām a bit confused, is this a common thing?

After last 3 updates, I can not click on songs in my comments section- clicking on icon logo of the song I got a comment on doesnāt redirect me to the song to reply to the comment, the song icon is static and in rare cases when redirected to the commented song, the song starts playing but the songās tab doesnāt open. Sometimes 2 songs play together at the same time. After last 2 updates the app also freezes unexpectedly, and when I close it the app music still continues playing!

Had same issue on a newly posted song 2 days ago- notifications were coming through but numbers next to the song stayed the same, then caught up the next day. Now I deleted the app as it stalls and doesnāt even load, so I will use the website until new update or until the issue is fixed as the app has too many glitches

New paid accounts , outside of the USA typically have an initial bank transfer delays due to fraud prevention review as well as just normal processing between international banks. It may be as much as 4 days to post to Suno account and activate the subscription. #1374816730546962462 message

If you paid on Saturday or Sunday, the bank wheels likely didn't start turning until midnight on Monday. So, in bank days, closer to 4 days. But yes, things should likely have clicked by now.
While waiting, always periodically check your bank records as well to make sure a payment wasnt credited or refunded back.

Sometimes I have to close the app reopen it again doesnāt make any difference whether itās on network or on Wi-Fi. Using iPad, for the life of me I cannot crop my song on the old editor nor the new one, and I cannot insert a section in the new editor- its a nightmare to use. On the old editor I used to be able to crop songs just fine, but now every time I try to either drag the sections or input the time stamps manually it just resets or does something completely unhinged. I cannot select sections nor enter the timestamps to simply crop the end of the song. Please fix or go back to the even simpler version of editing. I understand trying to make the UI look nice but Iām wanting to make music, not worried about it being pretty. ā¤ļø Ty for the amazing app, but please help fix the crop and edit function in the IPad browsers.
I'm reporting a few bugs.
- Overheating issue: After using it for a while, the phone heats up a lot (I know it'll take a long time to fix this bug.)
- New songs don't show up in the list. (When I click on the cover, the app downloads, but I think this has been fixed.)
- Trends (charts?) aren't reflected at all. The songs that are shown are completely different from the website. There's no change.
one special thing is that Suno bans keywords related to the artist. even unrelated to the name. that is, they block that word. crazy and stupid. so when writing style and prompt, I find it very difficult to achieve what I want. like I am Vietnamese, there is the word āNgį»t/ā this word is āngį»tā in English. but it is still banned. I am pretty sure it is related to an artist whose name I do not know. even ānguyetā even though it means moonlight. really confusing. so many. hard to tell. the music editing part is getting heavier and heavier, laggy, jerky, and laggy.

Even when using highly detailed, GPT-assisted prompts that align with Sunoās capabilities, the generator now frequently ignores or misinterprets the instructions. The āregenerateā function often uses old prompt memory, even when edited.
š» 3. Interface downgrade
The new UI is far less intuitive. It hides controls, breaks the creative flow, and feels like a step back from the powerful, fluid tool you had before.
š» 4. General tone drift
The system leans toward ambient, minimalistic, or sleepy compositions ā even when prompts call for driving rhythm, FX, energy, and cinematic dynamics. High-energy builds and modern FX drops are often flattened.

So Iāve had an unsuccessful payment with my pro plan last month, now I try to upgrade my plan to premier to have more credits and it says my card is declined. Even though I have money in it. I canāt buy credits, I canāt upgrade. I emailed billing support and no response yet. Iām very frustrated. Because I even created another account and couldnāt upgrade from free to premier. Does someone know why is this happening to me?

track duration can be extended via prompting by removing Outro/End (so that the song continues its duration, usually bringing u upto around 3-4 mins

GPT should only be used to give you ideas on style influencing, everything else seems to be out-of-date and more aligned to 3.5's prompting, never rely on it for prompting unless you want to be disappointed

utilize "Exclude Styles" to negate anything you don't want in your songs. e.g. for faster tempo songs like rock music and dance music you would simply type: "slow, downtempo, downbeat" or depending on the genre things like: "halftime drums" or "full-time drums" š hope that helps, there's nothing wrong with 4.5, people just aint using it without gpt, which is obsolete in its current state. Also specifying the tempo further assists in knowing how pumped or chilled you want it

This has occurred numerous times when playing a song in the Library: When you open up the song to give it a thumbs up, the picture of the song playing is not the correct one, but rather it is displaying the picture of the song above or below it. I am not sure if clicking thumbs up will "like" the wrong song or not.

No one is adding anything. When llms hallucinate they tell you weird things about science that aren't true. When audio generation AI hallucinate, they say a bunch of random things. But I don't have that problem are you sure you aren't doing something That might be causing it? I just made a bunch of covers today and I don't have any issues like that at all. Iām currently using the 4.5+ model, and this strange issue keeps happening.
I mostly work with ballads, so itās a serious problem when these ad-libs show up after the emotionally important outro.
Iāve tried engaging with the community and followed various feedback ā
like extending the track length or using fade-outs,
but none of those really solved the core issue. It just keeps happening.
Interestingly, when I tried adding the prompt "[outro dont spoken]",
one track happened to come out clean, but Iām not sure if it was just luck.
Have you tried from other front ends (eg. not iOS, via web , etc?) where you can control the "weirdness" with the slider so to speak
It is less likely to generate odd things, if you turn the temp down, with weirdness slider. that may help

we here dont even work for suno, we are normal helpers that answer questions. so i have not blocked anything. support will have a look at that. If you have made everything in the official ios or android app / suno.com website ... all issues are fixable. Except its your bank holding back the money or so... then suno cant fix that.

On safari. The prompt enhancer is only available for me in 4.5 but not 4.5+. However on a laptop. It is there. Looks like someone forgot to add the prompt enhancer buttons for 4.5+ on a mobile

On my desktop, I then get a notification that "A clip got stuck while generating. No credits were used and you can retry."
Uninstalled and reinstalled the iOS app, same issue still. Only difference is this time I can see the songs "spinning" in the Scenes queue. I still get the same message on desktop and about a minute later they disappear from the Scenes queue on the mobile app.

Suno wonāt let me log in. I hit Apple button, it takes my correct data and then it doesnāt Proceed to bring me further than the login screen. Restarted app, newest IOS version, app is up to date.

When you get a chance, could you go through your device settings/apple account and make sure that your account and password are linked correctly?
Also, if you have a VPN on, might be helpful to turn that off and try again. Or possibly, switch from using wifi to see if that helps!

Signing in manually with Google doesnāt work either to connect to my account. The issue usually lasts a few hours, then auto-login works again.

If you are using a cover, that's it. It cannot go up to 8 minutes with using a cover.

If you try to extend a song to only add a musical outro and select instrumental with the slider itās not creating anything. It used to create music. To clarify it creates empty files basically when you try to play what it created there is nothing

Hello, I try to extend a song. I just want to change a bit in the middle and end with the same chorus as before, so I edit the lyrics to achieve that.
At the moment SUNO is completely creating itās own extension with new lyrics and different style than my promptā¦.

The « add to playlistĀ Ā» on the app just does not work š§ there is a banner saying itās done, but in reality the song is not added to the playlist.
Really difficult to organize and find songs in the app : workspaces are available on the web but not on the app. So I need to create playlists to put my songs in « folders » on the web/app.
So I need to do the double work : create workspace AND create playlist to have songs classified by music style⦠painful / useless.

I run into the same issue sometimes. Iāve hit the target style by first switching to something radically differentāsay, turning a hard-rock track into reggaeāthen pivoting back to pop. But sometimes it just doesnāt work š¤£

Suno is honestly pissing me off. Ever since the update or whatever that was it just donāt work for Crap. So many bugs.
The playlist situation is incredible annoying, anytime I try to like a song it plays tag with me and removes my likes automatically, anytime I leave a comment it doesnāt get sent or deletes itself, the whole layout change is also frustrating, not having the tab on the bottom to check all of the likes and comment replies and follows makes everything a pain because you have to go to the home page and click the tiny bell instead.
Really trying not to be negative cause I love the app and community but itās been a whole day without any kind of a response for me and several days for others. At least let us know its being taken for action šš¼

Im not able to see a button to bring back up lyrics that ive saved after pressing the bookmark save button, is this a bug? i see the book looking button to load style prompts that are saved but nothing for the lyrics.

Having issues adding and removing songs from a few month old playlist. Removing it didn't remove it. And when i went to remove it again, it crashed

lots of bugs in the app yea, new songs donāt show up in the library until after restarting the app, generated song keep trying to max out the max song time (4 minutes on free tier, meaning 10+ extra credits lost to trim the random hallucinations).
Songs fail to show up in playlists,
Lyrics input errors out when trying to double tap to select (requires an app restart to fix)
audio player vanishes when switching tabs and unable to be retrieved without restarting the app.
library is unable to refresh the page if songs are not visible or deleted.
Itās getting on my absolute man tits. There is a bug where your new system keeps going into instramental and doesnāt give you the optio. To come out of instramental mode. and then locks you out if typing in any lyrics and makes me have to refresh the page I swear itās happed 12/13 the last 6 hours and itās just as Iām about to press create.

You are working on the lyrics and somehow it turned into an instrumental and the lyrics field is locked and it canāt be turned back so you have to delete everything and start over
Possible fix: Move the option for making an instrumental away from the lyrics field

Did a listening session yesterday and some organizing by adding songs to playlists. Later I go to look and none of my songs moved to any playlists at all.

Hello! I'm hoping for immediate help š¢ I'm creating a musical interpretation of a poem. It's quite long, so I decided to do it in several parts using the "Extend" tool to create a complete piece. While creating the first part, I noticed that every time, at the same point in the text, the music became distorted and the vocals became incomprehensible ā as if in a different language ā but I didn't worry about it, thinking, "It can be fixed." Unfortunately, after selecting the first part of the song that I liked and trying to create an extension with further text, the "Extend" tool always comes out broken⦠At first, the program sang the lyrics randomly, but now it loops the same verse over and over. Even attempts to do this in previous generations have the same result. I've burned through countless credits and flagged dozens of samples. Nothing. The problem persists, and it's not temporary. The first part is only less than 5 minutes long, and I can't extend it. I don't know what to do or how widespread this problem is. I've tried every method, even logging in again, and nothing... Studio also gives the same result when I try to use it. I've never encountered this problem before, and I've often combined songs from three parts. Can anyone help me? Thereās new versions of iOS app released like today but it seems Sunk is unaware that there are critical issues? Song generation form opens and itās frozen completely, only kill app helps. Any tracks generated while you refresh the list will stay generating no matter how many times you refresh unless you kill the app to cold restart.
V5 is a mess
- get songs totally scrambled.
- normal generations: I get half of them with almost no instruments only vocals and long silences or only crowd cheering while I didnāt even had live in the promt.
- remasters, covers and extends donāt contain any lyrics and are ~30 seconds long.
Spend 380 credits trying to make 1 decent song, thinking it might be because of the style or lyrics I put in. But after seeing all the same complaints here Iām sure the new model is the problem.
I hope the credits lost will be reimbursedā¦once these issues are fixed.

@drowsy shard this is still not fixed. The V5 gives me songs that are ~40 seconds long without instruments. And I tried to change the style promts and put in negatives (a capella, live, solo, etc.) to see if that works. Nothing helps. It just sings the first two or three phrases without instruments and sometimes adds a lot of crowd noise. I removed everything from the style promt that could reasonably lead to this behavior. And also put in extra tags in the Lyrics like ā[verse 1 - presto]ā

Bro, before the V5 update I was able to generate a 38 minute long song. After the update i can't even generate a 5 minute long song. It either reverts to previous lyrics, skips ahead to future lyrics, doesn't follow the lyrics at all or the vocals are incoherent. What is happening!? Fix it or take it down and go back to V4.5+ until you get it right. V5 messed up ALL PREVIOUS VERSIONS! Resulting in missing lyrics and short songs.
Maybe put a back and forth ping at the end of both lyrics and style texts to delay the generation till all text is transferred correctly?

Turned off my Persona and now I'm getting full songs.
Itās not easy to submit a screenshot as your feedback form does not allow to attach files/images to our submission.
And probably just remove this « bug » section on Discord, and put a general « bug » message indicating what is the right process to submit a bug report (through your feedback form).
Or set up an good automatic agent / reply that respond to every submission and educate people about the right process to submit bugs.

Been having an irritating issue with the ios app on my iphone for several weeks now. The app works fine at home, when connected to home wifi, but when I leave the house and try to access it via 4g, it has some sort of a meltdown. First thing it does is log me out for some unknown reason, and then none of the options to login actually function. The only way to get back into the app outside the house, when using 4g data, is to continually shut down the app and re-attempt to reopen it. Sometimes, it can take up to 20-30 attempts before it opens again without the need to login.

I recently subscribed to a paid Suno membership, but Iām currently unable to use the āCreate Songā feature. Every time I try to generate a new song, the process doesnāt start or gets stuck without any result.
Iāve already tried refreshing the page, logging out and back in, and clearing my browser cache, but the issue still persists.
Could you please help me check my account status and fix this issue?

Bug description: Advanced Options > Audio Influence slider doesnāt have a reset-to-default button
Expected behavior: The other sliders have reset-to-default buttons which function exactly as expected, so I expected the āAudio Influenceā slider to have it also.
Actual behavior: After moving the Audio Influence slider the reset button does not appear. Pressing the unchanged icon does not reset the slider or affect it at all.
Environment: iOS 26 (shudder - I see I have a 26.1 update available), Safari browser latest available.

Iām experiencing a persistent issue in v5 where the system automatically adds female vocals to songs, even when I explicitly specify male-only vocals. This prevents me from creating content where the lead and harmonies are exclusively male.
For example, Iāve tried the following headers and instructions:
[PRIMARY VOCAL: MALE SOLO ONLY ā ABSOLUTELY NO FEMALE VOICE ALLOWED]
[BACKUP VOCALS: NONE ā MALE HARMONIES ONLY]
[STYLE: 80s synth pop / Soft Cell torch style / melancholic yet catchy / deep male vocals / nostalgic electronic instrumentation]
[WEIRDNESS: 12]
(Male lead only. Do not include any female singing, talking, whispering, or ad-libbing.)
Despite all of these explicit male-only instructions, Suno v5 consistently added female vocals in both lead and harmony layers. I also attempted different lyric formatting, shortened phrases, and parenthetical instructions, but the issue persists.
Iāve also experienced this problem in other projects, including Soft Cell-style songs about two men, where female vocals are again inserted despite clear instructions.
Request:
I would greatly appreciate a review of this behavior. Male-only vocals for romantic or intimate male Ć male songs should be reliably respected in v5. I can provide additional examples or output files if needed.

Are you useing the male vocal selector under advanced options?
Also, dont try to put negative weights in the style prompt, it only confuses the AI.
Tell it what you want, not what you dont want. The AI is reading a lot of that as "put female vocals in"
Iāll check that option. I donāt think to go into the optional section.

This doesnāt seem to just be ios because I also tried it on the web browser through my iPhone, not just in the app, but Suno seems to be having a stroke at the moment. Itās slurring the word so badly it really doesnāt even matter what the lyrics are. And I specifically told it the lyrics should be well-enunciated.
Update: I realized itās actually reading lines from the style prompt as lyrics in some places. And no, I didnāt mis-paste anything

Iām not sure if other users are having this problem. I uploaded a song and then I wanted to delete it. But when I went to go and delete it or even unpublished it itās still showing up public. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem? Iāve tried turning my phone off. Iāve tried logging out and logging back in. This song will not go away from the public. Itās just I have the song published twice in two versions. And I canāt edit it or delete it at all.

Whenever I try to create a song I get an error āSubscription for past dueā I checked my settings and it says Iām subscribed with full credit. I tried using the free version and it has the same error.

Thereās an issue in the library when you tap the search text field. You canāt scroll down until you scroll up, and the keyboard dismisses itself. The expected behavior is that scrolling down works and dismisses the keyboard. When there are more results than whatās shown on the screen, the user canāt intuitively scroll to them.

Iām reporting an accessibility issue in the Suno iOS app involving the three advanced-option controls: Weirdness, Audio Influence, and Style Influence.
VoiceOver identifies each of these knobs as sliders, but they behave as though they are disabled. VoiceOver announces them as dimmed and none of the standard āadjustableā actions work. Flick up/down, double-tap, double-tap and hold, and long-press gestures produce no change in slider value. VoiceOver users are unable to interact with these controls at all.
Turning VoiceOver off and touching the screen allows the knobs to be moved normally, which shows they are active and functional visually. The accessibility actions (increment, decrement, adjustable trait, and activation) appear not to be wired to the control.
Repro steps, with voiceover on):
- Open the Suno iOS app. 2. Go to Create ā Advanced Options. 3. Navigate to the Weirdness, Audio Influence, or Style Influence controls. 4. Observe that VoiceOver reads them as sliders but dimmed and non-interactive. 5. Attempt to adjust using standard slider gestures (flick up/down or adjust rotor). No response. 6. Turn off VoiceOver. The knobs work visually as expected. These controls are essential for creative use, but currently unreachable for blind users. Exposing proper UIAccessibilityAdjustable actions or using a native UISlider element would resolve the issue.
Very hard to scroll in the lyrics field cursor jumping back to last position of cursor in the app when creating covers using IOS26
On ipad pro, the IOS interface look ridiculous small... Honestly, have you ever tried it? Can't even read the title... kind of Useless. Before adding more feature or plateform, try to make one very well, instead of buggy features which are there but not well working or not at all, a web system which is down right now (again), and an IOS application which is not better...
On IOS, It's not even possible to use cover, then have access to the extended option.

Here are three important improvements that would greatly enhance the experience for Pro creators, especially those producing high-quality music in Europe and worldwide:
1ļøā£ Longer Instrumental-Only Tracks (5ā6 minutes)
Instrumental-only tracks currently stop at ~3 minutes and the Extend option does not appear, while vocal songs can be extended.
For creators who produce full-length backing tracks, instrumentals need to reach 5ā6 minutes, just like vocal tracks.
This would make Suno far more powerful for real-world music production.
2ļøā£ Better Multi-Language Vocal Pronunciation
Languages like Romanian, Serbian, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish, Greek, and others from Europe still have issues with diction and articulation.
Improving the AIās pronunciation for these regions would allow creators to make realistic, natural-sounding songs, matching local accents and vocal styles.
This would significantly enhance Suno for international users.
3ļøā£ Higher-Quality Realistic Instruments + WAV Download Support
Some instruments still sound synthetic or compressed (flute, pan flute, accordion, saxophone, strings, brass, guitars, etc.).
For Pro users creating professional music, more realistic, high-quality instruments are essential.
Also, please add WAV download support (not only MP3), since WAV is required for mixing, mastering, and proper studio production.

Just experienced an issue where I used a clip to create a song then tried to make a cover of that song and it wouldnāt work because the clip wouldnāt upload. I had to ultimately record another clip to try to make a cover but I canāt make a cover of those songs currently still no matter what I do.
There is no loop or shuffle button on mobile.

This is the second time the deals have been wrong and it's been sketchy trying to upgrade properly. When studio launched had the same issue so never ended up upgrading
On iOS, itās almost impossible to use extended option.
Itās horrible to try and rewrite the lyrics that are transcribed incorrectly, then have to adjust 6 sec and totally screwing up the version of the song I liked
Every time I upload an original song to remix, it makes me sound like Drake, Macklemore or some other corny voice. Lol. Iād rather just enhance my voice with Ai.
The algorithm has turned majority of hip hop production into jazzy instrumental vibes, even after solid prompts indicating what I need to be done. Somehow I get synths and leads that run like Iām playing a solo.
There has to be a way to prompt Ai to make the song sound as close to the original beat as possible. Same swing in drums, same feel, same instrumentation.

When I went to renew my plan today, I saw the online price, cool. when I went onto my ios app, the renewal price was much nicer.. So I subbed to that, now its not showing that I upgraded to premier... Am I just out a bunch of money?

Subject: Public songs reappearing after deletion (App bug)
Hi Suno Support,
Iām having an ongoing issue with the Suno mobile app where songs I delete from my public profile keep reappearing as public.
Whatās strange is that this only happens in the app ā when I log into the Suno website, those same songs are not public and do not appear at all, which tells me itās likely an app sync or cache bug.
Summary of the issue:
⢠Songs marked public in the app reappear after deletion
⢠Cannot permanently remove them from public via the app
⢠Website version shows the correct (deleted/private) state
⢠Issue seems isolated to the mobile app only
This is affecting two of my songs. The ones that donāt have the globe on them are the ones I cannot delete off the app.

This is what Gemini says are the steps to configure a holiday promo for subscriptions on iOS . So looks like the simplest way to implement such a thing is to set up the promo for new users only. My hunch is that this is how Suno promo is set up and hence us upgraders wonāt get this discount.

After paying for the Black Friday deal to upgrade my account from Pro to Premier (only to use Studio), My membership remains Pro. I originally paid for my membership through Suno.com but could not access the BF deal through the website so that forced me to go through the iOS app. I have the receipt, the transaction went through. Continually showed the wrong pricing..
Why is it when a songs lyrics or style are close to maximum characters, you can never get the cursor to where you want it.
If you click on either section to amend the cursor says itās there but as soon as you type anything it jumps to the end and your amendments start there.
If you need to scroll up you have to go a few lines at a time, mark with cursor and then scroll again and repeat.
Very annoying.
Also, please explain why creating a new song, listening and then adjusting the style or lyrics without leaving the create page still manages to put the same spoken verbal error in the song.
Even when the line has been rewritten but that one word still exists because itās key to the lyrics. The same vocal error exists.
Ive even tried creating the song from scratch 4 times and the same error exists.

When trying to paste text into the lyrics input field, the standard āPasteā option often does not appear immediately after long-press. Sometimes the only way to paste is by double-tapping later, and even that only works after waiting several seconds. There is no clear UI indication that double-tap paste is available. This makes the paste behavior feel broken and unpredictable.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy text from Notes or Messages.
2. Tap or long-press inside the lyrics input field.
3. Observe that āPasteā often does not appear immediately.
4. After waiting several seconds, try double-tapping ā paste may finally occur.
Observed Result:
Paste is delayed, inconsistent, and unclear to the user without trial-and-error.
Expected Result:
Paste option should appear immediately on first long-press, without delay or double-tap guessing.

[Issue Description]: It appears when followers view my SUNO profile on iOS, that only about 20 hooks list (when clicking view more), nothing else lists after that (I have over 80 published hooks), even after an extended period of time of waiting and reloading the hooks page. When i look at my hooks list on iOS, I can see it is able to slowly list after 20 hooks, but takes a little longer to list a few at a time after a few seconds and continues until all are listed. On PC the view more option of Hooks, I can see the hooks lists, generates almost all the hooks after a few seconds. It would be nice if the all my hooks can be accessible/viewable to see by all on iOS, not sure if this is a technical issue or not on iOS?

- On iOS SUNO App, view another person's profile
- Under the Hooks category, clicking view more

How did you get the refund from Apple? I'm in the same boat -- bought the Premier subscription day one of the BF sale (which I was forced to do in app), and was charged the full rate. It's been radio silence from SUNO since.

Sunoās customer support system is honestly ridiculous. Issues can happen, I get that ā but leaving users in the dark like this without any notice or apology is an even bigger problem. Dude. Wtf is up with the Extend function and just generating 1 second of nonsense and charge me for a full song... and doing so 10-20 times in a row. And why the hell when I replace/edit lyrics it doesnt overwrite, just slaps another copy on end of lyrics, no wonder it's confused.

I'm unable to log in to my Suno account using my phone number, I'm not receiving verification codes, and my account's membership features are inconsistent between the two accounts, possibly due to logging in on the same iPhone device. User ID 1.153xxxxxxxx subscribed to a monthly membership through the US App Store. The subscription expires on December 4th. 2.131xxxxxxxxxx, I subscribed to an annual membership through the Chinese App Store. Currently, neither account can be logged in after verification, and there is also a problem with the membership function. Before December 4th, only one account could use the membership function. The two accounts are sharing points. I have been using account 153xxxxxxxx for creation. The membership function is now disabled, but there are still 9000 points. Account 131xxxxxxxx has 50 points and does not have the membership function. Currently, I have to stop creating content, which has brought me a very bad experience using Suno. I hope to restore my membership function as soon as possible and unify my points into a single account. I hope it can be unified into account 153xxxxxxxx, which contains a lot of my creative content.

Details:
I have an active Premier Plan, purchased through the App Store.
The App Store confirms that the subscription is active and set to renew on Nov 30.
However, inside the Suno app I still see only 50 credits, as if I am on the Free plan.
When I try to activate Premier again, the app shows the message: āSubscription already activeā, but the credits and features are not applied.

Iām having issues with the extend feature on one of my songs when I try to add more lyrics to the selected section of the song. It only adds in one line of the new lyrics in the extensions.
For example, I wanted to add a bridge, then the chorus again twice, and then an outro, but every time I generate it, it just adds the outro lyrics. Sometimes it repeats the outro once (playing the outro twice), but usually it just plays the outro lyrics once.
How the heck do I get it to add all the lyrics and actually be able to EXTEND the song which is literally the name of the feature???

I don't think you'll be surprised if I tell you "the cake is a lie". Never assume the AI will do what you ask for until you passed all the tests.
Your report wasn't exactly clear, did it add one line or the full outro? Did you want to replace the 3-4 min of the original song. Do you know that the generated extension is to be merged with the first bit?
Suno getting lost within the lyrics and the timing is not unexpected to me.
Did you have a bridge already that may confuse it? What if you change [outro] to [finale] or paste the full extention lyrics over the outro, so you have the bridge twice in hope for the first to be ignored?
You can extend in several steps, so what happens if you only give the bridge? Is that simply invisible to the model or is it ignored because there's not room to fit all (in memory)?
I'm not saying your problem isn't a bug, but I think this is well beyond anything easily fixed, and you should consider the workarounds.

Hello, Iāve generated a song and itās come out with 2 versions as usual but when I am trying to listen one of the songs it continues to skip onto the next song. What happens is I play the song and itās normal up until 1:09 and it will stop playing and it will immediately skip onto the next song without me being able to hear the whole song. Is there any reason why? How can I fix this?
Whenever I make a song and try to play it for the first time on my iPhone, it gets almost all the way through then glitches crashes and starts the song over, but still says itās almost through with the song. If I try to download the song at this point it also copies the glitch onto the downloaded copy. I have to restart the app after every first time I play a song for it to be an all the way through uninterrupted version to both hear and download.

Iām running into a persistent genre-injection issue.
No matter how I write my prompts, Suno keeps inserting FUNK into the generation, even when:
- funk is not mentioned
- guitar is explicitly excluded
- the prompt is rooted in non-Western instruments (saz, gourd violin)
- the mood is / minimal, not funk
This happens across multiple prompts and sessions.
It feels like ādance / playful / grooveā is being auto-mapped to FUNK internally.
Is there a way to:
- fully disable auto-genre injection?
- hard-exclude funk as a latent genre?
- or force non-Western rhythmic interpretations?

SMH, I currently have three Suno accounts: one linked to my Apple ID (@ihameen), one linked to my phone number (@iaoh2025), and one with the active subscription (@icagmediapros77). I've sent multiple emails to support, but haven't received a response.
I'm now logged out of the active subscription and cant get back in.
When using the āupdated to V5 personasā I noticed that it can sometimes sacrifice making any sense in order to keep the cadence, vocal tone and voice pattern of the persona.
For example the word ādictationā might just become ādictateā and no longer rhyme or fit in the tense of the song. Not sure why that is. And it tends to shorten words to fit the original scheme at only 25-30% on the ākeep original audioā lever.
For example if I want to replace a three syllable word with another three syllable word, it may not do it. Instead of trading ārepeatingā for āreseatingā I get āre seatā in the song itself. As if the ai didnāt trust that a similar three syllable word was capable of being placed there and still fitting the original audioās beat enough.
Also for the V5 upgrade to personas, I have an Irish cadence Celtic one. When using it to cover other songs on my list to give them a new sound it sometimes does that same sacrifice for cadence thing and destroys words or sentences in order to keep the sound, or vice versa, sometimes sounding like a bad actor losing their accent half way through a movie. Or overusing it in a way nobody gets. Like I could put in a song a noun like the name Dufrain Ohare, and the V5 persona would sing āDoo-fra-Oooooooh hair spray!ā
The new version of the persona may keep their Celtic tongue sound, but lose the song entirely otherwise. For example in a song with Spanish influence it may have the right emphasis on the rolling āRā sound but then try to āYā sound the two llās in the word Bells for Jingle Bells. Or try to roll the āRā on the word āCarol.ā Never know what youāre going to get.
All this aside the upgrade to personas to make it more consistent across tracks was brilliant and works well in most cases.
I am a paid subscriber (Pro/Premier plan), and I am currently unable to log into my account on my mobile device because I am not receiving the SMS verification code.
This issue has prevented me from using the service I paid for. I request that you resolve this login issue immediately. If the technical problem cannot be fixed promptly, I request a full refund for the period I have been unable to access my account, as well as compensation for the service interruption.

Hello, I have a problem. For the past few days, the quality of about 95% of the tracks I generate has been poor. This ranges from vocals suddenly sounding metallic or artificial, to instruments that donāt sound clear or sharp. Sometimes thereās even that familiar āunderwaterā sound.
Iām using V5, which I was extremely happy with. For several weeks, I was able to achieve really great results that I was satisfied with. So itās not an issue with the prompts or anything like that. My software is up to date, and Iāve cleared and cleaned all cache and cookies, but none of this seems to make a difference.
Is there anything else I can do to make v5 sound the way itās supposed to again? Iāve tried v4.5 as well, but that doesnāt seem to be much better either. Are more people experiencing this problem in recent days?

I've been making music on my computer and I wanted to listen while on my iPhone. My phone is older so the app doesn't work. I'm using the website on Brave browser. I can log into the website but when I try to play a song, it doesn't actually play. The little EQ meter on the song does move so it seems to think that it's playing something but the song just remains on 00:00. Any ideas what to do?

I canāt paste into the app consistently anymore. Like I can paste my lyrics into the lyrics field, but if I go back to Notes to copy and paste my styles, it doesnāt work. And I made sure the style block wasnāt too long. Something is glitching in the app.
Alternatively, I can paste in my styles first, but then I canāt paste in my lyrics. Basically the app is unusable at the moment for making songs.
I cannot access my personal library on the app or on web services. The app doesnāt seem to work. Iāve deleted app, reinstalled and updated. Only thing I can access are my published songs on web. Please assist.

Urgent Help Needed: Premier Plan Sync Issue
Hi Team/Mods, I'm a Premier Plan subscriber (User: TerryC). My subscription is active and renews on Jan 31, but I am unable to access V5.
Symptoms:
- App shows "You are currently subscribed" and I have 6,630 credits.
- The verify/loading button at the bottom is stuck on an infinite loading spinner.
- V5 model remains locked.
I've already submitted an email ticket (no reply since Saturday due to the holiday). Could someone please help refresh my account permissions? I suspect my local app state is out of sync with the server.

There are so many issues with uploading. I can never upload from my laptop. Itās not my Internet connectionā I do speed test and itās extremely fast. I have a new gaming laptop that is also very fast, so I know itās not that. And I know itās not the songs themselves, because Iām able to upload them if I download the wavs to my iPhone and upload them through my browser on the iPhone. Itās definitely a Suno issue. Iām unable to sign in to the Suno iOS app on my iPhone.
What happens:
I tap āSign in / Log inā
I choose āSign in with Appleā
It loads briefly
Then it returns to the appās start/login screen without signing me in (no error message shown)
Important detail:
I can sign in normally on my iPad and on my computer (web browser).
I can also sign in on my iPhone using a web browser.
The issue only occurs in the Suno iPhone app.

Force quit the app and restart the iPhone

i think your lyrics section is broken. I have to write my lyrics in notepad because when i try editing lyrics, the cursor jumps to the end of my lyrics, this only happens on suno and none of my other apps. and only when editing pre-existing lyrics. I think this happened to me before (I had something similar where I couldn't see any songs it wouldn't load), make sure your app or device is fully up to date and maybe you'll see everything again!

Hello. I have an issue with suno. Yesterday morning i got kicked out of my account. I paid suno premium and wanted to pay suno premier since ive read that via suno studio you can access WAV files. When i tried to go to my account it created a new one. I deleted the newly created account and tried again but i think suno has seen that as a Suspicious activity. Now i cannot even log into nor create any account on my phone. Please can someone help me regain my old suno account since its very important for my music career and scheduling. Bug report: All my songs disappeared from my Library on the Suno website. I cleared my Safari browser data and also tried opening the site in Microsoft Edge, but the issue is the same, the Library shows completely empty. However, I can still see all my songs normally in the Suno app. Just flagging this in case others are experiencing it too.
Can you check to see if you're somehow in a new workspace? This happened to me once randomly and it was very pannicking so I commend your calmness.

Are there constant changes to Suno V5 Pro? I have lost four songs to trash again. This was not recognisable. The beat was wrong, the music was bad, and then two of the tracks became a terrible screeching interference, with no accountability for such a strange sound. I am completely perplexed by this. Ok so I was directed here by some of the great people in the general chat. I wrote this to suno support yesterday but I'm trying to find out if something was going on with suno studio yesterday. This is the content: I'm not sure if I'm in the right place to ask this but did anyone notice the vocals on Suno Studio yesterday were weird? There was model instability even withoug prompt changes, the same configuration produces drastically different vocal behaviors across regenerations. I had to run the same song multiple times simply to obtain one clear, correctly articulated vocal performance. I ran the same song all day long, fixing the tags and prompts and got one, not very clearly articulated but it completed to a point where I could fade out because the song simply stopped mid sentence.
This is the whole message: Today the generation model has been highly inconsistent across identical style and lyric inputs. In multiple cases, the first output would be close to the intended tone, but subsequent generations from the same project would drift dramatically in vocal style, articulation, and genre feel without any changes to the prompt. The voice has unpredictably shifted between gravelly/blues-rock textures, soft pop-ballad delivery, talk-singing, rushed phrasing, and mispronounced words, despite explicit style constraints. The model has also ignored bracketed performance cues, failed to consistently honor āuse all lyrics exactly as written,ā and in some runs introduced unintended ad-libs or altered pacing near the end of the song. These inconsistencies appear to reflect seed or model instability rather than prompt changes, as the same configuration produces drastically different vocal behaviors across regenerations. Because I had to run the same song multiple times simply to obtain one clear, correctly articulated vocal performance, I am requesting a credit adjustment for the repeated generations required to achieve a usable result. I have used the same song all day, Iāve saved a few, still with poor vocals and tried in Studio to achieve desired results and could not. I would like all credits returned to me for all songs produced today with exception to one. I have one song I can use, and that song had to be edited in Suno Studio to fade a song that abruptly ended.
This was for EVERY song and the one song that I ended up with, I had to edit in studio to fade the end. I wasted so many credits yesterday its mindblowing.
Iām having trouble login into SUNO Ai on the web? It made me create a new account and I reach out to customer via email. Still waiting customer support to email me back. I was able to login back into my app and allow me to delete the new account. But I still canāt log into the web so I can download my stems and updated my subscription.

Hey gang, Just a little feedback as I know filtering for copyright is challenging but here is a weird inconsistency Iāve encountered
The word ābrattyā is being flagged as a copyright/artist name violation when used in original song generation, but passes through without issue in the Cover/Remix workflow. Since Bratty is an artist name this technically makes sense, but the filter isnāt intelligent enough to distinguish between a descriptor used in context versus an actual artist reference. A smarter filter would recognise when a word is being used as a mood/style descriptor rather than a direct artist name citation, similar to how common words that happen to be artist names shouldnāt be blanket blocked. The inconsistency between original and cover workflows also suggests the filtering logic isnāt being applied uniformly across the platform.

When i use the suno app on my iphone i get sent to an empty account. I use log in with apple. My handle is @jens687. I can log in on too the app on my ipad tho. I can also log in to my account on safari on the iphone and my computer. Its only the app on the iphone that directs me to an "empty" account named @gf7zhsjs2y. Im on the premier plan. So the single sign on doesnt work on my iphone sadly. I normally use my iphone for making songs when im out walking. Can you help me?
10 DAYS LOGIN ERROR - CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT
Your login system is broken. Every time I log in, it creates a new "fake/empty" account instead of letting me into my original account.

Has anyone else experienced a glitch with trying to use this feature. All my attempts end with a song length of 5:09. Tried reloading, picking different songs. Same result song length is 5:09. I might be lucky and get one thatās 5:02. However the 5:09 songs donāt actually finish theyāre just cut short or try and add 15-30 seconds of additional music to fill a gap. Itās like the program has said, āno you canāt finish at 4:39. You must finish at 5:09. Please add more.ā
For the record no song selected to Mashup was 5:09 in the first place.

Are you able to login using a web browser? If no, then it is an account issue and not an iOS app issue.

Using the ReMi lyric writer fails. You can choose a set that it makes, but if you take too long re writing them and tweaking them to make any sense it cuts out and deletes and loses everything when you press create.

Description:
When I open the notifications panel on the Suno website, each new notification shows a red dot š“ as expected. Normally, the red dot disappears after clicking and viewing the notification.
However, recently the red dot stays visible even after I open the notification. This makes it impossible to know which notifications are new or unread.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Suno on the web
- Go to Notifications
- Click a notification with a red dot
- Go back to the list
- The red dot is still there
Expected behavior:
The red dot should disappear after the notification is viewed.
Actual behavior:
The red dot remains, even after opening the notification.
Impact:
Hard to track new notifications because everything looks unread.

Creating songs seems to copy one song over and over. If i do a theme (simple prompt) kind of similar, it coppies the title and lyrics of the same song over and over. This is when doing the 'use last prompt' or just typing it in

Found a major bug here, in the IOS app, a glitch where your AirPods arenāt usable in the app nor anywhere on your phone whenever this screen is remotely up, whether if youāre picking a new song or on this screen in general. The airpods will say its connected still on your phone, but you canāt use them at all because of this screen, canāt use them on any app either

I am having issues with generating songs that are longer than like 1:45? and most songs are cutting off abruptly at less than that. Most end at 30-45seconds and Iāve tried several times, even changed prompt a few times too, Iām using a Mashup of two songs that are both over 3-4 minutes each so idk how the songs are coming out this short especially since Iāve done this many times before without a problem

I opened a ticket - but didnāt hear. The subscription has been running for over a week now without me being able to use it.
I'm getting a bug where one of my songs is not showing in my songs in the app. Its there on the web version. It was a remix of someone's song, and I reached to them to make sure they still had it as one of their published songs, to which they said they did. I have a screen recording from the app if needed showing its not there.
Iām on iOS and have the same issue. One song published not showing on my main page⦠but it shows on desktop. The song I have will show up on the bottom of a hook but I deleted the hook b/c I didnāt want to mess with the release during app issue times!
That song on the bottom should be listed but itās not. I deleted the app and reinstalled to just make sure it wasnāt a device issue.

I tested a new track using a scratch track and it posts to my profile fine. I do have custom art but itās all my own photography. Except for the Ai person in the centerā¦
I unpublished it grrr š” I just ended up using an upload of the same song. Itās so weird though because I put the songs afterwards testing it out and theyāve worked out fine and even the upload showed up when I published it.
The instrumental switch wonāt turn off to allow for lyrics.

Help! Itās not letting me create covers!
First it would take forever/multiple attempts to get it to generate anything, and it wouldnāt even generate/load proper album artwork along with it, and now itās not even letting me create at all, giving me that error message that says,

Service Unavailableā.
Iāve tried restarting the app and it still doesnāt work.
I tried spamming the create button just now and it gave me this message:

Update #2: The buffering videos disappeared when I tapped on them while they were still loading/being generated.
Update #3: I restarted the app and apparently the generation got cancelled, because I got 10 credits back and there are no new tracks listed.

Sometimes the lyrics box do not scroll correctly or keeps moving when trying to edit during COVER. Requires fighting with the lyrics box for a bit before it settles.

A large amount of my COVERs do not generate. After doing edits to styles and lyrics, tapping GENERATE results in a spinning thinking box on the button, but no cover gets generated. Not a WIFI or data issue. Not sure why

Might be good to doublecheck something with this, you may logging into the an account with the wrong credentials and this is why it isn't reflecting.
If you originally created the account using Sign in with Apple, Apple can sometimes assign a private relay email depending on your privacy settings. In those cases, the account may be tied to an address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com rather than your usual email.
To check this, go to Settings > [your name] > Sign in with Apple and look for the app there. That can show whether Apple created a private relay address for it. If a relay email is listed, that may be the email tied to the account.
If the problem persists, the best next step would be to doublecheck the guidance provided in the #support-guide channel to make sure you've provided everything that's needed for this to go smoothly.
In this case you'd want to provide:
- a brief message explaining what's going on
- your Suno handle (@handle_example) or a song link if you have one available
- a full copy of the invoice/receipt (make sure the invoice number is visible)

Bug report (iOS): The Suno app opens normally and the Home page loads fine, but when I switch to āMy Songsā or my profile, the screen goes black and shows the message āSomething went wrong. Failed to load. Please check your connection and try again.ā
This issue has been happening for about a week now. I tested on two different WiāFi networks and also tried using mobile data, but the problem persists. I restarted the app and my iPhone, but nothing changes.
Sometimes tapping the āRetryā button refreshes the page and I can access my Library or profile, but other times it doesnāt work at all and I have to fully close and reopen the app repeatedly. The Home tab is the only one that consistently loads.

It no longer keeps our excluded things. If I put instrumental and no vocals it puts in lalalas with the music. I can no longer hum a tune with dah-dah-dahs because it gets flagged as a copyright on lyrics. If I use lalalaās as the recorded audio to follow, it will not drop them from any rendition.

Bug report (iOS) Suno app: Iām trying to generate a remix for the current contest, but Suno keeps blocking the generation with the message āCouldnāt generate that! Your lyrics contain copyrighted material.ā The lyrics are completely original, but the app stops me before it can create anything.
Iāve tried several times, but the same message appears every time I attempt to generate the remix. Iām not sure what part is triggering the filter, so I wanted to report it in case others are running into the same issue.

I just subscribed to the Pro Plan on a monthly basis using my Iphone in the Suno app. After confirming the subscription I was unable to see the Pro models or my additional credits. I signed out of Suno and back in with my Google and neither were displaying still.
I restarted my phone and tried again. I tried āRestore Purchaseā but am getting an error saying that the purchase is tied to a different account.
So I tried signing in with the Hotmail tied to my phone and iTunes that made the purchase but I am still getting the same error message and no access to Pro models or additional credits.
The subscription is showing as active in my Apple subscriptions on my phone. Can I please get access to what I paid for?
Try clearing your cache or use a different browser and see if thereās access from that. If itās not showing then you can email billing support. Follow the instructions inside support guide https://discord.com/channels/1069381916492562582/1373016771103166575 and describe to them what happened. Be mindful to not send them multiple emails or youāll be sent to the back of the queue line. Try your best to wait it out. Good luck getting your issue resolved.
Create is completely broken. It wonāt load the form at all. Hasnāt for days.
Another issue with the new UI is that itās so easy to accidentally select a tag when youāre just trying to scroll through different tags. Also the creation window is too sensitive to up and down scrolling when you are just trying to scroll through different tags (which are in left to right motions) and closes too easily. The only way I can scroll through tags without it selecting one is by slowly scrolling to the side and dragging my finger downward so it doesnāt select a tag and I can properly just scroll through the list. Iāll provide a screen recording to show what I mean.
