Copyright laws are dependent on the person local jurisdiction and dependent on where the copyright was registered (i.e. country/state specific, though most do register with the government offices).

Keep in mind, there are international copyright treaties and recording companies do register their copyright in multiple countries.

This does not mean you are allowed to use copyright material even if thst audio/lyric was deemed unprotected in your jurisdiction.
As Suno servers are located in USA, their TOS reflects USA Copyright laws (and broadly disallowed use of any Input by the user that they do not have the rights to use).

Since the start of my journey on the Internet, I have been only receiving copyright claims, some of them were even aggressive, I once had a Facebook account terminated just because I cross posted a movie on 3 pages receiving 3 duplicate copyright claims. It has been a long time since then. I lost my data only and the account is no longer recognizable on Facebook by any way but I can remember the name and some pictures I had on it and some pages I may say their names were on the account. This happened on YouTube as well but when I talked to YouTube, they said you can have a lawyer or so to help you gain your lost personal data that is merged with copyrighted data. I wonder if this applies as well to Facebook and if there is such a possibility of recovering personal data out of copyrighted data. But I don't even know if my data still exists in the server or has been permanently removed upon my account termination. I know this is off topic of Suno but if you have any information, I will be grateful to know.

If you live in Europe, you can demand all your data wiped as per the GDPR iirc (FB had been fined €1.2b in 2023 for not adhering to GDPR).

Not sure about where you live but you can see what privacy laws your country has (or contact the relevant privacy department) and ask them if there are any particular laws you need to note on how to demand FB for your data be removed.
(Do your research first and confirm if the laws you found are appropriate - otherwise they will likely say to hire a lawyer)

Though, knowing FB, they will demand some sort of government ID to verify your identity (and likely have a backup of it made) so be sure to inquire about that with your country appropriate department before you contact FB

now if theyre worried about the game ROMs, go after the piracy sites, not the emulators, emulation itself is not illegal, obtaining the roms through piracy is, ripping the rom from an owned console yourself is fine

In Nintendo's defense (legitimately never thought I'd start a sentence off that way), regardless whether you're using keys from your own dumped switch, they don't people using their platform in ways that they don't intend -- similar to how Suno doesn't allow you to use the site through means other than the ones they present to you -- meaning even if you figured out how to automate the site using your own paid account, you're still disallowed from doing so.

There were a number of sites and communities based around bypassing restrictions, so while it absolutely stinks from a "free internet" perspective, I can't say it's unprecedented or unreasonable. Nintendo is known for being WILDLY litigious, so hopefully hopefully suyu doesn't make the same missteps that ryujinx and yuzu made.

I'm a tinkerer, and I also adhere to a "buy it once" philosophy -- Tears of the Kingdom ran at full 60fps on my desktop, while it was struggling to keep 30fps on my OG first-release switch, so I completely understand, and hope that adds some context to my side.

Really great points about Nintendo squatting on the rights to older releases -- especially seeing as how they're SLOWLY and methodically releasing select games through their switch online service instead of making them widely available & announcing any reasons for missing titles (like the rightsholders not agreeing because they want to release their own "remastered" current-gen solo title)

im confused what that build even is? my eyes didnt see any synergies.. just a guy lobbin' some nades with nothing to combo them.. at the very least.. if you are going to play merc.. pls, use poison nades and stack the AoE's they create.. say at least 10-12 nades worth of AoE, and then use an explosive nade to trigger the gas (poison) clouds and you do a sick amount of burst damage.. in the millions of dps actually. So, instead of doing damage over time with the gas clouds, say 10k over 8 sec as an example.. you are triggering/igniting the clouds, and you do all of its damage over time, in a quick burst of really impressive damage. So 10k in a half second.. compared to 10k damage over a period of time. Then multiply that by how many nades you use before the ignite. 😎

anyways ill stop game talkin. 😎 PS: poison damage = chaos. so it goes through energy shield and goes straight for HP. 😎

So, bit of a dumb question here... I've been producing my own music for 8 years now, and in that time, I've taken vocal lessons, watched every YouTube tutorial under the sun, and even tried to teach myself by just singing along to my favorites. For some reason, no matter what I do, my voice sounds tinny and sort of disconnected from itself. I'm breathing and projecting from my diaphragm, and in "meat-space", it sounds big and powerful. But for some reason whenever I record my voice, same technique and all, it sounds like utter hotdog water. To be polite about it.

Does anyone have any advice or tips on how I can get the "Human Voice" recording sounding way, way more like the "AI Voice" recording, but like... naturally? Singers achieve this sound on my favorite records all the time, it can't be THAT elusive.

(This is an original song btw. Since I know /someone/'s gonna mention it)

I tried this. It's still missing a lot of the dynamics, just more loudly than before. I've also tried recording additional layers (as many as 12 before I get sick of the repetition) and still come out with vocals that sound like the bottom of the beer can stuck to my boot. I feel like this is more of a vocal technique thing I'm missing than a technical problem

Yes. Even went as far as using pitch correction for one song (sadly, the only song where my singing sounds even remotely passable)

My current leading theories are that I have next to no vocal range (less than a full octave), or that I'm just permanently off-key somehow. When you're as prone to doing spontaneous impressions as I am, you end up with a range that lets you straight up genderswap your voice, so I don't think it's a range issue. More of a control issue.

Like the more power I put into my singing, the less control I have?

And it eventually just devolves into a mid growl if I push hard enough

You've done this awhile, but what's your sound booth setup? Can you get closer to the mic and find a sweetspot that you can maybe sing past the mic with more volume then? With enough padding in the booth to still damper any reverb at a louder projection.

It seemed too far from the mic face. Im hearing the vocal still in the head a bit , maybe trying to match the AIs key? I'd drop it 3 steps and get a bit more in your chest so it resonates and not sound as strained.

I know enough to say it, but probably suck at it, so ignore me if any or all sounds stupid.

My sound booth setup is "microphone on stand, beyond which lies screen, and more screen, and finally untreated wall". I have a pop filter type thing in place so I can't really get much closer unless I wanna be eating the mic. It's an SM58 type thing. I've had other vocalists make this mic sound good in the past so I know it's a me problem.

I don't know if I can consciously drop it 3 steps. I just tried and the results feel more like 2 and 1/2 despite my best efforts. It's like my voice is undershooting, sometimes not even responding to commands at all. As for getting it in my chest, I don't think I can physically use any more of my chest and diaphragm than I already am. My airway is so clear you could fly a starship through it without bumping into anything.

I just did a thing which sounded to me like 4 and a half lower than the one I recorded....

I'm old enough to remember when DVD drives exploded in popularity. The year before you would go to these computer shows and see fairly basic computers with an MPEG card added on to allow people to accelerate the video an watch DVD video on those basic boxes.

A year or two later I went back and those cards had largely disappeared and instead everyone had these MPEG decoders baked into standard video cards. The video cards had it as basic standard features.

It is my sincere hope that something like this happens with the various tensor cores and it just becomes a standard feature. People don't have to shop around for it or do funky things to make them work, they're just expected to be there.

This is my first attempt to put my lyrics into an AI music Gen. This is from the fourth generation. It is a Pop Ballad and it came out very good (IMO). Some AI prompt errors, like the last chorus was suppose to be an extended double chorus and it made an unexpected reprise on the last verse. It is a raw, un-remastered track.
