I am now getting endless cycle of loading when it comes to song generation, and I even tried refreshing the page.

I did flag all of these things on Suno on my laptop, but it was working fine yesterday and now all of a sudden it’s not working again. It’d be nice if you guys would stop focusing on pushing out new or different things and rather just focus on the bug so they can stop happening. Cause whatever you’re using that are having these bugs continue to pop up it’s absolutely garbage and a waste of our money.

What brilliant annoys me is that it was working all fine yesterday night and days before that and now bugs like weeks ago or popping back up again. What is the issue on your side of things when it comes to Suno not working? Like why do these bugs keep popping back up why can’t you just fix this problem permanently and move on? Why do they keep coming up again?

We're now seeing an issue in Suno where STEMS are not able to be downloaded. The spinner turns but the STEMS do not load in the pop-up window even after re-trying and also waiting about 30 minutes.

The endless generation isn’t my biggest problem. It’s the fact that the lyrics won’t show up and when I try to replace a section.

I have experienced the same thing where it doesn't include ALL of the lyrics I have manually typed in. Sometimes it leaves out a whole verse and other times it leave out lines within a verse or chorus. Other times it adds lines from a previous verse when not asked for. I double checked if I had a bracket or something but there was not anything within the missing lyrics that could have triggered this. Also seeing a few songs not finish completely on the end of it even though the song is well under the 7:59 in length

I actually tried doing that once were it also took out some of my lyrics for one of my songs, but when you go into editor and you add a section, it only makes it a instrumental and not adding the lyrics. 💀

Also, I’m so sorry for tagging you earlier I know you’re probably either busy with something or doing something in general, I don’t know what that is exactly, but hope you’re not mad for me tagging you out of the blue. But I just felt like I was being ignored by basically the team members, and I just like this to be resolved and want to know why these bugs keep reoccurring and happening again and again. And hopefully you can fix out my problem.

I found if you have 1 of the 2 takes created missing lyrics, you can right click on the song that has the lyrics, choose "Song Details" in the menu then choose "Edit Displayed Lyrics", highlight all the lyrics in that screen and right click to copy them. Now close that detail window and go do the same on the version that has no lyrics and paste them in from the copied other version. It now shows the lyrics correctly when you load the song into the editor. 🙂

Sound quality of Suno became a noisy mess lately. High frequencies became extremely harsh and metallic. Vocals air became a severe static noise. An overall sound have severe quantization noise. Sound realism is gone and getting worse every week.

Why is that? According to news, Suno gained 1 million more users in last three months. Considering that sound quality is degrading from week to week it is clearly caused that platform is not capable to handle so many users. (You know that with diffusion AI models you can decrease number of inference steps, which will lead to more noise and less details, but will consume less computation time)

The truth is that serious music creators and music lovers is no longer a priority for Suno. I'm pretty sure that 95% of users use Suno to create some simple primitive songs with funny lyrics just to have laugh with friends/family. And that is pretty good revenue, authenticity is no longer needed.

Suno, please acknowledge sound quality issues and tell us that you are working on this. At least, create a function to regenerate a song in high fidelity (let's say, for extra 20 credits or so). You probably have everything for this anyway (including random seeds used). This way you can satisfy needs of different customers. But for now... you just betraying authenticity.

I’m having strange results with Suno Studio! Never had issues before. But say I want to replace the drum track to a live drummer. Suno creates a full song. Even with the right parameters chosen. Many many tries and it just doesn’t understand. This is original music created from an audio upload so not AI created out of nothing.

They gained a lot of users becuse of the implosion of Udio and the failure to launch weak upgrade of Producer.Ai. And yep, the sound quality is degrading. I've also noticed that the overall sound is way over compressed and lacking dynamics. Suno has always tried for this modern sound, but it's now sounding awful in dynamics.

the simple mode doesnt seem to make lyrics anymore - instrumental is not on and i use to just put a prompt in and it would generate lyrics - its not doing that - it keeps making instrumentals and tags them as intrumentals - even if i add lyrics and go into other menu it wont make the lyrics - i hit generate and it made nothing just the word [instrumental]

Sending a previously generated track to Studio and exporting it produces a slightly changed and degraded audio for the vocal and instrumentation. Even if all that is done is a simple fade at the end. Not good.

Just did a mashup of both versions of a 5:30ish minute song and both versions of the mashup came out at 4:55 minutes long and both stop mid lyric line...neither is a finished song. The first version of the original was cut off at the end while second version was a complete song. So 1 of 4 were complete songs. Not very good average of completion!!

A replacement function worked very well earlier if you used it properly. For example - if you are replacing a line or two in the verse 2, you have to ensure that the same lines of verse 1 is within context window. Default context window size of 32 beats is not enough most of times, so you use 64 or 128 (though, when you set 128 - you have much worse sound). You could do 10-20 generatations and it was always possible to select something suitable. After messing with Match EQ, Stereo Width and Volume in DAW you could make almost seamless replacement.

Now, the replacement function is broken

1. Context Window Size do not matters anymore. It seems to work like 32 beats always.
2. It generate replacements totally off the vibe.
3. sometimes it generates replacement without singing lyrics at all or singing gibberish

Besides, after generating a few replacements Suno usually lose song lyrics (this bug is still not fixed). And you have to go to Legacy Editor and re-align lyrics with "Match lyrics to audio".

The reason is that Suno store songs in lossy form (most probably, it's an intermediate latents of AI model). So, if you work in Studio, then it needs to decode all tracks, apply all mixing (simple fade in your case), and encode song again. So, decode-encode iteration degrade audio quality.

I don't think that it will ever be fixed, because that would mean 5x-10x more storage needed to store songs.

If you care about quality (which already is not very good), then you have to learn some DAW like Reaper.

You guys still didnt fix it. After you delete a song or file in the workspace, you have to reload the page in order to delete another. You are not able to select a few, delete, and select again. The delete option is gone until you reload the page.

I have 2 files in the trash that I can't permanently delete. It keeps throwing an error when I try It's been that way for a month. I have deleted many files I didn't want to keep but there's 2 that are a no go. Stem extraction still getting stuck spinning it's wheel. It's been spinning for half hour and I am just going to leave it spin until morning...done for the day

Oye Oye Suno, those who don't fix their bugs. You have a new bug; often the intros repeat twice. Yet another stupid thing to waste our credits for nothing. You're probably busy finding new options to add without fixing the bugs the old ones caused.

I have an issue with my subscriptions. I bought the pro, after a while I upgraded to premium but the upgrade process created 2 invoices. One I have paid but the second one is still pending.
It looks like this 2nd unpaid invoice blocks my premium features as I am unable to download tracks and my credits are also not being topped up.
Anyone experienced the same issue? How can I resolve this?

I understand what they're trying to prevent with the personas locked out of imported tracks, but I have one persona that I like, and it's one of those that make the midrange progressively fade out when you use it. We can't even toy with the source of the persona offline in order to try to fix this crap, if we can't reimport & recapture the persona.

IMHO there's too much that we still have to do offline, but also too many annoyances when you do so. We can't re-link a cover to the original if we've mastered it offline.

yeah and I refuse to work on Studio not only because I'm already using another host, but also because I'm quite sure that it only works on the paper (or they would let us try it first). To me there are 2 things that Suno does perfectly, create from scratch, and remix. All the other tools that are designed to fix mistakes, sound terribad and once you've realized that you don't touch them anymore.
So I have strong doubts about Studio giving good results through separately rendered tracks as it's not something Suno seems to be good at.

I've done covers with personas like an hour ago, it seemed to work.
Something seems to have changed related to the "audio influence" fader recently though. It only seems to apply to the persona now, I'd swear it applied to both before. But I've never quite understood that thing and I still don't know why we don't have 2 faders for the source track & for the persona.

also make sure you do this before. After you've used the sample feature, if you do a cover with a persona, it just won't start anymore. But they've also fixed something here, as if you select a persona while you're in the sample mode, it disengages the sample mode.

I can use any lyrics, any style and there's the same melody underlying whatever it does. I'm so fed up with Suno generations im testing Midjourney Niji 7. I'd rather not keep wasting time, money, and energy trying to get something broken to work when there's no transparency from the team. I tested out some prompt terms yesterday, I'd seen in a YouTube post about getting rough whisky-soaked vocals, which I've been trying to get for months. It worked occasionally, but the results were very inconsistent, with SUNO ignoring the tags. Itested with personas. no personas. tried various slider strengths. Never a rhyme or reason for the inconsistent results. At least I wasn't being bigged down with 7:59 generations and repeated intros, but I did run into some mispronunciations of lyrics and weird phrasing .

In case anyone deals with this... my solution was to generate in v4.5 and then cover it in 5 to finish it. v5 only has one single melody for every song and style I attempt. 4.5 gives variety

i use mainly 4.5plus to create songs, it makes way better melodies than v5 in the genre i work with, but if i dont like any attempts i change to v4.5, if i want to boost my 4.5 plus instrumentals i use v5, i keep going back and forth as i see fit or i think it doesnt ruin the consistency of the song

Few issues that brought me here today I’ve noticed over last few hundred generations.

Usual word messes up not a problem, usually can be fixed in editor, for some reason editor generations are way out of time/different tempo. Needed 20 generations the other day to get one to work. Since I’ve had no luck

Another more concerning issue is the sheer volume of tracks coming out with so many audible artifacts. The sound of unplugging a mic mid track type of pops, they cut through everything and no matter what you can’t remove. Via cover, re gen or edit.

Might just high load, or too many free users at the same time. Generation itself is not free for the company, they paying for servers. And, for "monthly" it costs just $10 per month, less than one meal in caffe, for 500 song. It's very cheap. Easy to "fix". Compare video generations, most companies has no "trial" or "free" and monthly cost $90/month for few generation (like few seconds single clip will be $1+).
And now that "bug" as I see is gone. Just have a bit patience and be thanksful that Suno gave free credits every day....

V5 extend persistently ignoring instructions
Trying to extend a song to add instrumental solo after the last verse.
Lyrics and style instruction for the extension both clearly state to generate an instrumental section (also tried leaving Lyrics empty, with identical results)
20-30 attempts. Every single one contains vocals repeated from earlier in the song, despite being clearly instructed not to.

Edit:
Just tried using v4.5+ for the extension instead with the same result
Inability to follow style instructions, and persistently inserting elements that were specifically instructed NOT to be included, is a major and very long-standing design flaw which appears to be present in all versions and which has been reported MANY times
Stop adding fancy new toys to the studio and focus on fixing basic functionality. Style instruction is useless if the bot consistently ignores it.

Now over 40 attempted generations. Not one single attempt followed instructions.

Nobody owes any "calculation effort" for free, not video, not music....

$10 for 500 songs - it's 1500 minutes, or 25 HOURS of music. Literally you need to listen almost 1 hour per day. It's a lot, that's not greed. And, if you somehow can use local generation on your computer with that quality and quantity you will spend more on electricity bills by using your GPU.....

The point was - it is cheap, and $10 bucks today is nothing, but some trying to make a drama to pay a penny and want all free (and I assume wanna commercial use for free, huh). Simply speaking $90 per month (video) with questionable results and very limited generations is not affordable at all. But Suno is very affordable even just for fun. And for $24 it's almost unlimited...

hey guys, this has been happening for a while now. i just felt like i should report now : Suno keeps ignoring the lyrics i put, keeps cutting songs off at the end, extend also ignores. For this video i show you Suno ignoring the rest of the lyrics. So far i’ve only did this cover a total of 5 times so 10 songs and 8/10 songs was cut short. Please fix, thanks

I do think Sunos paying version is a good price, but you need to consider that not all of the generated song you will use as a whole.

If i make a song i usually create 6 versions, in bad cases 15-20 till i find my perfect base. Then i need to extend it to finish the lyrics, which makes me generate another cca 4-6 versions (to make sure I have the best melody possible).
And if all goes well, after the lyrics it is good to end with a balanced length of instrumental with not a hasty ending (suno likes to do hasty endings for some reason), which gives me another 4-6 generated versions.

And if all goes well after that, I have to make corrections of false notes, mispronunciations etc, and believe me if you don't work with English it can be a pain in the ...
And then there is the problem of the lyrics not aligning with the song, even after I click the align manually... (today I wasted 200 credits to fix two words in a non English lyrics, new editor could not do it, legacy did the job), so it can be also costly.

All in all to make not just a one button pressed song, that 2500 credits aka 500 songs are around 20-25-50 per month in real life if I want to be generous.

It seems like Suno has some kind of bug, where it is not counting plays. This has been going on for several days, at least with my account. I noticed this glitch several times when a pretty large number of "like" notifications showed up in my profile, but the song and profile's total play count don't change - ever. Same goes with at least some other users. Look at this song as an example (from another user I follow): the thumbs up count is HIGHER than the number of plays? What? How can that be right??

This is part 2 of my prior post. 12 hours ago, I had 319 playa and 122 likes. Now I have the same 319 plays, but have received 10 "like" notifications. The 2nd screen snippet shows my current profile counts. The likes increased by 10, but the plays are exactly the same at 319. Something is wrong.

Done a lot of testing with Personas and covers
With generating original tracks v5 with a persona does a decent job, albeit the sounds are very homogenised and generic. But it does sound like the persona vocal source, so pretty good…
But apply this persona to a cover and it’s totally unworkable. It’s not applied at all, so as a vocal replacement to a prior created track or indeed an upload of an old demo I made it just is useless.
Given the powerful application of what was promised with v5 and personas this is a huge disappointment unless the devs can fix this.
It did, for a while l, work well but as it stands personas and covers are a complete bust

I just created a mashup of the 2 versions of a song that's around 3:30 long. Both original songs are complete and ok. The resulting 2 mashups where complete garbage! One of them was 49 seconds of instrumental and the other one was mostly instrumental but repeated verse 4 and the chorus twice and totally left out the rest of the verses, bridge and outro and was 4:30 long. Why is there so many issues the last few days? Also noticed the mashup removed the whole Style section of prompts.

Trying various tests to see how Suno is handling personas with a cover in v5
I’ve come To the conclusion it just isn’t working at all.
I’ve tried a cover using a v5 vocal on song and applied the style each time as synthwave, 1990s IDM, and dark electropop.
Each generation is the same homogenised sound, ignoring the genre prompt, and with a vocal generated that’s nothing like the persona I have as the supposed “replacement” vocal.
This is now pointless to keep paying for a product that doesn’t do what it’s selling itself as, with a feature that does not work.
Cashing out the Suno slot machine time until I see an announcement of improvements and fixes. Probably not until v6.

I did sample from song's landing page,, and a mashup of of the instrumental stems....neither asked to make it contest song, and one published doesn't have a contest song indicator.....I don't see what I have done wrong...i mean it seems smiple enough. Is sample and mashup not supported for contest remixes? remix link is not broken as the remix of link still points to the contest song.

I'm pretty sure something has changed recently (& not just the v2 personas). You now first have to do your cover, and then remix it with your persona, keeping the "audio influence" (which NOW only seems to apply to the persona. I'd swear it used not to) fader to 100%

also suno seems to wanna keep the original vocals more now. Thus it also helps to remix an instrumental (DON'T leave the lyrics empty as it says, but insert [instrumental] in it), and then you re-add the lyrics.
Otherwise, say it's female vocals and your persona is male, it's gonna wanna keep them female for some reason. Here too I'd swear it wasn't doing that before

Suno is trying to charge me for a Premiere i didn't use. Support is no answering for 10 days. I was Pro member (28 Jan- 28 Feb). I wanted check Premiere price via upgrad option at 16 Feb. Then i canceled from page without payment. I used Suno as Pro until 28 Feb. Everything was normal. I tried cancel my Pro subscription at 28 Feb. Then system gave me 1000 credits (not 10K) to my account and turned it Premier instead of cancel my Pro. Now there is an open invoice for 16Feb-16Mar. I can't renew my subscription cuz of this. Suno is trying to charge me that feature i didn't use cuz of this bug. You can see all my credits activity until 28 Feb.

Hi, I'm having a really frustrating problem with the section generation feature in Suno Studio. I'm working on a song where there's a chorus about 19 seconds long where the crowd sings the chorus, like a concert audience singing together. The first half of that section sounds great, but the second half isn't what I want, so I'm generating a new version of the whole section to keep it consistent from beginning to end.
The problem is that the results are extremely inconsistent. At first the model often generates something almost identical to the original version, including the part I'm actually trying to change. After several attempts it starts drifting away from the melody, and eventually it just loses the original melody completely. Sometimes it skips part of the chorus, sometimes it starts with silence, sometimes the timing doesn't match the song anymore.
After trying this many times it feels like this feature simply doesn't allow you to reliably change anything inside an existing song. The generated sections either copy the original too closely or drift so far away that they no longer fit the track. Because of that, in practice it's almost impossible to use this feature to fix or modify a specific part of a song.

that's my whole experience with replace section & extend, yes they fix wrongly spoken stuff, but the results almost always sound odd & the place of the mistake stands out way more, so it's best to leave the original mistake or remix the entire track

IMHO half of Suno's feature list looks nice on paper but does not work. Generating, remixing & sampling, those are strong & solid features. And personas too, but not always. The rest.. maybe one day it'll work.

the link to the original song seems to be stored in different ways and seems to be very fragile. I have remixes for which it has entirely disappeared, and for others, it depends on where you look. Sometimes it appears on the right pane, sometimes on the song's full page, it depends.
And of course, if you dared to export the song to remaster it an reimport it, the link is just gone and no way to manually re-link it.

Little bug, nothing major. There are definitely only 4 songs in this playlist. There's never been more than four songs at this point, but the playlist says that there are 31 songs in it. I've never deleted a song from it.

The bug i often find lately is in the new editor suno just deletes the lyrics, i close the whole thing and go to the folder the song, checking it the lyrics are missing indeed, although originally it had shown everything. The replace section also gives me a restricted option to pick versions, only allows me to use V5 in new editor. It works fine in the legacy. I dont know what these guys are doing but its gettign worse and worse.

I think part of the problem is they don't have enough servers to handle a sudden large number of requests. I can extract stems on 4 songs one after another then when I hit the 5 song, it allows me to download all of Version 1 stems and when I click Version 2 then Download All.... it sits and spins for ever without completing the archive to download Also noticed the extraction doesn't list all instruments the song was actually created with. This Version 2 stems that won't download only lists stems for Lead Vocals, Backing Vocals and Guitar when the song was actually created with Electric guitar, Electric bass, Synthesizer, Rock Drum Kit, Xylophone.

I am not sure what has happened over this past week to two weeks, but the quality of songs its producing are abysmal. Almost all treble, distorted and horrendous sounding, or just do not even follow the prompts correctly. I have spent about 5k worth of credits just on one song alone so far. When I finally do get one that actually follows my prompts it completely unusable as it sound extremely bad. and cannot even be remastered correctly as when you do it just garbles all the words. V5 is acting more like V1 at this point!!!

related to covers again: I've made quite some of them, but not counting the contests ones, and the ones that lost the internal link to the original for reasons, that leaves 9 covers. Out of those 9, only 2 show in the "remixes" pane of the original songs.
I believe those were the only 2 that were straight remixes, and not "remixes of remixes" (which is common and pretty much the way to do). So, for some reason, Suno does know that a song is a cover of another (& decides to show that it's a cover or not, depending on where you look and if you're logged in or not), but still decides not to list it in the song's list of remixes. Happened to me too. I was trying to remaster a song because it’s supposed to clear out any divides in the vocals or clips in, etc. But it’s just been making it worse.

The remaster function in Suno does not correspond to the classic mastering process in an audio application. Instead, the same seed is used to generate a new song that is sometimes more, sometimes less based on the original. In some cases, this can be used to iron out small mistakes, such as when a word is slurred. However, you can also use the function creatively and remaster a remaster, so that the song gradually moves away from the original and can sound more exciting.
Alternatively, use the EQ in Suno Studio, if you have it in your subscription package, to polish up the song significantly and, if necessary, regenerate sections of stems if there are still too many artefacts in them.

And I'm still waiting for v4.5+ to be fixed 😉

That approach might indeed the best, getting stems, cleanin' 'em up and then use a solid eq, compressor, limiter, stereo-enhancer or whatever in Logic.
Nevertheless, the remaster-feature is pretty often and used by me as a creative thing, think of a cover but damn closer to its original. So, for subtle changes, remastering a song can do magic, especially if you remaster the remaster of a remaster. 😉

The max length possible for the generated output will be shortened to accommodate the audio used for features that make use of existing audio (due to how the models work.) If a particular combo of style and lyrics encourage the model to make a longer song, there might not be enough time available to accommodate the full song. You could try extending the output(s) you liked?

I keep hearing that, but that's not what's happening here. I've been generating the same song with the same lyrics and prompts all day and for half of yesterday. It wasn't until I added the 4th inspo song that it started making same length/cut off versions. Most of the prior generations are 3:30 - 6:30 minute songs and all the content fits comfortably in both the lower and upper song length limits. Prompt/genre/lyric length is not what's causing it. It has something to do with using songs for inspiration. (the song I added that tipped it over the edge is only 3:27 long)

On a side note. I'll try extend again. But every time I've tried before it's completely useless for me. I see other people complain about the same thing (doesn't sound at all like the same song (think dubstep added to country) and the lyrics are gibberish), I've also seen other people praise it highly. I've used Suno for some time now and am very familiar with it. I've have asked for, step by step, from someone who loves extend how they do it and replicated those steps, but it simply hasn't worked for me for some baffling reason.

Looking at the data for these songs it looks like the longer one was created from 2 inspo songs. The one that completed is pretty long, so the model likely wants to shoot for a long song, but combined with 4 inspo songs just doesn't have the available time to accommodate it.

For extensions, if you are getting gibberish lyrics and inconsistency, see if using default sliders helps there. How inspo responds to sliders is different to how extend responds to sliders so in cases where the output doesn't make sense a return to the defaults is often a good first thing to try before anything else.

Has something been changed with covers in the last 24 hours? It used to be that if I lowered the audio influence of a song I wanted to make a cover for it would keep the bones of the melody of the lyrics and create cover versions that were sometimes longer or shorted depending on how it adjusted the tempo, and change the way certain notes were held longer or shorter than before, so you could tell it was based on the original song but sounded like a genuine cover version of the song. But all of my covers are now coming out the same length which means the tempo isn't being adjusted to fit the style which causes some of the lyrics to not be sung correctly. I usually only got results like this is I raised the audio influence high, but now audio influence doesn't seem to have any effect on the cover at all. They all just come out sounding very similar with the same issues, no variation at all.

Steps to Reproduce:

Paste > 500 characters of descriptive text into the Style input box. Go close to 1000 characters for the clearest result.

Click the Rewriter (wand) button.

Observe the rewritten output abruptly cutting off near the 500-character mark instead of utilizing the full 1,000-character allowance.

Many of the typical behaviors when Suno was limited to 4min and 500 characters in the style prompt appear to have returned. My experience with the recent version has been, up to this point, without those issues. Recently however, it feels like it has regressed to the smaller sizes. I've even had a couple of recent songs generated at the exact same length and each song just ended right there. Like something was being cut off.

The Persona appears to not be using the voice properly like it was the previous day. The first song I generated using it today used female vocals on a male vocal persona.

Yesterday I had a problem in the chat window, there was a new feature(. Call send to chat). About 50% of the generations would fail. I wasn't charged for it. Depends what you mean by bugs. 4.5 was great, 4.5+ was better except the singer would hang onto words and cut into themself far more often. 5.0 was amazing when it came out, but for the past few months it's been atrocious with consistency throughout the songs. All gens have plenty of bugs, but 5.0's latest bugs have been game breakers. I've made songs recently in 4.5+ instead, but it also has game breaking bugs now, and 4.5 now feels unusable. They made some major changes somewhere down the line that affected all gens, unfortunately.

What brings me here is there used to be a problem where doing a cover of an audio with a persona would cap the song at a certain time and the song would cut off. Now I'm only doing a cover, no persona, and my song keeps getting capped (at 5:13 for this specific audio upload). If the song finishes before that mark, (e.g. 5:08) it will finish now, but anything over gets cut off. These problems are getting worse, and I have spent literally hundreds of credits dealing with unusable generations with no refunds.

quick workaround for everyone else since the team hasn't spoken about this yet, found this after 1500 credits down the drain:

1. Get the best version you can via v4.5+ (does not matter if some words are mumbled/mispronounced, the vibe, beat and voice have to be almost perfect though to get what you want)

2. Remaster that song with v5 on subtle strength, mispronunciations get fixed, quality stays (hopefully) consistent and yeah

3. Drag in your favorite DAW and DON'T SPLIT TO STEMS (to keep quality), edit stereo image to make it more full, eq out the high unwanted freqs and then mix/master as good as you can without seperating the beat from the vocals

tada, you got an almost perfect version of what you wanted in 50 credits instead of 1500

edit: by using v4.5+ you can use audio influence >50% without glitching most of the time again if you need to btw

I'm doing covers of a song edited in the editor and when the finished cover is completed, there are random sporadic drum sounds in the final product. Otherwise, the generation is fine except for these random drum/percussion hits.

And now, generated covers don't even encompass the whole runtime of the source song. i.e. 2:56 for the reference and then 1:18 for the cover

For Chinese songs, the persona cover in the new version is heavily affected by the original audio.For example, if the original audio I uploaded has poor sound quality, or has been pitch-shifted into a high-pitched, chipmunk-like voice, the covered result will sound just like the damaged audio.
If the Audio Influence is set above 75%, it sounds almost identical to the original audio, not the persona.If it’s set to 30% or 0%, it doesn’t sound like the persona at all.
This issue is especially severe with Chinese songs.Many of my friends are having the same problem, so I suspect this bug affects all Chinese songs.I hope you can look into what’s causing this issue.

Preview does not work often times when generating, this morning I've tested it and 3 times the song generation completed before I could listen. (3/4) while the 4th one of the songs played, beginning about 30s before completion

OS: Fedora 43 / Plasma 6
Browser: Google-chrome (commercial)

The songs do one of two things,

1: for the first 0-45 seconds they often do not modify the current timeline on the plater when clicking, eg. if I was listening to a song up to 0:43 seconds and then click play on the preview during generation timeline remains at 0:43, clicking between the two generations will do the same, clikcing on a song that is completed will behave as expected and play the song beginning at 0:00 --- note: clicking back to the song that did play and was at 0:43 (or whatever time) that is displayed on the player properly reverts to zero, showing the timeline of the player is not hooked still to the original song

2: after some time (though not always) it will revert the timeline to 0:00 but will not play. Occasionally after this occurs, it will play while still generated, sometimes it will not. Note: if one finishes generation it will immediately work, if the second song is still generated it remains unable to preview.

Addendum: It seems to be clearing up, may be early morning server dynamics, users starting to use more compute and its cranking up new machines to handle it. Still some lag, but takes appx. 20-30s before the preview begins. May not be a bug, just a server dynamics and cold start issue due to heavy usage surge early morning

Second addendum: Okay so I had a song almost finished, I clicked it and same timeline freeze from last song. The generation finished, and still nothing. I hit print screen to take a screen shot and it began. Testing again, switching chrome tabs it begins to play, testing a third I began a generation, and after 5s hitting print screen (on my os this runs spectacle, which switches to a box selection of the screen at time of I pressed prnscr, within 2-3 seconds of doing this, every song plays, it may be Local system strangeness (but nothing has changed on my side, and it did not used to do this) or may have something to do with screen focus, and the timeline being locked in place. may be not sending proper timeline reset and trying to initiate from a wrong timestep or there may be more backend issues with the player that not only the timeline is incorrectly adjusted by the resource call is focused on another resource (eg. audio chunk) from outside the scope of the generating song attempting to preview.

I am experiencing a persistent bias in my account's generations. Despite using explicit directives for high-energy or dynamic starts, all new tracks consistently begin with a "soft start" or "fade-in" effect.

The model seems to have "locked" a specific stylistic preference from a previous prompt into my account's inference context, ignoring new metadata instructions.

I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps without success:

-Switched between Custom and Simple modes.
-Used explicit tags like [Intro: Explosive Drums] or [Start: Fortissimo].
-Cleared browser cache and tested in Incognito mode.

How much are you changing your style prompt between generations?

It may be locking in on something in your prompt that you're retaining, that locks that in, EVEN IF it does not read to you that it should do that. If the specific style prompt carries a heavy overfit from training, it may just think that's how it should sound, and not recognize that it is doing that. Have you tried the slider on style strength , crank it up to 80 and see if the issue is more or less present.

I don't think there is any context carry that is account linked (ie, it does not have a personalization akin to how chatGPT/Gemini etc will reference weird things from past contexts/chats that are oddly out of place.)

I make all the instrumental tracks using the “Simple” option and very simple prompts indicating only three or four genres. Before that more detailed prompt, all generations had more random beginnings or structures. Since then, the generations have become hooked.

Yes I have the same thing going on, just haven't shared em here, it isn't a matter of taste per se, it's a matter of model over fitting on some prompt element that's weightier to the model than it may seem.

Something is aligning the intro, the the "sound" these (and mine) all have.

It may not be somethin that from a human/english form prompt, seems like it should carry that weight. but it is.

Do you have an example of ones that sound "different" from earlier, so we can look at how the prompts might differ?

Hi. I’m running into a strange issue when trying to make a cover of an older song using a saved Persona voice. The original track was generated back in version 3.5. I tried the remaster feature, but the vocal quality in that version is still quite weak, so remastering doesn’t really help. Because of that I’m trying to create a new cover instead, using a Persona voice that I saved from a completely different song where the vocal performance sounded much better.
The problem is that when the Persona is enabled, the model very often skips the final vocal section of the song. It sings the chorus, plays the short instrumental passage, and then just ends the track, ignoring the last lines of the lyrics. If I disable the Persona, there’s a much higher chance that the full lyrics will be sung correctly. But then the voice is not the one I want to use, so it feels like I have to choose between keeping the correct lyrics or keeping the voice.
At this point I’ve probably spent around a thousand credits trying different prompts, structures, and workarounds, but nothing seems to fix it. It honestly feels like I’m just running into a wall over and over again. Is this a known limitation of Personas, or is there some way to prevent the model from skipping the last part of the song when a Persona voice is used?

All these songs were made with a simple same prompt (except two songs) and all sounds different from the beginning.
After I finished that album, I tried some different and detailed prompting. Since one specific prompt trying to force a song start (fade in), all songs start the same way. No matter what I try.
Just to add a bit of context. I'm working with Suno since april 2024 and made some albums with it. Just trying here to figure it out any solutions as I've activated again my suscription. Anyway, many thanks for your help. I think this is a problem Suno support should investigate.

It may just be that prompt has a heavy genre shift some weight it applies, probably a deep tangent through the weights and it can't get its attention back to the metal for the intro.

I still can't find the reason why the "style summary" just isn't appearing for some of my songs.
It used to be that when you were deleting the string in that box, the box would immediately disappear, not to appear again. This I can't reproduce anymore, so I assume it has been fixed recently.

I removed the "neon retrowave" part, but then added each comma'd section increasingly, and even without the retrowave part, the final chorus line that shifted it back into the less intense intro , the additional cues of the description of the final chorus may imply to the model very polished melodic emotionally lifted song architecture, which may then back-propagate that implied arc into the opening and think that this is the kind of song that should stage itself, bloom, and arrive instead of this is the kind of song that should slam in instantly.

So, Suno have been a bit glitchy with the Persona usage but can be worked around, as of late

I record my voice to direct how the song is supposed to sound like, then apply the Persona and that's fine but when I want to extend the Persona is removed automatically but when I apply the Persona again to keep the song's spirit, and push Extend to the next section of the song, it REPEATS THE WHOLE SONG from the beginning and super glitchy for another 4 minutes and sometimes it omits some lyrics section and thus, this is when I go into the Edit mode [the legacy version], still better than the new one but the Persona is gone by the end of the song. Least the song worked but it's getting trickier to make things work.

Sure, they'll fix it but it can be a bit frustrating.

I already lost my hope and probably will cancel my subscription next period. Also, I don't think that V6 (when it's out) will change anything in regards to bugs or sound fidelity. Bugs are here due to a way Suno dev team works and lack of QA. Sound fidelity was significantly higher in 2025, now it is utter garbage. It's not because V5 is bad model, it's because audio sampling and generation pipeline was "optimized" to reduce server load. V5 was able to produce rich, detailed sound back in October, now this is gone completely and it's only suitable for some simple sounding genres. When V6 will be released - it will produce different songs in terms of musicality, but other things will remain the same... ☹️

@sand depot Sorry for tagging you, but you are the only guy from Suno who responds here and knows something. Are there any plans to finally release MAX mode? Suno became useless to me with limitations of current audio pipeline - sound quality is horrible for almost two months already and getting worse. I'm kinda curious, because MAX mode button was briefly visible on one of the recent Suno videos (even though it seems, it was recorded somewhere in December)

To be honest, there was no answer - more like a templated message. The question was about endless bugs in core functions and sound quality issues, the answer was "more fun things to come". I don't want fun things (and many other people writing here too, probably), I only want that very basic functionality such us making replacements and extensions, generating covers, using personas would just work properly. And, of course, I just want that sound fidelity would match generations of autumn 2025.

But, thanks for an answer anyway - I can read between chars easily. Suno seems to be transforming into a toy rather than a creative tool. That is - there are much more people who just want to create a simple primitive song with funny lyrics to have fun with family and friends. Considering you gained 1M paying users in just 3 months, you don't need to focus on people who treat music seriously anymore. Because there are 1000x more people who just want a toy for fun. I DM'd @sand depot weeks ago now about the state of SUNo and still no response. silence. no transparency. My credits go down the drain every month on rollover (even though i was told they were protectd while they were fixing) because it isn't worth trying to generate with all of the issues. To that end, I would like to report that multi-Track export is now working as expected, the web app is stable (in incognito mode, I havent switched out of it since it started working for me there)
the only issue I can now report is some of the sound qualit, specifically in the mid to upper ranges, especially in things like drums, percussion, sounds tinny, crispy, thin, like an MP3.
I am a producer who uses these stems in Ableton, I have yet to use a stem from SUNO unaltered, this means, I am working in Ableton to clean up each stem, through a variety of techniques, to hide the flaws I just described. As you can see, I have about 19 channels and its an 8 minute song.
Now, if these mastering issues were solved and I had to do a lot less cleanup in Ableton, that would be stellar. The low end and mid to low end is the easiest to work with, probably due to the nature of the waveforms being wider in frequency. The higher the frequency, the more likely to get that tinny sound. I hope this helps. As you can see, I wittle down a lot in ableton. I will typically remove the suno drums and replace with samples, as they are cleaner. I run with a group of producers and DJs, and they are audiophiles, the tinny, mp3 sound is very obvious. Modern Elecrtonic music is SUPER clean, very well produced. Its still a while before SUNO will be at that level, but Im sure its coming. The sooner the better IMO. ❤️

II tried today by loading pieces of other songs that I had already experimented with. All the results with the extension function came out with background noise and something like ruined vocals. Over the past few weeks, I've spent about 8,000 credits and noticed that the biggest problem lately is that songs change tempo around three-quarters of the way through. It's a complete disaster.

The second thing is the Extend function, which gives 180 clips of 2 to 10 seconds each for 200 attempts.

Hey everyone. Trends haven't been working for a whole day. I asked other users, and they're fine. I can't figure out why. The field is empty and there's nothing.

It's a bug at the account or server level. I'm stuck on the German trending list, but when I expand it, it's completely empty.

I had an interesting time trying to do a Cover of this. You got 7m 32s but it cut off long before the end. The limit is 8m. It was never going to complete it on 8m. My first covers gave me 6m 10s for both versions. I tried multiple times to extend it. Extention times were all over the place from 12s to 5m 07s. My best guess is that the AI sees the verses very similarly so doesn't find the correct place to continue the song from. It may well work better with varying musical interludes that break the song up and give the AI something to latch onto between main part and any extensions you do. In the end I used a 6m 10s version, coupled with the 5m:07s extension hacked together with Audacity to give me a 11m cover. Genuinely, the sound levels didn't drop during the Covers, and no Neo-Gaulish words were missed out (though a few may have been repeated which do not detract from it), and the singing was quite nice., too.

I had a look recently into why the lyrics disappear and have passed this on to be addressed. In the meantime, as a workaround for when this happens, copy the lyrics from one of the other copies of the song (e.g. the second song of the pair that get generated) and, from the affected song's page, click Edit Displayed Lyrics and paste in the lyrics. Those lyrics should then appear in the editor when you edit the song.

The other Editor issue you referenced (demonstrated in your video from March 8th) where the editor would present an error about "showNav" should already be fixed since Wednesday.

Incognito mode won't be using saved data that your browser normally uses (e.g. cookies) - so you may find that clearing your browser's cookies, cache and all other site data relating to suno.com allow you to work outside of incognito mode again.

Someone told me this and I would tell you this. If you have a copy of your lyrics like either in the box or other, copying those, and then click the three dots on the side of the song, go to song details, then hit the down arrow bar that says insert lyrics and then insert the lyrics, then exit out of that and go to song editor and the lyrics will show up.

What have really happened to Suno. It now sounds terrible and a lot of “noice” in the background. Remaster even makes it worse. The voices changes during the song. Sometimes a song cuts of in the middle make a paus and then starts all over again. Next time it change the song completely and do not follow the prompts. I made a lot of songs and are premium member for a long time. Even tried today to make in version 4,5 but it did not help. Something is really really a mess… so sad right now, since I been in heaven for last 6 months and now I am in hell 🙈

The first payment attempt failed, but the second payment went through successfully (Invoice #91T5NNKH-0004). If you check the invoice number you will see that the payment was completed and the money has already been deducted from my account.

So the payment itself is not the issue. It looks like a bug in Suno.

I do need help with creating a support ticket. I have already tried contacting support through my account on the website and also by email (both support and billing), but the issue is still unresolved.

I have been waiting since February 8 and I log in every day to check if it has finally been fixed, but nothing has changed.

Hi @exotic sun , I'm new to the Suno Discord channel, mainly use it for AI art channels. Saw your post, then read through a ton of others here to see if anyone was complaining about the same thing. Surprisingly, not many. Not sure if this applies to you, but I found this "same length and end abruptly" happening here as well, but only after using the "new" persona feature. Really, they should have called it "v5 Persona v2", lol, as we were creating v5 personas long before this "new" one.
I have about 30 personas, many of them close in style with small differences. Instead of possibly trashing a good persona by upgrading to the "new" persona, I tested by using the exact same style prompt for some of my favs, and created "new" versions of those. BTW, I am not fond of 30sec length, especially if you want to capture both verse and chorus when there are different dynamics you want.
Anyways, thankfully I didn't upgrade any of my prior personas, as the new ones have the same issue as you on 90% of the generations, among other issues -

1. Generations are the same length to the second, even across multiple "new" personas (4:38 length).
2. Song cuts off at end, and also in the middle of the last lyrics, which might also be related to
3. Even though I don't have [Intro] in the lyrics, there is an intro in say, the song I am covering (an old former recording with no vocals), but compared to my non-"new" version personas, the intro now goes at least 1 minute, way too long compared to the 15 seconds or so I get with my non-"new" personas,
4. As many others I see here complaining about, the sound quality has also deteriorated, with hard rock guitars now sounding fizzy and fake, and drums sounding more like a drum machine vs real sounding guitars and drums with my non-"new" personas.
5. Variations between multiple generations are gone, with everything sounding the same. Now sometimes that was a good thing if going for some consistency, but this is over the top now.

I'm having a big problem with the Personas. I created a few using V3.5. Now, when I try to create a V3.5 song using the Persona (because that's the only way to get the voice I want), it sounds really weird and glitchy, starts in the middle of the song, and only lasts for 1 minute.
When I update the persona to V5, I have the same problem when creating in V3.5.
When I create in V5, it’s “normal” again, but the original voice from the persona is gone.

Is this a bug? Does anyone know a solution or workaround?

It can’t be that all the older personas are suddenly broken. It was still working a month ago.....

Alternatively, it would be cool if the voice could be transferred 1:1 from a V3.5 Persona into a V5 song; then I wouldn’t care about the problem. Does anyone know how to do that?

Yeah, it seems to be connected to using audio to make new tracks. I can't even use personas at all, they're completely broken for me. The new version just makes cut off tracks that are all the same length and the legacy version simply doesn't respond at all.
But the same length/cut off song bug also happens periodically with covers, mashups and using songs for inspiration. That being said, I used songs for inspiration all day yesterday and had no problems.

I often generate a full song in Suno and sometimes the result is already very good, especially the vocal and the character of the singer’s voice. When I want to finish the track properly in a DAW, I usually split the song into stems. However, the stems created by the split function are often not clean enough for proper mixing, so the natural workflow is to regenerate some individual parts so they sound more complete.
This works reasonably well for instruments, although even there it is not perfect, because if the first regenerated take does not match well, every next attempt tends to drift further away from the original sound and eventually it becomes impossible to get something that fits the track. But the real problem is the vocal. If the original song was generated with a specific singer (persona), I can reuse that same voice when creating another full song. However, when I try to generate only a vocal track, there is currently no option to select that same singer, so the system produces a completely different voice. It would be extremely helpful if the vocal generation tool allowed selecting the same singer that was used in the original song, because that would make it possible to regenerate vocals and properly finish the track in a DAW.

If there was a part that sounded weaker or had a phonetic error, remastering it would make it sound brand new with no loss of quality, but now there is a loss of quality in the remastering process. Whichever option you look at, you ultimately come to the conclusion that the song shouldn't be touched, without editing, expanding, remastering, or anything... if you do it now, it worsens the sound quality. It improves things in that I correct or expand things, but with much worse sound quality.

At the beginning of many vocal phrases a broadband transient noise appears.
It sounds like a metallic shimmer / breathy burst directly on the phoneme onset.

Spectral analysis shows vertical broadband energy spikes (approx. 3 kHz – 12 kHz+)
aligned with the start of vocal syllables.

This artifact becomes significantly stronger in the second half of the track.

Typical restoration tools (De-Noise, De-Reverb, Spectral Denoise, EQ, transient shaping)
cannot remove it because the noise is embedded in the vocal transient itself.

It appears to be a diffusion resynthesis / phoneme onset artifact rather than
reverb or background noise.

Attached spectrogram shows the broadband spikes at vocal onset.

We're not seeing issues in just vocals, we're seeing sound quality degredation in all of the instruments over time during a track. It's in all tracks we attempt to create now and has been for about 2+ weeks. Doesn't matter the persona. Songs start out strong and crisp and turn into a bright shiny audio mess by the end. We notice it in covers too. The music output right now is not usable. we sent Suno a couple emails about 2 weeks ago but no one has gotten back to us at all, so we're not sure what to do. If you switch from “Simple” to “Advanced” after logging in or after opening Suno in your browser for the first time, you won't be able to type anything into the ‘Lyrics’ and “Styles” fields. You have to reload the page first for the fields to become editable.
Windows & Firefox—I haven’t tested it in other browsers, but I assume it’s a JavaScript error. I always thought someone would notice and fix it, but it’s been like this for months now.

Hi team, reporting a weird account permission and payment bug. I was on the Pro plan and tried to upgrade to Premier the day before yesterday. The payment failed, and I've decided to just stay on Pro.

However, my account is now glitched in an awkward state—acting like a mix of both Free and Premier plans:

What I CAN do:

• Access Suno V5 model.
• Access most Pro features (Persona, Get Stem, Upload audio up to 8 mins, etc.).
• Use all Suno Studio features (including exporting files).

What I CANNOT do (Stuck on Free limits):

• Generate >4 songs at the same time.
• Access the Remaster feature.
• Commercial rights (I get a warning pop-up when downloading audio files).

Missing Credits:
I had over 2,200 credits before the failed upgrade. Right after the payment failed, my balance unexpectedly dropped to 1,200 credits.

I just want to get my normal Pro plan functionality back and recover my missing credits. Could you please look into this?

But the longer audio I have managed to upload is about 70 seconds...

When the audio is longer, and I press the "stop" button to end the recording it opens the next screen where you see the audio wave file, and then it stucks...

In "upload" feature is also buggy...
I upload mp3 or wav and it says "unsupported file format"..

But the English “translation” is also wrong, in some cases completely!

SUNO turns “rum a pour slow” into “from a poured soul,”

Did CTRL+F to search adjust speed. Didn't see this mentioned. So, adjust speed is locked (at first) at x1.08 speed. After you click create at x1.08 then you adjust the slider to get between x1 and x1.08 (x1.02 or x1.04 for example). This is just annoying. My most often use for this is for very small adjustment to speed. (Classic production technique)Most useful for creeping those songs that are slightly over 3 minutes by a few seconds to squish it to so it fits in a YT short or whatever.
Just saying. I adjusted the dpi on my mouse to a crawl and still can never change the speed interval with smaller values until AFTER I have generated at least one gen with adjusted speed. Then the smaller values are selectable (with normal dpi settings lol).

I'm noticing an issue where some songs that I generate are being cut at precise points. Each generation has two songs. Each one has an exact time. ie. 4:33 or 5:00 each of those cuts at that exact moment. No fade out or anything. It sounds like it would if you just chopped a song right at that exact mark. It feels like maybe the engine actually generated more but the output got truncated. I've also noted the style regenerator is also truncating it's output. I've even seen it cut it's response mid word right around the 500 character mark. Both of these feel like they are hitting restrictions earlier Suno models had but with the more advanced engines. This being the song and style limits. Depending on if/when the truncation happens, it could be effecting the end result.

Hi, I would like to report a recurring issue with the song editor.

When I use the replace / edit section feature on an existing track, the generated outputs often contain abnormal audio artifacts such as distortion, crackling noises, and unexpected sound layers. In addition, the generated lyrics, melody, and arrangement sometimes do not match the musical context of the original section I am trying to correct.

This makes the feature unreliable and leads to unnecessary credit consumption, since multiple generations are required without achieving the expected result.

I am also experiencing problems with voice control. When explicitly requesting a voice change (for example switching from a female voice to a male voice), the system frequently ignores the instruction and keeps generating the same vocal style.

This behavior has been consistent across several attempts and different songs.
Could you please investigate this issue or provide guidance on how to ensure more accurate section replacement and voice switching ?

The home page has been updated for many and it doesn't make it easy to find other people's music anymore. Mine dropped like a rock too.
If I want to explore the genre "Pop" for example, I can only see like 45 songs, there's no option to see more. Plus you have to menu a bunch now where before you could just scroll down and listen to a bunch of different tracks and genres from the home page.

I get why it needed to be updated, it was extremely laggy, but the new version killed organic discovery essentially.

There's an explore tab, bit it doesn't solve the problem.

I just click "open in editor" (any track). The editor loads already without any lyrics. The vocals are still there, but if you try to replace any section with vocals, it would generate gibberish or (best case scenario) something similar to the original. Then if you save edits, you'll get a track without any lyrics (even if there are vocals).

My experience - lyrics is not lost immediately after you open Editor, but after using Replace / Extend functionality. Sometimes lyrics gets lost after first generated replace, sometimes after several generations. This bug exists for more than 3 weeks, was reported million times here and still not fixed 😡

But, I'm not sure that this bug is related to Editors. Once, I encountered this bug when using Remaster function as well. What even more funny - first version was ok, and second was gibberish. After this lyrics of original song was gone as well.

Okay, so here's an example of the track that has been edited: https://suno.com/s/UaOIXZmE6ZaZGarT It still has vocals, but there's no displayed lyrics as you can see. So, this is what happens if you edit a track and then save it as new. You can hear around 4:10-4:15 some artifacts (gibberish that he sings instead of "warte"). It happened when I edited that section specifically. I believe that the model first erases lyrics and then acts like trying to sound similar to what it hears.

BTW, it makes editing virtually impossible, because the editor is not only losing lyrics, but also all the sections/partition (verse, chorus etc.). Even if I manually crop a section, it's almost impossible to generate a replacement because I have to "add" lyrics. What happens then is a strange mix of "new" lyrics and some gibberish (likely the artifacts of existing vocals). In 90% cases the new replacement would sound like gibberish.

Description:
When I open the notifications panel on the Suno website, each new notification shows a red dot 🔴 as expected. Normally, the red dot disappears after clicking and viewing the notification.
However, recently the red dot stays visible even after I open the notification. This makes it impossible to know which notifications are new or unread.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Suno on the web
2. Go to Notifications
3. Click a notification with a red dot
4. Go back to the list
5. The red dot is still there

Expected behavior:
The red dot should disappear after the notification is viewed.

Actual behavior:

Doubling double on the guidance Zedoop shared --a good workaround for this would be to edit the displayed lyrics from the song page and to put in what the lyrics should be, before going into the editor. Expecting this to become an easier flow as this is looked into ofc, but currently that can help prevent these kinds of errs

Anyone else having all their generated songs cut off at 4:45 seconds with model v5?
Yesterday I bought the paid subscription and generated 6 minute long songs, but today I tried to modify one via 'cover' and after 6 attempts (60 credits!), every song cuts off before the 2/3rds of the way through it at 4:45 seconds.

Having massive issues at the moment with the volume dropping during a song. There's a big volume drop after 30 seconds and then again at around 2 mins.

Hey, I'm having a serious issue with Suno.
Whenever I try to generate , it doesn’t work at all. It just gets stuck on the loading screen ( bars) and never finishes even after a long time.
I’ve tried refreshing, using a different browser, and logging out and back in, but nothing fixes it.

Suno's accessibility with screen readers has gone downhill in the past month. Qe went from a fully accessible library page to nothing. Please fix that as im sure there are blind people using suno for creating music, myself included. A friend of mine reported it still works on mac os, so the issue is mainly windows based

I am unable to use the site as everytime I try open up the editor. The moment it opens it erases all my Lyrics. I have them backed up so I can always bring them back. But I leave the editor and the lyrics are actually erased. I closed the editor thinking they would be back, but they were erased. V4.5 and V5 both (still) failing to properly generate instrumental extensions to songs
Approximately 20-30 attempts, some including either a specific minimum duration or just "very long" in either style or lyrics, some omitting it from both
Roughly half of all generations are under 5 seconds
The rest almost entirely are exactly 14 seconds long
The only two longer were both 3:59, both began with 15-20 seconds of unlistenable noise, followed by music which (slightly) resembled the style instruction but shared no common elements with the original song (entirely different rhythm and melody)
Previously have had no issues generating long instrumental extensions, suggesting that this is a new or recent problem.
Extend feature is useless if it won't generate at least vaguely what it's told to.
Not clear why i should continue paying the highest subscription tier for a product that consistently doesn't do what it claims it can do.

I don’t know what’s going on with SUNO lately. The results have been really bad. For one, prompts now give me nearly identical outputs—like 90% the same regardless of how many iterations I run. I don’t remember that ever being an issue before. The audio quality has also taken a serious hit. I’ve had to discard almost everything I’ve made over the past few days. Legacy personas seem to have been nerfed into the ground, especially for covers, which basically forces you to use voice personas instead—and those often come with noticeable sound artifacts. Honestly, it feels like the whole thing is going downhill fast.

We're finding that the sound quality and song-construction stability in v5 have been severely bugged over the last several weeks. We have tracks here with multiple repeating endings, long screaming sounds, and minutes of dead space. The sound quality degredation from start-of-song to finish right now is so bad we can't output any tracks at all that are usable.
