The option to choose whether you want a man or a woman to sing in Suno is completely useless... it's utter garbage! I don't know about you, but it doesn't matter how many times I specify it, or if I put it in the prompt and in the song with [female]. It doesn't matter how you do it because if I want a woman to sing here, Suno is going to do whatever it wants. It might sing a woman, it might sing a man, it might sing one line a man and another line a woman. It doesn't matter if I specify it by putting "woman" or "man" in the prompts.
i cant quite figure out how to solve this (started bugging yesterday, and now only shows like that) - i have 943 tasks available, but it shows as no pending tasks available?

im gettign an issue where any uploaded audio into studio only plays a few seconds of the clip. For most clips it only plays 20% of the sound.

Today suno ignored every [end] tag I used. Instead of lasting a few seconds, it always lasts for minutes and repeats lyrics
its such a big time waste to fix suno songs. remaster = mostly trash and/or dont catch the vibe of the original, cover = mostly dont catch the vibe of the original and/or beatjumps and/or interference frequencies and/or to diffrent from the original, replace section = voice is too different and/or volume is much to high/low and/or its out of sync and/or the beat is to diffrent. You just want a end for a song = suno adds at least one more minute
Yes, it's done that quite often recently. Whenever it thinks that something in a prompt looks more like lyrics than a prompt.
Heres a video showcasing my issues on how uploaded audio doesnt play fully.
My new findings is that this only happens when you use the same in original tempo. If its in "on beat" mode it plays the sound in its entirety
Extend does not work. When the song loads into the Create window, there is a highlight "Keep" over part of the song, and "Recreate" over the remainder. When I press Create, it simply generates a clip the same length as the "Recreate" section. That's not extending the song; it's replacing a part.
So, Extend is broken, or incorrectly named based on what it does.
For some reason the "move to trash" option doesn't always show up anymore.
- When you listen to your own composition, the number of plays is still counted. If I loop the playback, I can increase the number of plays I want.
- When I pause the music and press the "Back to Beginning" button, there's no visual jump to the beginning (which is misleading). Only when I press the play button does the song jump to the beginning.
the last 2 weeks or so after being logged for a few hours the site gets super laggy, we are talking like 5 to 10 second delays...its the only open tab with this behavior at the time..i have log out , clear cache/data and login again for it be resolved till it inevitably happens again. FireFox, its the only browser I use, so I didn't try it w/ a different browser. I don't know if its just me or other people have reported a similar issue

The actual cover art pops in when interacting with other songs on https://suno.com/@ksln before ultimately the default image getting plopped on top of it. Tried removing and re-uploading, but with the same result.
The same also happens on https://suno.com/s/eniaHU8N3Jnbsguy, and is consistent across all my machines, regardless of which browser I'm using and having cleared cache.

Last couple days noticed a big decrease in audio quality/cover quality on v5 compared too 2-3 weeks ago specially in the chorus part of most songs and a lot of audio muffling just like V4-v4.5 had.
Bug: I don't believe the people whom put together the system prompt for what a remaster entail - comprehend what a remaster is. Or Suno is basing its understanding of what a remaster is, on a terrible, terrible dataset. xD
Like I'm not even mad about the credits, because the result is just too funny. I'll provide links if requested, but this feature may just as well not exist. In my personal opinion, it feels as if it's a way to drain credits out of peoples accounts, and at the expense of the environment for no valid reason what so ever. :DDDD
I want to write more, but I am at a loss of words from what I have just listened to. I mean. You can't even make this stuff up.
Upon further review: All of the nuance of the song is all gone. I can barely hear the ghosting of the snare drum on the "subtle remaster". There's weird vocal artifacts that does not exist in the source. While the remaster does have more high end, it is nothing that could be considered an improvement. It can only be described as taxing to listen to because all of the dynamics that were present have been reduced to soup, and I as a listener am spending more time trying to understand what I'm listening to - than I am listening.
The song that Suno initially generated were a weee bit boomy, but nothing terrible. It just means I can't play it as loud as I'd like without spooking the neighbors as it is.
Honestly: Extend, Remaster, Recreate & Regenerate within Studio - all of these things are just gimmicks at this stage that do more harm than good. And I'm not just talking psychological well-being for users and listeners, but literal environmental damage for absolutely no reason, because they are that bad in their unpredictability, and in the case of Remaster - I'm left with extremely distorted soup.
This is my review, I'm never touching those features again. Studio is nice for a quick and dirty touch up so far audio level go, but the second one splits stems, the audio quality goes out of the window as so much of any individual instrument's dynamics have a crazy amount of overlap with the "FX" and "Percussion" tracks - which the instruments are relying on to sound complete, but primarily tend to be filled with random garbage wooshing that make no sense even in context of the lyrics (hence the pulsing effect and weird intermittent panning), that when these are muted and/or (especially) cut; result in nothing that could even come close to be considered worthy of the wording used on the front page marketing.
I know this is stern, but it must be said. There's just no way this is going to last once people which may not notice these things now end up with a trained ear.
Again, I'm so fascinated with what I put together over the last 15 hours during yet another experimentation spur to see what is possible to trick Suno into doing in regards to time signatures. I've had fun doing so, but yea.... The passion which text above were written with is genuine, for good and for worse.

While not a fix, try tacking on an em dash at the end, split the word with a dash or add a comma or dot to the word leading up to it. As we were ranting earlier, Denise and documentary have been interesting for me, resulting in docu-mentary and "- Denise" producing the expected result.

No idea, fire up a new tab and <vocal><verse>barrage, bar-rage, barr-age, barráge</verse></vocal>. See which sounds closest. If I've not been bamboozled all evening, this should result in a super short song with various examples. If the first is good, then the problem is likely rhytmic in nature and some form of massaging of the lyrics will get you where you wanna be.

I created a song using the free version 4.5, with length 5:39. Now, I paid for the Pro version. I want to regenerate it in the same style with a small lyric change. I reused the Style & Lyric and added an instrument. The new version is almost identical to the original song; however, its length is only 3:57 and does not complete the whole song.
I have tried more than 20 times on different computers (Linux, Windows 11, iPhone 14) and tested both version 4.5 and version 5, adjusting advanced settings but the issue persists.
Please advise on how to fix this. Thank you.

Given you've not given it any other context such as a Persona, it should result in an outcome that is more in line with the actual progression of the song.
If the progression of the song is already identical, then it sounds like the songs are played at different tempos and the new one being high enough to finish that much earlier than the original. If this is the case, open the original song in Studio and step through it while looking at the BPM counter down by the playback controls, then specify that number in the Style definition at the beginning of the first line. Ie.: BPM:120, <rest of prompt here>

The problem with short output may be due to the "input audio" is filling up the memory, not allowing enough room for the output. You could try splitting the original in 2 parts, remaster each part separately and then stick them together.
Well done if you succeeded without using the original audio, then it's available for commercial rights. You'll need to try using "extend" to get the song finished.

It was only 1 week ago you posted that. Is the problem intermittent or all the time? Unfortunately we can't help you other than to suggest you try another browser/PC/network to see if that helps. Of course, a reboot and reducing other apps/tabs might help if it's memory congestion.

I'm just guessing, but I think the "available" might be in total, not for you (which might be unintuitive). If so, there are likely reasons why they don't want a few users to "game the system" by processing all the tasks. It's better for them to get a more "average" input, users who care for the accuracy rather than the credits, and to get the "gifts" shared more equally. Not saying that you are not entitled to those tasks, just that I might envision how the system might balance tasks.

I get it, that response was not directed to you. If you sent in the ticket, I think you'll just have to wait. While waiting, I'd be experimenting more in search for a workaround, but understand if you don't want to do that. I outlined my ideas already.
Since it's intermittent, pay attention to when it works and when not. Look in the console output for new errors. Their gateway/bot-filter has been known to misbehave.
Seeing that the phone works, likely not an account issue, so my approach would be to try other network (perhaps share wifi from phone) or device (an old pc or a friends). Logging in to several devices may be part of the problem though (I don't know what kind of misuse prevention they have), so be careful around that.

The origin of this song is a vocal sample uploaded in March. This was before audio uploads with vocals could be used for public songs - the restriction still affects that upload and anything made from it.
As a workaround: Download the song's audio file and reupload it, then make that public.

if they delete the original and still can't upload the new one then they'll have no access to the track at all on suno. I wouldn't recommend it. I've uploaded a mastered version of the song plenty of times without removing the original

Well, let's try this for the umpteenth time...
As I an admin of a big Suno community I get a lot of feedback on what things do not work. Now it's the New Songs again. Some songs don't get in (they are freshly published with a fresh time stamp). This completely kills visibility and is really annoying.
It's like being whacked randomly. Most of the songs go through but some are stuck in limbo. Btw, if anyone wants to suggest it: No, it's not a clear cache problem (this doesn't help).
I think it's a problem with individual workflow. Sometimes working with Studio causes problems. Other times it's the new editor or the old one. Happened also with the Displayed Style Summary. Seems to change every week if you can change it or not (depending which editor you use).
And then there are the Trending Lists. You can't enter them if you made your song with Studio (only Globals) which is insane as it is a Premier feature.
It would be nice if all the features would work more consistently. 🤷♀️
In my pov this issue is a huge problem beacuse it means I cant use my flagged tracks commercially and Im paying for it
when i go back to some songs and click on them,i.e. highlight them w/in workspace so they show up on the side bar...some do not display all the sliders...missing weirdness or style influence or audio influence or combination of two of them. Also unrelated it would nice if this information on the individual song's webpage...its only visible in the sidebar when being played.
Any browser add-ons/extensions installed and enabled? Suno doesn't function properly for me if I have stuff like uBlock Origin/Lite, LocalCDN, NoScript or Dark Reader enabled without tuning exceptions. It's quite the interesting hodgepodge of interconnected services. Nothing super extraordinary, but the "guess which service prevents the page from loading" game was quickly abandoned in favor of a dedicated Ungoogled Chromium profile for use with this particular webpage. :D
Anyone run into this problem: I was just logged out of my account, and when i logged back in with my phone number, it went to an old account. The only thing i can think of is that someone made an account a long time ago before i got this new number. But i can still log in on the app and both chrome and edge if im using my phone. Just not on the computer.

I think they're pretty much ignoring tickets and such. I just opened a ticket, so we'll see what happens. But a few months ago, I opened a ticket and it took more than 6 weeks for them to get back to me. So don't hold your breath while you wait.

MikeB - this sensor thing with Afrikaans need to be fixed!!!! Please get a hold of the person involved with this and let's get it fixed. It is a very important thing, we are really struggling with this, it needs fix NOW! Afrikaans is a legit language and it is hard to do songs without being able to express yourself.
Don't think it is Web, specific, but the image generator currently is generating nudes as cover when creating songs... I doubt that's works as intended. (triggered when the word girl is in the lyrics multiple times as [girl])
What makes you think it's an old account? Are there songs already or profile info filled in?
In many cases "log in" just creates a new account, which is a source of much of the problems people have. So if this could be a new/clean account it's probably much less of a bug.

Its the same number. I even got the text for the 2FA every time. Yes, there are other songs there from a long time ago. Well before I ever started with Suno. But it only logs me into that old account on the computer, not on my phone. I've always used the same number, regardless of where i logged in before and its worked fine.

Make sure to indicate that you don't want the accounts merged/songs transfered. Perhaps you should consider setting up another login with a more persistent ID, say an email, to avoid similar problems going forward.
I have a ticket open now. Luckily, I am still logged into the right account with a different edge profile, so apparently that saved it. I just hope it doesnt randomly log me out again like it did yesterday. I did cancel my sub just in case, but if suno can figure it out and tell me how to fix it or fix it on their end, then ill be re-subbing. So at the very least, I'm still able to continue generations for now. Could have been worse.

Song ending a bar early-trauma has me chuckling like a mad-man.... Jeepers.
In v5 when doing audio covers, it follows the melody of the lyrics very well for the first verse and chorus. After that it does its own thing. I try to remedy that by doing another cover but starting with verse 2 and chorus, and then stitch it all together. Then making covers of the stitched together song. From there I try a few iterations until I like it. But this is such a convulated workflow and was wondering if anyone else has the same issue and perhaps share how they go around it? It's a shame because the generation of the first ~2 mins is great just can't seem to stay consistent for the second parts of songs.

I find that so long I use the tags which were used originally, XML structured like this result in Suno repeating the last line until a part ends, or it will extend the part until the lyrics are concluded and if the transition to the next part needs time, it'll sometimes jazz and repeat a line that makes sense or repeat the last line until the part comes to a natural end.
Similarly, if you struggle nailing the ending and the song ends early; after prodding Suno quite a bit yesterday, the approach to lyrics found in my latest cover managed to jiggle it out of it's insitance on cutting the song short due to the Cover not matching BPM with the original 1:1. There's two other mistakes made that's worth mentioning: Lowercase prior to uppercase with a trailing colon, result in the parser splitting the word timeSignature as it's a Style tag due to the trailing :. So ideally, I'd had named it Timesignature:, though I have no idea if it would have mattered and haven't returned to test.
The other oopsie is that I specified no auto-fade reverb in the typical Lyric [tag], which Suno interpreted as fade reverb. One can hear it start happening the closer to the tag it gets to the point where drums and cello have more or less no reverb towards the end. :D
But the lyrics kinda saves the song as it could be interpreted as Suno flexing its ultimate authority and "choice". :P

Anyone else see that their monthly renewal apparently deletes your previous pool of credits? I had approximately 800 credits, and the day of my renewal I had the standard 2500... I emailed Suno support and it has been over a week with no response of any kind
The lack of support is really frustrating ! I've been paying for pro for 4 months and have no option to download midi stems in my account!? Tickets take weeks to get a single response. It may be a good idea to get some support staff from your new friends at Warner bros.

not just broken... sometimes adding in some seriously worrying phrases (i had one output that contained phrases which seemed like to be referencing certain highly harmful ideologies), but either way this is clearly a very bad issue with it bypassing safety protocols for some reason
oh, also that contains parts of syntax and its "thought process"/internal data too. Bad enough it genearted copyrighted lyrics sometimes, now it's doing this.. Remi might just need fully wiping and a new mdoel entirely being made from teh ground up tbh
Instead of crossposting (against rules) you could search the discord to see that serveral others had the same message recent months. I didn't see any immediate responses nor anyone saying it was solved, but if any of them are still active you could ask them directly what happened.

I don't know how sensitive it may be, but perhaps your Diana song triggers a warning? Or any lyrics? If you're not entirely blocked, it may be "warning level" currently.
What to do? The #archived-ticket-help is the correct place to sort it out, I think, and usually the response is to DM the helper. Have patience. If nothing else, #support-guide shows the way to file the issue if you didn't.
To be honest i've had some really good results from ReMi especially in the last few weeks, and thankfully it's never given me any copyrighted or worrying lyrics. Lets hope today is just a glitch and the devs fix it quickly
from the looks of the outputs, it's more than just a glitch/bug, it looks a lot like Config Leakage and other pretty serious issues where the AI is essentially outputting from data it shouldn't be, which means potentially safety concerns/ethical concerns and more.
I hope it's fixed soon, but the smart move would be to "kill" the AI for the time being.
Update for the ReMi bug, I've been doing a few tests and lyric generation in "Simple mode" is still working, also "Edit lyrics" in custom mode is also still working, it's just "Write full song" that is currently broken. A workaround is to just provide your song structure [Verse1] [Chorus] etc, highlight all those and use "Edit lyrics" to write your song.
That's how it works for all, so not a bug:

My interpretation is that the remaining "subscription credits" clears when the period is over, and immediately renews if there was a new payment. If this was your case, keep calm and carry on. If you had top-up-credits or other credits awarded to you, I'm not exactly sure what the procedure is, but I would not worry about it as long as I have credits to work with.
There's always room for misunderstandings, https://suno.com/terms doesn't mention credits at all and there's no FAQ for the question. You may contact billing #support-guide to ask for compensation credits or clarifications, but prepare yourself for long turnaround or even a no.

Are you saying the "Get Stems/MIDI" is missing in Library, or the "detected stems" option, the download, the midi selector? Or extract or download fails? Can you test on a track fully generated from Suno, no audio upload, perhaps the option is disabled for those types of tracks.
I use Studio and the stem extraction in there doesn't seem to create/download midi, so I never tried it before. Just now I successfully pulled WAV+MID for a track. I can see the "get stems" also on a studio audio recording/upload.

What does "for free" mean? Pretty sure it took 10 credits and gave only one version, so that's twice the normal rate? I'm subscribed, so credits don't matter much now, but did you lie to me?

Generating with 4.5-all and enforcing some prompt parts makes the feature quite worthless, I already had the ability to make gift tracks which were more personal and higher quality, right?
I understand that it was a fun side project, and likely designed as a promotion to bring in more users rather than as a gift for us, but you could have spent the resources into changes more lasting and useful.
That said, the song was ok, better lyrics than I expected, and I gave my "answers" in a non-English language which successfully gave the song in that language as well.
The graphics is fine, although I didn't need it. Will it be maintained or links die in February? Or after a year? The worst part of "a quick gimmic" is the time you need to spend on cleaning up what wasn't thought through properly.

You didn't give enough info to make it a bug report. What is the accurate error message? Is there a "remix of" statement on the song page to give you clues? I assume this is the background:

If you did base it (remix or so) from your own older track, that may have been tainted by "free account" or "remix" itself.
It could also be that they detected some lyrics currently treated as "copyrighted". That check is known to be overzealous, but I haven't seen it on download before.

I don't know how "report" works (thankfully. ;)) but I trust you more than the machine right now. Did you publish it already, otherwise the "in person" report seems unlikely. And I would expect it to be unpublished rather than non-downloadable.
The error message was clear enough, I just want to clarify that "other user" likely includes "your own free account before subscription" (technically belonging to Suno).
Did you try the "download anyway"? If the song page in question doesn't indicate the "remix source" (just above the like button, under the date), I'd say you have a good case to belive the error to be an error. 🙁
How you use the song from there would be depending on what your risk willingness is. Is another generation from the same input also flagged or is it just this version? As I said, it doens't really matter if you think the lyrics is safe, because the machine might disagree for obscure reasons.

In my mind, it didn't need to be published, if it was part of the lyrics or the "remix of my own song" (that you know clarified) that should likely affect all of the versions. But if it was "report" the other versions should likely not be affected.

Very useful insight (since you're in the bugs-web channel, not the least), but doesn't in itself clarify if it's an ongoing test or a bug. It should limit your worry a bit more, however.

how do i find the original song of a persona if I didnt publish it
I have an issue that I can no longer play anything in Studio when using Studio on my iPad Pro M4 (iPadOS 26.2). I already had the issue that it would play, but without sound coming from the ipad speakers, which I could circumvent by using my AirPods (which worked okay). But now when I press the play button, nothing happens (except that the play button turns into a pause button). I have already fully restarted my iPad, but that didn't help either.

The only guess from me would be that it's not any easy problem on your side, but valuable to hear that you had some workarounds. (Also interesting to know that Studio works on iPad, do you run it through the browser?)
Yes, i run in it a browser, but I saved it as a Web App, so it has it's own icon on the homescreen and no address bar is visible, so more screen space. It works okay. The other issues I have are that I often try to pinch to increase the zoom level, but it just zooms the webpage. On the trackpad of the Mac, it works that way to zoom the audio tracks in/out (that is just something I have to remember not to do it that way and use the + and - buttons). And then once in a while the interface has some issues with selecting regions. But that is fixed by force closing the window and starting it again.
I normally do most of the work on the Mac, but as I have a Mac Mini and no MacBook, it can be handy to be able to use it on the iPad when sitting in the living room or when I am somewhere else.

Try sliders closer to their default positions (weirdness 50%, style 50%, audio strength 25%.) Weirdness that is very low/very high can have odd side-effects. I find going above audio strength 50-60% is likely to cause audio to skip.

We're aware of ReMi producing these weird lyrics - it's being looked into at the moment (I don't have an ETA on fix.)
After using “replace section” or even a simple “extend”, the volume is increasingly not kept consistent. With “replace section”, the voice often is not even the same.
When accessing Suno through a web browser, I noticed that almost all tracks visible in the menus are marked as liked, even though I did not click like on them. In addition, many of these tracks are also marked as disliked.

I'm going to continue pushing against the claims regarding Audio and Style as I find no evidence to support it. Style Influence at 100% when there are lyrics present, can lead to the Style prompt being sung, but this is resolved by dropping the slider down by 1-3%.

There won't necessarily be side-effects every time but the likelihood increases the further away from the default slider positions you go.
Extend, cover, persona and inspo use the audio in different ways so the side-effects of sliders will vary between these features.
And ofc, Weirdness ~30-100% will send Suno tripping into another dimension.
By large, your claims may have been relevant, but again - 50+ generations into any individual Song, I find nothing to support them. If you take the time to look at this playlist, you will find that all the elements (Hindsight edit: Extend is not part of the equation here) that you claim may influence things are present. It's time to stop parroting this advice.
I want to know how I can modify the pronunciation of the vocal track while keeping all other elements unchanged. The method I used before was to first edit the lyrics text corresponding to my vocal pronunciation in the lyrics display option, and then run the remaster function. This actually worked to correct the vocal pronunciation on some previous occasions, but now after modifying the lyrics, the pronunciation turns out to be very strange. I’m wondering if this is a bug. Also, is there any way to modify the vocal pronunciation without altering any other elements?
Ping/DM me if you ever find out. :) I've opted to go for an instrumental backing track which aligns with what I want to achieve lyric wise, then I always have that backing to revert to as I use this to Cover and add lyrics on top of. Otherwise you're left at the fate of RNG.

I have this track https://suno.com/s/v55GLC1R23pPa29F for which I am trying to generate a new intro with the editor. When I do that though it comes with options but they are all horribly misaligned with the rest of the track, even after I apply it. Am I doing something wrong?
I'd argue that the expectation set by the features naming and descriptions are not in line with the output they produce. It would be interesting to see a screenshot of the prompt and settings.
More hindsight stuff: The "solution" would be to Cover the track as a whole once you have managed to lure a decent new intro out of Suno. In the Cover, the transition should have a chance of making sense with what follows. See my playlist above, as it would give some insight as to what the difference in output would be based on Audio Influence when Style Influence is set to 100% which is the only way I'm able to maintain the songs identity as it exists in the source material relative to Persona and Inspo which will take precedence the second it drops below 100%. Though, it must be said, I'm still very much in the experimental and discovery phase, and no authority on these topics. :D

I've reviewed the tracks 3 times now, and honestly, the opposite of what you are stating here is true. I don't know what causes it, or what the intent is behind the logic of this slider is, but the closer one gets to 0% and 100% result in output which is more true to the source material. At 50% the improvisation, random SFX garbage and change to room and amp dynamics increase....... And this is in line with my instincts when chasing expected results in prior songs I've linked to here - where parameters are nowhere close to what is being touted as lore/meta.
I've burned about 2k credits chasing this now over the last 48 hours on the current v5 model and UI, so I pose this challenge to you: Replicate your claim and present evidence.

Style Influence 0% sounds more or less identical to the original - except it sounds as if performanced by the sum total of the Persona used's published tracks, and one gets the crazy speed-up phenomena. I'm pretty sure the increase in tempo is Suno's way of dealing with a context window that is deliberately attempted to be exceeded when it is not given any restrictions, such as defined by Style Influence, which seem to dictate the outcome far more than Audio Influence so far progression is concerned.

Update: Couldn't help myself, but in regards to how 1:1 the song sounds to the source, the very same is true when keeping Audio Influence 100% and dropping Style from 100% in 25% increments down to 0%.
Is there an issue with suno only generating half the song? I am pro member, and i've made a song that would be about 3-4 minutes longs and it only generates a max of a minute or so worth of a song.
Try adding a tag describing some form of progression one line prior to where it trips over itself and cuts (If you listen to the song, you'll see how it reacts to the instruction "Band stops, cello transition". Theory being that the vocals end up out of sync to the point where even Suno concludes that there's no point in continuing. I've written a bunch about Lyrics and using XML to format progression. If that was true, then using old lyrics/style would yield the same result as previous. Doing the entire song. In this case I have used standard prompts, [chorus] [verse] with no additional information as well as prompts from a previous song that was created and it still yields the same result. I have even removed all prompts from both old and new songs.

Well, with XML it'll repurpose whatever it needs to conclude a part in a way that makes sense from a musical progression perspective. Not just start singing verse lyrics as the chorus is still not over, or abruptly end.

To be honest, I'm as confused and coming to terms with things as anyone, and these suggestions are what I find consistently to work when I end up in the situations which are frequently reported here. Do with it as you may and please let me know if you find anything that support or go against my observations. I'm in this to learn and be disproved more so than be right.

I undesrtand XML but if I can go to alternatives and copy and paste my lyrics and it work then there is no reason for that to happen. This was working well several days ago and there are reddit posts in regards to multiple issues happening. Including the one I'm running into. I don't want to go through XML everytime I want to write a song or have to program something that is paid for.

I know, agree, but unfortunately this is not the state of Suno at present. The parsing that take place and ultimately combine the two boxes in to the XML which is passed to the tokenizer is not sound.
100%. Though I'd add that they define a 1.1.0 release of Studio as "beta", which is absolutely bonkers. :D

Understood but the only thing that was mentioned in beta was the personas voices and the suno studio. I'm not seeing where 5v is currently in a beta for song generation.
v5 implies that it's a point release, so the logic (though I failed at contextualizing here) remain. But yea, nowhere is it stated it's a beta, and I can't make the claim it is - I'm mainly refering to the UI and UX.

I've seen that certain aspects of the site is pre release or beta. If it doesn't specifically say that and they are selling a product that is unfinished (not talking about polishing and updating) then that is something horrible. I understand that its going to randomize, and i understand that its going to have hiccups that are going to be fixed. But the only reason why I was here is because I wanted to know if this was a bug they are working on or what, but if I'm going to have to put my stuff into XML then I'd rather just get my money back and go to a competitor at this point.

I'm just attempting to add to the over all picture for whomever is reading this that there are issues that they urgently need to address either by means of some form of announcement which clear things up, update their docs, otherwise fix the issue or roll back to a point where these things were less prevalent.
To me, Suno is in free fall and their focus is on adding new features which seem to break more things than it fixes - which I know is part of the modern development cycle, but the contrast to what I experienced a month ago is stark.

This is exactly what has driven me to attack the problem to the extent of trying to feed XML to the parser and be shocked to find that I have much more control over the performance of the vocalist, and that Suno doesn't just continue droning on as described with verse lyrics while the chorus is still playing.
I'm essentially paying to fuzz and debug a tool...... xD BUT! In between, some the things it spits back out at me are .... amazing. Or at least so I think.
Thats why I value older things. One day you will pay to see a movie, and then they will constantly add more to the movie while you have to pay for a subscription to access updates to the movie. Imagine seeing Star Wars for the first time and only seeing the first 15 minutes but still paid full price and a subscription base for it.
Well, if it's any consolidation, these things happen even with the top tier sub. But I feel fairly confident that I'm able to brute force myself past the pay-wall at this point. :P
There is a display error in the browser. As shown in this screenshot, both the like and dislike buttons appear to be checked at the same time, and likes are shown on all songs even though I haven’t listened to or clicked them. However, when I click into a song and open its detail page, there are no reactions shown at all. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

This has been a long time issue DAViD. (3 months at least). Editor Pro. The Web Page does not remember the Volume we set it to or it just Defaults to Loudest Volume. Right After Generation it "Auto plays" at the loudest volume level and we have to babysit it and be ready for it and turn it down at that moment it auto plays.

For some reason, Suno keeps crashing on my Chrome browser. Every time I load it up, I get the "Aw, Snap! Something went wrong!" error. The website works fine on Opera however.
I seem to have been getting an error when I attempt to generate and download a video for my track for the last 10 hours. I had previously tried out the generate video feature, but when I did, realized I wanted to change the artwork. I changed it, and now I either get these download timeout errors, or it sends me the old video with the old artwork. Any suggestions would be fantastic.
I noticed that there were a few screens that the new artwork (PNG) also didn't seem to load on, others were fine. I re-uploaded the artwork as a JPEG and now all the screens seem to look fine and the video downloaded with the new artwork.

Critical bug: Persona voice degraded after in-app “upgrade” (no rollback)
I’m reporting a serious issue with the recent in-app prompt suggesting users to “upgrade” an existing Persona.
I completed a full album (17 finished tracks) using a specific Persona voice that was stable, natural, and consistent.
After clicking the suggested upgrade:
- the Persona became metallic
- vocoder / autotune-like artifacts appeared
- pitch and formants behave unnaturally
- the voice no longer matches the original Persona
There was:
- no warning that the upgrade was irreversible
- no option to duplicate the Persona
- no rollback or versioning
A working Persona was silently overwritten.
This is critical for users working on long-form projects.
At minimum, Personas should support duplication or rollback before destructive updates.
Posting this as a bug report and warning for other users.
in longer songs, moving the selection for the Persona vocal selection is impossible.... fix it ^^

did you try clicking the pink bar above the selection box and dragging? that worked no problem for me
if you try dragging using the arrows it probably won't work because it will try to extend the capture source which is limited to 30 seconds, so you need to make sure you're dragging the middle

I exported a WAV file from Suno with a constant BPM setting. However, in the latter part of the track, the rhythmic grid is interpreted as double-time, even though the intended tempo remains unchanged.
How can I ensure that the exported audio maintains a single, consistent tempo reference across the entire track?

Why is suno inserting so many useless noises or strange vocals into songs? It does that in v5 more than v4.5 but it's happening in both. It simpy ruins songs and wastes credits with these idiotic unneeded sounds.

My uncle opened a Suno account a few weeks ago and has been using the Suno Pro program. A few days ago, something happened, and now when he logs in with his email, he’s being redirected to the free version of Suno. As a result, he has lost access to his previously created tracks and now only has 50 credits.
My uncle has sent several emails to support, but there has been no response yet.
Can anyone who knows what might be going on offer some advice? It seems that before upgrading to Suno Pro, my uncle had a free account, and somehow Suno is not able to recognize the correct account now.
The enhancement of Persoans sucks! You need to use V5 for it, and almost always one of 2 songs doesn't start from the first verse, plus the accent/voice is really twisted and sometimes simply not true to source.
Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet but it used to be possible to make a track with multiple vocalists and create a persona from that track, 2 was easy and I managed 4 once 🙂 There's no way that is possible anymore with the insane 30 second limit. Are there any plans to allow us to create new personas using the old method. The new one is fundamentally broken
If logging in via QR, try using the phone number or vice versa. There's been multiple reports on similar issues recently where a new account is created when specifically logging in with QR. Could be the other way round may yield results as well. We tried logging in using his Google email, which was the one originally registered for the account, and he’s always used it to log in. Everything worked fine until a few days ago. We’ve also tried different browsers (Chrome and Microsoft Edge), so it seems like the issue isn’t related to cookies. We’ll try logging in from a different computer tomorrow.

If he has a phone number tied to the account (Not sure if required or not, I just went for that option as I don't like the concept of single sign-in and using other services as a form of auth), it seems to be the method that has been most reliable to ge back into the main account. Though, it dawns on me now that the affected users have primarily been people signing up with a phone number and then attempting to log in via QR, ending up with a new account for whatever reason. 🤷

@sand depot do you have any comments on my post from earlier? It used to be possible to create a track with multiple vocalists, make a persona from that and get really consistent results afterwards, given the new system only allows selection of a single 30 second segment then this is now not possible. Is there any technical reason for the sampling window being so short?, One idea would be to allow us to create a persona from multiple tracks (the current inspo system allows up to 4 so maybe that would apply here too?) That would really capture the vocal essence AND pronunciation style plus would hopefully allow multiple vocalists

I don't know what went wrong with your christmas mini feature, but I suggest more testing across browsers before launching. It's not feasible to have to report bugs when such events are already live, since obviously fixing takes time and on such occasions people miss out on it.

I am not sure how you'd reproduce. But it's persistent on my end. I simply try to use this feature. Nothing works. I always get that error message.

i mean of course i did 😄 - issue with long songs is that the size of the dragable window adjusts on total song length, forcing the dedicated center part, that is actually dragable, to vanish ^^
You can clearly see in my image that the center part is missing - that is visible in your video that allows dragging.
I don't think you can, but possibly workaround by first splitting the two parts, then set half tempo on the second part, and export separately.

I'm happpy to see that you didn't spam or crosspost this, but it wasn't the best channel. Please look at this post #📱┃bugs-ios message and you will have better results. You can repost your problem in that channel, but I suggest you instead DM directly. Unfortunately there may be a long turnaround for support. Be patient and precise to get the most efficient help.
To me it sound like you accidentally created a second account. This happens a lot. Can you from the subscription receipt see what account you used to begin with? Was it phone number or email? Not offering an alternative to phone and single sign-on is pretty silly btw. If you loose access to either of these sign-in options, there's no recourse. Loosing an e-mail account (Gmail & Discord have dropped people for the weirdest reasons) or a domain though, is an impressive feat.
I get title links underlined when I hover over them. Are we getting different UI versions (A/B testing?) or browser dependant (I'm on Windows/Chrome)? I can see the "open song" hint, but for me such tool-tips are natural and nothing that distracts me. Could perhaps be improved, but if we're seeing the same version, I just wanted to balance your report a bit.
EDIT: Looks like we did see the same thing, and the mention of "underline" was likely meaning "that should be enough", but for new users I suppose there is a difference of "open song page" and "open in side panel" that the hint clarifies. Thinking of it, maybe it's not so very necessary, click once and you'll learn. Maybe it's useful for blind viewers? Otherwise, I also don't mind if you remove it.
The new voice persona gives many sound errors in new generations. Not yet useable unless it only works with V5 created songs ? Creating a voice persona from a v4.5+ persona gives those errors for now.

Premier account – Create disabled / Web Studio black screen
I’m on Premier and my web Studio has been unusable for ~1 week.
Symptoms:
• Home page loads normally
• I can browse & listen to other creators
• Create button is disabled (circle-with-line cursor)
• If Create tries to load, page briefly renders then goes black with an empty play bar
• Library & Studio never load
Troubleshooting:
• Multiple browsers (Chrome/Safari/Edge)
• Incognito mode
• Logged out/in, cleared cache
• 3 computers (2 macOS, 1 Windows)
This feels like an account/entitlement or migration issue (Create permission not resolving on web). Mobile may still work; web does not.

Def something happening on the back end. Could be due to the "news" but i dont know of course. The quietness says alot tho and this persona update may have happened from data switching with more "original" content. Havent been able to use studio correctly for a week as well.

Is there any fix for the System Error Create bug ? I've been getting this error since November every time I try to create something on my Pro account . Creating on a different free account works fine so I have to use that account instead . I just got my Pro account access back after four weeks of not being able to log in and now it still has the original error issue rendering it useless so I had to submit another support ticket today . I am looking at at least two months straight of no service if it takes as long as the first ticket .

Sorry to hear, did you get compensation for the login problem? Definitely ask for it, they seem to be user minded, when they respond.
About the "system error" I don't think you're alone. Search discord to see if you find anyone that had it solved. It's interesting that it seems to be linked to the account only, or are you using the free account on another device? You should post in #archived-ticket-help or directly DM #archived-ticket-help message to skip one step. I think David should recognize the issue (even though it might be many different problems with the same appearance) and respond if he can help or not. You can ask for the accounts to be merged, but maybe it won't solve the problem so they might focus on that first. Just a thought if it helps having everything in one place. Be aware that songs created on "Free" isn't "as much yours", so in a merge you should pitch the idea that they transfer the songs as "pro" if they can.

mabey this is the place for my troubles im having an issue with suno false flaging two words in my song, and as such, it wont generate the song, these two words are not innaproprate, they are scientific words, for parts of the brain. so i suspect its a false flag, is there anything that can be done to fix this? i can tell you the two words, here or in IM or wat evers best. thank you ^_^

I've never known suno to delete songs before. Sometimes it's just hidden because of:
- Filters
- There is a glitch that sometimes causes new songs to not appear until you refresh
- You created a song in a different workspace
- You accidentally moved the wrong song into the trash

I did some versions using a music reference made by me, I was testing the generations and I liked that one, then I was looking something in my browser, saw it, and then came back and it dissapeared.

Hi there, I cleared by browser cache, logged out of my google account and when logging back in, realized my browser had synced to a different save. Not sure if this is the issue. But consequently I cannot log into my Pro account with over 50 songs and 1.2k credits. Almost all the songs are covers of my original music. I can only get in on the free account. I see some others are having similar issues. Help!

Wooow, what is going on!? All the images load and then SOME crash out and disappear to default cover art.
I don't know if anyone is dealing with this. I paid for pro, got the reciept and all. Suno continued after to try to charge me, then randomly a week after, they downgraded my account and prompted me to upgrade again. I have reached out to billing support no answer. I am very upset because I have aready lost a week of pro use, that I paid for. I don't know what to do. I don't want to pay twice and have it happen again, on top of having to pay double.
please bring back the old function of the extend slider, so that the song jumps to the place where you put the slider while the song is playing. This was lost with the recent UI update of the extend area. Same goes for the time you can put into the box at "extend from" before you could hit enter on it and it also jumped to the place of the timer when the song was playing.
It's way more difficult right now to find the right place to extend from. Thank you.

A glitch is apparent in the video creator. It may not show the created video.

I'm fed up because they overcharged me... they don't answer, they don't give me my money back. Iv only had that happen so far when trying to extend songs. but sometimes it has generated songs less then a min and a half (thats shorter then Suno V3...). We can stop paying for Suno till they fix their stuff. Its like I'm putting money in a vending machine expecting to get a soda and it just says "better luck next time" only for it to keep repeating the same message every time I stupidly put more money in.
I'm losing so many credits to the pro song editor... After I generate a couple alts for a section, it bugs out and won't play half of the new alts generated, eventually when I click an alt, all but two of them vanish, I'm not ever even able to hear half of them, then all but two become completely inaccessible.

I have experienced the same situation and I tried it twice and still the same outcome. It took the credits but didn't produce the goods!
I used the text to image and it seemed to work until it didn't. It wouldn't show as the main picture when you click on the song( just on the song cover thumb nail only.)

I reviewed the console log I sent and there are some strong indicators that explain why the credit purchase flow may be failing on my side.
From the log, there are multiple net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT errors affecting Google Ads / GTM and other third-party scripts. This usually happens due to ad blockers, privacy extensions, browser shields, or DNS-based blocking. These scripts are often part of payment validation, conversion tracking, or fraud prevention, so blocking them can break the checkout flow silently. (but i tried without and still not working tho)
In addition, there are several Content Security Policy (CSP) violations, including blocked inline scripts and external scripts. If the payment provider relies on inline JS or third-party iframes (as most gateways do), these CSP issues could prevent the payment initialization or confirmation.
There are also signs of Cloudflare / hCaptcha challenges and NotSameOriginAfterDefaultedToSameOriginByCoep errors. If the anti-fraud or challenge flow does not fully complete, the backend may refuse the purchase request even without showing a clear UI error.
Important note:
- I did not see any auth tokens, session data, or account-related information leaked in the log so i sent here.
- This looks like a frontend / browser execution issue, not a billing or account restriction.
I’m happy to run additional tests (different browser, no extensions, different network) or provide more logs if that helps narrow it down.

Lately, I’m getting an issue whenever I try and extend a short track (30-45 seconds or so) where the new track is just 2 seconds long. The credits get refunded in these v short results but longer ‘extended’ tracks that end up at 12 seconds or so don’t get refunded. I’m not fussed about the credits but the extend feature doesn’t appear to work for me at present which is a shame.

Issue (my experience): When adding new tracks and creating regions, the Styles of the region are not persisted. Only the last one set is retained and shows up on other generated regions.

Are you adjusting the sliders? Keep to the default values, don't expect amazing things if you deviate too far from normal.
You'll need to say a lot more about what you're doing, maybe record what you're doing if you want the issue investigated. (genres, styles, starting point for the extension etc.)
I am unable to edit anything in my profile (whether it is my own profile pic/ cover pic / or my suno handle.
It just sits there at the saving state.

I think if you look at the receipt it will tell you what the $10 was for, I would guess tax, which is based on your adress. I think it could be good for you to take a step back and think what made you accept the offer if you now think that the price was more than you could afford. Also note that a "subscription" is in general ongoing, not a one time payment. If you think there are misleading formulations, or offers that don't work for your country, consider writing your feedback down. In general, however, the consumer needs to make sure to understand the details in any agreement they make.

I also see that you've posted in several channels, but not #archived-ticket-help which is the most appropriate. You should definitely read #archived-ticket-help message, and DM for help. To become more precise in your support request, you should read through https://help.suno.com/en/categories/550209-accounts-billing. Especially https://help.suno.com/en/articles/2550209 explains that you should be able to get some refund, even if you failed to downgrade on the web, you seem to have requested the termination via email, and not used any credits.

I think there is a problem with the upgraded Persona. I can hear pops in the music created with it. It's like the vinyl record is damaged and has a slight crackle.

I later made music without a persona and there was no problem with that. I'm sure there was a problem with the upgraded persona.
there is, and they're looking at it. for now though, I've heard remastering can fix up a lot of the flaws. so that might be worth a shot if there's a song you like but it contains those glitches.
Please Suno Team, fix the cropped images! In the preview, everything looks fine, but not on the song page on mobile browsers. It's really just simple CSS, just add a top margin with the size of the header.

Absolutely as soon as a song hit around the mid way mark, the glitching, crackles start. Its become even worse for over the last few days to the point where its virtually unusable. Not to mention all the credits that are going down the drain because of it and do we get any compensation for it? naaah
There is a bug in all the versions of Suno, where the Extend feature generates crappy and glitchy audio. It doesn't generate the cohesive track that it did last month. From Dec 15 - Dec 21 or more, the Extend feature is buggy. Please fix this!
WAV export verses MP3 Export has a drop in effects and sound quality. The MP3 has everything you would hear in Suno playback, but in WAV format, it's a kind of damp and dry sound with less vibrancy.

I’ve tried remastering, but it makes the Persona sound less similar and the emotional expression becomes flat. Because of that, I won’t be using this feature.
I’ve tested Legacy Editor, Editor, and Studio. With Editor and Studio, both sound quality and effects drop. Legacy Editor has the best quality, but using Fade Out there can introduce crackles across the whole song.
So right now, a one-time generation seems to give the best possible quality.🤣
Odd. Had a similar issue before with Studio specifically and doing an export from it, but using the Download function on the song in my library and selecting WAV for generation seems to do that to me, though I haven't tried anything else. Might be something silly happening again.

I think I’ve hit a prompt-state bug.
I used the word “FUNK” in one prompt earlier.
Since then, Suno keeps injecting FUNK into generations
even when it is NOT in my prompt at all.
I’ve tried:
• completely different prompts
• different genres
• removing all funk-related words
• restarting the app/session
The output still behaves like FUNK is forced.
Feels like a stuck style token or cached prompt state.

They is no way to hit "Create" in mobile browser mode. This is in chrome on Android.
Even zooming out to force the desktop layout still gives a useless create button that doesn't do anything when you tap it.
When I enable "Desktop Mode" in the browser then it works as it's supposed to.
And also the new broken create circle covers the lyric box expand toggle when the lyric box is expanded, which is not great.

Bug? Full song repeats inside the same track
Hey all — I’m seeing a strange issue in Suno today and wondering if anyone else is running into this. On a new generation today (the default output where two songs are generated at once), each track starts normally and plays through intro, verse and chorus. After the first chorus, the song suddenly starts again from the very beginning, and from that point it plays the entire song through to the end. The result is a single audio file that contains part of the song followed by the full song again. This is not a playback issue, as it only happens on these newly generated tracks; older songs and other tracks play fine, and both outputs of the same generation show the same behavior. I’m using Suno v5 with a structured lyrics prompt and no intentional full-song repeats. This feels like an unintended internal restart or duplication during generation. Happy to share the prompt or audio example if that helps.
Just a heads up - this channel is for reproducible bugs found on the web platform, not about models or song quality. For that kind of thing reporting it as a bug via the context menu would be a lot more useful.

Personas Broken. I cannot create personas with songs I created and covered with suno. These are not uploaded songs. They are 1000% my creations. Only some random songs are allowed and I cannot figure out why they are ok and others are not. Any idea on whats going on?
I haven't gotten this much artifacting or bugs from slider usage in a long time. Now it's been like, totally unusable parts.

The notifications? Those should close when you click "Notifications" on the side menu. If the notification panel is stuck open, when did this start happening and what web browser (and browser version) are you using? Does this happen if you log in using an incognito/private browser window?
Same. Every single track generated today had been full of artifacts and faults.
Actually around late December of last year into this year and I've put up with it until now, but right now as i said it's getting pretty annoying. In terms of the Web Browser, it's Google Chrome, and No i've never used incognito/private browser at all.

I've encountered a critical bug with Studio, I think.
I've been doing a lot of vocal takes directly, mic to studio, and everything worked more or less as expected.
However, my latest takes (which I very much like) seem to be stuck as always uploading. I can play and hear them from the studio editor tracks, but I cannot manipulate them with AI in any way, as they are perpetually uploading.
There are no files in my workspaces corresponding to the recording numbers that I see in the project.
Attempting to export the timeline, the recordings separately or a time range produce .wav files with silence.
But I can still play these clips from the timeline directly.
This is very confusing and disheartening, those were the takes I wanted to use. Is there any way to recover them? If not, it seems that the only secure way to work with recording is through another DAW...
Maybe this could be relevant too: I saw a pop-up during one of the recordings, stating that the system suspects some copyrighted content in my recordings, but that's bonkers, because that was literally me improvising scat singing non-words into my mic. The pop-up did not explain which recording bothers it and why. If this can be the source of the issue, how do I clear such a false flagging?
Now that I refreshed the page, they are completely gone.
Could you try it with incognito/private mode? If that works I'd try clearing cookies/cache since it's likely something caused by information previously saved by the website. Also check if the browser has any updates and/or try a different browser. Last time I heard about this problem it involved a Chromebook that Google were no longer providing updates for, so just mentioning that in case it's relevant here.
I tried clearing cookies/cache, but it looks like that didn't help. Cause it keeps coming back 😔. I'll try the incognito mode option and see if that works and maybe a different browser to see if that helps. If those doesn't help, i guess i just have to continue with it 😔

Yes, I used a 9:16 image. I see this bug since the Suno team decided to remove the scaling functionality when uploading images. Maybe it's also resolution dependent but it shouldn't be, if they would know just a little CSS.
It won't fix things in the mobile app but try using a 4:3 image and see if that helps with fitting the image in the website.
I had an issue where it was cutting off the top of my image in the 9:16 format for some reason.

But after trying everything else I tried 4:3 and that worked.
I just upgraded so I could use suno studio. I'm trying to replace a drum track, and everytime I select it and click replace, the generation times out and it tells me my credits are refunded.
is there a way to get it to generate new drum track? Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks! I know, there are workarounds, but nevertheless this should be fixed by the Suno developers team. It should be displayed correctly on all devices, especially when the preview is displaying it correctly.
Try adding a new track ("Add Track" on the left) and create a new drum track on the new, empty track it creates. "Replace" is typically for replacing small sections of audio within a single track and there may be a limit to the length that can be replaced using that.

Perhaps, not a bug, but let me explain what happened.
I have one track with a persona attached to it. I loved that track.
I wanted to remake a new persona from it (since it has been updated), so I thought deleting the persona permanently to remove it from the track, and then it will allow me to recreate a new persona.
However it did not happen like that, the persona stayed attached to the track and so by I lost permanently the persona.
I can't recreate any newer persona from this track, not in remix neither, or upgrade v5
Nofications seem borked. It'll show the toast, but the list never updates.
input pulldown for devices enabled on studio tracks remains empty, and thus the list does not populate and the track remains unarmed for recording.
Hi dear development team the personas are a mess. All the songs I cleated today did not maintain the voice also the song totally goes out of tune and place after about 30 seconds. Please fix this or give us the previous persona version 😭
When my refund was supposed to arrive, it literally went through automatically, and they also charged me $10, not $8... for Black Friday. im also still having the issue where a specific song i made long ago is somehow still claiming its a remix of another persons song. doesnt seem to matter how its cropped or covered with a persona. its obviously not a cover or remix of the song it claims to be.

Hey up Devs - I noticed over the last few days that every track i make now has god awful static, jitter and random clicks in the audio making them unusable. I have probably wasted 800 creadits since and every track is the same. Its getting worse. Are you aware?

So the search filters get reset whenever you delete the whole word from the search field. Not the search overhaul I wanted, in fact even more bugs introduced.

Replacing sections is a total disaster right now. Most of the time I generate new replacement options, beyond the initial two, the new generations disappear from the list of alternates if I click the play button on one of them. So I might get something I like but I can't use it because it keeps disappearing from the list...
the library interface (as well as the trash) is still relatively unusable with a screen reader. no more tables so no more easy navigation, and most of all no more multiple selecting. i have to delete all my disliked gens one by single one, having to do a lot of maneuvers with my keyboard such as find what i assume to be the three dots button for the song i want, then go straight to the very bottom of the page, and scroll up with my arrow keys to find the option i want. hopefuly the "move to trash" is the very last button, so i don't have to go up and down and up and down through the now not ergonomic at all submenues!
conclusion: no thanks at all, suno! i love struggling more and more to use a tool that was way easyer to navigate in in the first place. please fix your html coding

My assumption is that the "deal" is starting to bring changes. Maybe they are going thru data and removing things. I too am noticing that most generations are falling flat, even with my own curated prompts that used to work flawlessly before. Even the communication with Suno seems different. The mods here are doing there best but something seems off.

Remasters and covers seem to get worse and worse. If a track has a bit of hiss in the background and you want to get rid of it through doing remasters and/or covers, SUNO now takes that hiss and turns the volume of it up to 11. I'm getting results where basically the hiss is louder than the rest of the instruments. I've even manually tried to minimize the hiss as much as possible in a DAW before doing the remasters, and yet SUNO seems to WANT THAT HISS and will pull it out and turn that stuff up, up, up! SUNO, sometimes you really suck and cost a buttload of credits to get the simplest things done.
I was extending a song today and when I finally found the extention I wanted to merge. I could not find the "Get Full Song" Option. It Disappeared !! Wow ! Presto ! Gone !! My Work Flow came crashing to a Halt. What the heck ? Anyone else experience this ??

Nice video! Auto-moderation is always hard to understand. Did you get any error message? Could it be lyrics based, i.e. "vikings" or "aurora" triggering some mistaken "copyrighted entity name detected"? Could even be misheard lyrics, but I suppose Suno generated the track? Not sure how mature their "video inspection" would be, but I could envision it detecting similarities to movies/series. I'm not so good at faces, but at 1.00 I thought it was an actor from LoTR.
Technology that is not perfect requires a mechanism for correction. None is available here, meaning that the outrage stands.
This is terrible! I’ve been experiencing very slow download speeds for my stems for more than a week. On most occasions, the download connections will be lost. I have a 5Gbps connection and have no issues downloading and streaming from any sites. I sent an email several days ago to Suno regarding this issue but there’s no response from Suno.
There is a bug when selecting a song for cover. The window keeps old cover style instead of style of song for which we are building cover.
Well folks, it pains me to say it but I have had to report SUNO to the Apple store for fraud. Like many of you who attempted to upgrade to the Premier plan over Black Friday, my account was never upgraded. I have had a ticket open for almost 4 weeks and neither billing or support has responded. They left me no choice but to report them to Apple, as it is the fastest way to get my money back. I encourage any of you who attempted to make a similar upgrade via the Apple store to file a similar claim. Perhaps this will be the only way for them to take this seriously. In the meantime, I will be sure to post all over social media about this wherever SUNO pokes its greedy head.
I can't say this is a web bug, but it's a bug. When I select instrumental when I am prompting for a song, I seem to always hear a voice or whistling. Those are not instruments. It is not singing, but instrumental is traditionally the lack of human auditory sound. I’m not sure how many credits I have wasted trying to get no human voice.

The suno app is pretty bad and what you didis probably the best way to fix the problem. Im not going to tell people not to use the app but i wouldn't recommend it over the version you can use on Pc with a standard web browser.

No matter what I do or don't do, Suno wants my song to be country. This has happened before, apparently somebody on the coding team has a major country fetish. I uploaded an 80s power-pop song by my old band with male vocals, no prompts. I get hard country replete with steel guitars replacing the twin harmony electric guitars. So I exclude every conceivable country variation, even Americana, plus Male vocal toggle. Still no progress, all 100% country. WTF?!? So I blow away that session and start anew, this time with smart prompts describing 70s classic rock with 80's pop/rock groove, noting the "sizzling" twin harmony guitar solo, but instead get Texas swing Telecaster solo that ignores the brilliant harmony guitar solo from audio. Some coder at Suno must have a major h@rd-on for country and slips in this crap during updates? Or something? I usually get great results, but this insistence on one genre (country) which cannot be deterred can't possibly be "random", which is the core of AI. Dammit. Are they really TRYING to make a bad AI app?!? Are they intentionally sabotaging the app because of some internal issue with corporate?
Oh, I forgot to mention, before I toggled on the Male button, I was getting country divas who have nothing whatsoever to with with the 80s male power-pop vocalist on the uploaded demo. Quite a leap. (sigh)

[Bug Report] Cover art and HOOKS thumbnail not reflecting selected images correctly

Thank you for your continued work on Suno.
I am a Suno user and would like to formally report the following issues.
■ ① Cover Art Not Fully Updating
When updating or changing a song’s cover art, the action itself completes successfully.
However, the updated image does not consistently reflect across all areas:
The new cover art appears correctly in the song edit/details screen
On the song display page and/or in the downloaded video (Download Video),
the original cover art from the time of generation continues to appear
In some cases, this persists even after waiting for an extended period
■ ② HOOKS Thumbnail Uses an Unintended Image Area
When setting a thumbnail (eyecatch) for HOOKS,
the system appears to use an unintended portion of the image,
different from what the user explicitly selected.
The selected image or crop area is not applied correctly
An automatically chosen or incorrect area is used instead
Re-selecting or reapplying the thumbnail does not always resolve the issue
■ Troubleshooting Already Attempted
To rule out local or client-side issues, I have tried:
Hard refresh and clearing browser cache
Checking in incognito/private mode
Using different browsers and devices
Logging out and logging back in
Re-uploading images with different file names and formats (PNG / JPG)
Despite these steps, the issues described above still occur.
■ Reproducibility
These behaviors have been observed across multiple songs.
Similar reports have also been shared among users both in Japan and internationally.
■ Additional Notes
At this time, it is unclear whether these behaviors are:
Intended specifications (e.g. automatic cropping or fixed thumbnail logic),
Cache or propagation delays, or
Unintended bugs.

One thing i see is at 0:38 the viking is shirtless, chest and nipples showing. A uploaded photo for cover art like this could get censored. Being a male form doesnt seem to make a difference. Maybe the video is doing the same.
Hi, I’m getting a system error when I click Create in Suno.
Error message: “An error occurred. A system error occurred.”
It happens consistently, even after refreshing, changing browser, and simplifying the prompt.
Could you please check if this is a backend or account-related issue?
Before the probably recent sneaky update the non occidental instruments worked fine (shamisen, koto, dohl, sitar, etc...) and now ? even if i put 3 or 4 times (!!!) the instrument in prompt... suno said "nope". Someone got the same ?. The sound overall seems gritty like the old v3.5 again, there is micro-cuts everytimes, the intro restarting from 30 seconds and the list continues... is it just me or ?...
Have you tried downloading the stems, and deleting the vocal track?
But does it also give you problems that generates songs of a few seconds and gives you back the credits or just me?

i think the negative style prompts impacts the generation in this way sometimes in unexpected ways

Also, across the board, there are glitches throughout every track. Quality has degraded horribly in the last day.
The funny thing is, I reduced the length of the lyrics because it kept pushing beyond 7 minutes.

I've been through 24 iterations of this track; all glitchy junk. Arguments here tend to fall on deaf ears. I was just hoping for some confirmation from other users that I was not alone in dealing with these issues. Even if you do get a team reply, it is the holidays, so it won't be in any way timely. Gotta kiss those credits goodbye and return later.

I deleted all Lyrics and Styles, but the end result, had instruments and sound effects from an old song (where they DIDN'T work), very odd.

Hey Suno dev team, I'm seeing a lot of API failures (403 forbidden) for a lot of the actions, like publish for example. Before that , I do see JS failing to load due to Content Security Policy directive, so I'm guessing the APIs are not getting authenticated properly.
I have tried clearing the cache, tried different browsers and tried over VPN just to make sure it was not an issue with location or ISP. Noticed this while submitting for the Holiday Remix Contest, where i hit publish but it never actually got published. I have tried this on Chrome Version 143.0.7499.170 and Firefox 146.0.1

Yeah idk why I’m getting so many gibberish lyrics lately and I haven’t changed a single thing…like the words are typed exactly the same but they just decide to not say words or change them or mispronounce them entirely…wasn’t an issue in the past

I’m preparing my songs for distribution and noticed a recurring issue: the generated vocals have crackling artifacts baked directly into them. This isn’t about mixing or editing, the noise is already present in the vocal layer before any processing. Since I want to release these tracks publicly, it’s a big concern for quality. It’s not just one song, it happens across multiple generations, so I wanted to share this here in case the team can look into it.
To give more context: I’ve been working on several songs with v5 over the last 10 days. Once I noticed the strange crackling sound, I tried generating multiple covers and even remastering, but the noise was still there in different parts of the songs. I also generated stems and confirmed the crackle sits directly on the vocal stem itself.
I could have fixed it on Suno studio but because each new cover or remaster has slight differences in melody and tone of voice, I can’t splice in clean parts from one generation to fix another, they don’t match up. That means the issue can’t be solved by editing or patching; the crackle is baked into the vocal output itself. Since I’m preparing these tracks for distribution, this is a serious quality concern. I don’t want sound repetitive, I just wanted to provide these details so the team has a clearer picture to investigate

At some point in the song, an underwater effect is created, although it returns to normal a few seconds later.
Happens to me also when extending. Hits between 10-15 seconds in.

Still wondering, when trendings will be fixed. Global trendings: Songs with Studio, local trendings (in my Case German): Looks Like Not, local trendings: i tried Songs with crop, legacy Editor crop, Just use persona, use Cover etc. But never appeard in the Last weeks, No Matter how many Plays, Views or what Play/Like Ratio it was. 🤣 But a Song, 2 days old with 2 Plays and 1 Like appeared there?!?!?! Yeah, that’s what I meant. You can choose any section of the audio you want for your persona, especially if there’s a specific tone of voice you like. But when I tried making the clip shorter than 30 seconds,like around 20 seconds,it kept crashing for me. So I just keep mine at 30 seconds to avoid the error.

I'm having some issues with Suno Persona lately. When creating music in Vietnamese, the rate of pronunciation errors is suddenly much higher than before. Previously, I could fix it by regenerating 2 or 3 times, but now it seems almost endless—errors keep appearing with different words each time. Persona Extend is also failing continuously; it doesn't just extend my intended segment but adds lyrics from other attempts, and the rhythm is no longer as smooth as before, often becoming inconsistent and requiring manual adjustments. Is anyone else experiencing this, or is there anyone working on fixing these problems?
In addition, there are also audio distortion issues due to problems with disc error, making some parts sound raspy or distorted

The web player has a bug. When i am playing my songs from the subpage that lists all songs....in thumbnail mode...it stops playing back my songs due to not having loaded in the rest of my songs, and starts playing other people's song. and when i checked to the page it clearly looks to be caused by it only partially loading my song list because I had not scrolled down to the very bottom of the page.........so this is a legitimate bug in the web browser not fully loading your songs, and once the buffer is out or however the player queue is filled instead of checking if you had more songs to load it goes into autoplaying other people's songs (the behavior when you reach the end of playlist or end of your songs landing page)....how very disappointing nobody tested for this or even thought of the scenario when designing the feature....
The vocals in v5 are starting to sound really bad since a couple of days, also the sound again is degrading after like 40seconds
it did it to me again today, except the missing song was not to be found by unchecking all the filters....no refund was detected or made by the system for the missing half of the render....so this issue seems to have gotten worse from my first encounter

This happens consistently across multiple devices on the same account , so it doesn't seem device-specific. Waiting and retrying hasn't helped so far.

Hello, I have a problem. For the past few days, the quality of about 95% of the tracks I generate has been poor. This ranges from vocals suddenly sounding metallic or artificial, to instruments that don’t sound clear or sharp. Sometimes there’s even that familiar “underwater” sound.
I’m using V5, which I was extremely happy with. For several weeks, I was able to achieve really great results that I was satisfied with. So it’s not an issue with the prompts or anything like that. My software is up to date, and I’ve cleared and cleaned all cache and cookies, but none of this seems to make a difference.
Is there anything else I can do to make v5 sound the way it’s supposed to again? I’ve tried v4.5 as well, but that doesn’t seem to be much better either. Are more people experiencing this problem in recent days?

uncheck your filters it may have hid them there, i ran into something similar...new generations were going to the disliked filter even though there was no dislike....also had generations show up in workspace 5 minutes later...so far i have found the generations if it took the credits....

Okay, so i was having the error of this and my credits were not returned...
Another one about credits. Sometimes when you generate songs you get only one version created, while second one produces error (We experienced elevated usage). No credits refunded in this case, and you get only 1 song for 10 credits.

Songs cutting off, not pronouncing simple english cutting off at the same runtime over and over, starting the song again halfway through a mic. It's an eveyday thing,nota recent thing. When you apply that stuff to AI though, you have to get really precise about the definition of words like "pain" and "thought". Do LLMs "think"? well, I say my computer is "thinking" even when it's just crunching data.

i imagine Suno is a complex stack of software running on a whole range of different servers, there's a lot of points of failure in setups like that

web apps are easy on their own, but once you start having a huge infrastructure behind them, that's when you get issues.
Even traditional database servers can become a pain when you have a tonne of users all trying to access them, but when you've got that, and then LLM integrations, API calls out to AI image and video generation services, and whatever crazy magic suno got going with their own AI for the actual music generation, it's a lot of things that have all gotta hang together just right for it all to work. I've built systems at that level of complexity and they're hard work to get reliable!
since credits don't rollover they need to provide a refund for the day about 100 credits will make it right, weekend is prime song creation time for most of us.....if we don't demand it won't happen

Please add an option to turn off all songs ability for others to remix my songs without going to each song and turning off visibility and permissions option then turning off remix permissions and comment permissions.
May I know why it shows (no style) to my songs in the profile section? Is there a fix to it?

The credits should revert when reloading the page. I've noticed them tick down and down and down, reporting bugged out clips and such, then after a reload balance has increased. If that doesn't happen, then this is likely a bug.

I have been on a Pro account for a while. I was charged for my Pro subscription then the next day I upgraded to Premiere and was charged a prorated amount to cover Premier subscription. After I updated from Pro to Premiere my account instantly reflected the upgrade but Studio does not load. Is there a sync issue going on?
Suno still can't create separate instrument tracks for an existing song. If I want to add a new drum track and select the whole song, Suno only does part of it!!!! WTF???

Sorry to hear about your billing issues, but you're actually in the wrong channel. bugs-web is for reporting bugs you found on the web platform, not general issues. If you've already submitted a ticket, the next best place to try and get a follow up is in #archived-ticket-help. I'd try there first before giving up!
Suno works on an audio diffusion model where everything you hear is created at the same time - it's not cleanly isolated into separate tracks like you'd find in a DAW, so on a technical level it's difficult to just "add a new track". If it's throwing instruments you don't want in there you can try exclude styles. That does a pretty good job stripping things out. I managed to get a consistent solo piano generation with the prompt "Instrumental solo felt piano soundtrack", so maybe you can tweak that to what you want and see if it works for you.

Really strange. Have you tried logging in using a private window or hard resetting your cache? If that doesn't work it's likely something borked on your account rather than surface-level and you'll need to contact support to check it out

anyone tried the new voice persona with making a cover? Somehow the output will get screwed with weird sounding composition that's totally off! Once you remove the voice persona or switched it back to its legacy mode, only then will things finally work.
If reloading the page doesn't work, I've read people having trouble like this evaporate simply by restarting their web browser.
I'm guessing by the chatlog that they've pushed a bunch of new stuff to production, and one of which I'm noticing is that the "Generating video, pls wait" message is now overlaid on top of the context menu I'm attempting to initiate another download through. xD
So the clip generation could just be passing intermittent stuff.
Going by memory, doing a search akin to "in:#bugs-web persona" will likely lead you to a lot of similar feedback.
Just make sure to report every dang tootin' song/clip that goes bonkers or otherwise doesn't result in anything that vaguely can be considered the expected result via the 3-dot menu > report > bug and tick the appropriate boxes. Can also be done inside Studio via the right side menu box thing where you find clip info and EQ.
It seems to be the only way to communicate issues in a way that doesn't get written off as bad prompting or user-error.
It is a one-way street though, except for maybe seeing credits reappear every now and then - though I can't say for certain it's due to the reported clips or something else. :D
I'm using an Android phone with an internet interface, but I'm unable to log in multiple times when I'm away from home. I registered with my phone number! I've tried logging in several times but haven't received a password response. How can I resolve this?
If you're out of country, it could be that the carrier isn't forwarding the message as it could become relatively expensive, or just drop it due to it being destined to a different part of the world as some part of a security/anti-scam measure.
I'm not entirely sure how SMS works in this context, but you could try to get a VPN sub (Mullvad would be my choise), connect to wherever you live after turning off cellular. Theory being that perhaps then the message is forwarded via IP rather than the cell networks.
Another hindsight thing that dawned on me is that your carrier might have a website type SMS client? At least my old business sub had that, so I could easily respond and keep track of SMS without having to actually grab my phone or use other magic to relay it via my phone.
If the SMS never arrives regardless, the solution would be to add another login method, which could be achieved remotely if you have a computer at home which is logged in and can get someone to fire up AnyDesk or TeamViewer on it.
Last ditch effort would be to contact your cell carrier and ask them if they can check if there are any messages which haven't been passed on to your device or otherwise dropped, then follow the breadcrumbs from there. :S

V5 Generations are producing random artifacts, that sounds like an intermittent bad cord connection or something.
Yeah, it seemed to start after Suno was down yesterday(?). Personas gets glitches/weird noises in every song, like crackling sounds, and now overall without personas all my tries today has been really buggy. Lots of "ooh aa eeh" intros which I havent had for some time now, and random cuts in the songs, many of my songs suddenly generated as only 20 seconds long etc
I only have room for 8 songs on my featured songs list. When I go on android app to look, I can see 2 deleted songs at the top. Is there any way to fix this?

I don't know what's going on. I can't get extend working on any of the interfaces. The extension I'm asking for is about 1–1.5 minute long (final verse and outro) to immediately following a chorus. All I get are 4–20 seconds long outro clips. I tried the current and classic editing interfaces and nothing works.
I'm also having serious problems getting the lyrics to align. I'll correct the lyrics using the legacy interface (I can't get it to work any other way), but if I try to do a cover, it winds up saving with the wrong lyrics assigned to it, even if the lyrics were right on the song, making it very difficult to edit.
Editing a song lately is becoming a huge mess. I didn't have these kind of problems two months ago.
Phonetics and rhythm is fun. Try massaging the text (adding an extra space, splitting a word into two or using words that sound similar, etc), adding pauses through [some instructions 2 lines above the problematic line of text] or adding em dashes at the end of lines prior, or the line/word it struggles with to force it to not jump straight to the next word, etc.
Ie:

Or:
Line with problematic—
timing
Just getting Suno out of the rut where it repeats mistakes because it's acting on the same input (the song itself, current style prompt and lyrics, etc), tend to untangle the alignment issues.
My troubles have been similar, but mainly related to Suno skipping parts of words in order to be on time for what it expects to be the next word and to start pronunciation at the exact moment as the old song if parameters (depending on situation, exploration recommended) are set too high values (Ie Audio Similarity when covering, unless you want something that sounds entirely different bordering on a new song - it has to be high, thus massaging input is the only solution).
The problem is Sunos adherence to context and not understanding the concept of "flow" and rhythm past equations. Breaking the old context forces it to generate a new one (here specifically relating to lyrics) - which is more expensive computationally and likely an incentive for it to adhere to existing context in favor of doing what makes sense - even from the perspective of music as math.

Hi there. Just a theory, but does it work if you leave out the first 0? I've never used suno with my phone number before, but I know some services automatically add the 0 for you, so putting it in yourself can trip them up occasionally.

Tapping on “put it in my Hooks playlist,” doesn’t. On any platform. That I can see anyway. They don’t appear in my hooks feed anywhere or on my home page hooks feed. Maybe they are just randomly entered into the fray.

BUT the problem with the song still, even if the persona is 100% gone, we still can't delete the song related to that. The error keeps saying: "One or more clips are associated with personas. Delete the personas first to enable clip deletion."

I contacted support by email regarding a login issue with my Suno account, but I haven’t received a response for a long time. As a result, I’m still unable to access my account or resolve the issue.
It’s been over a week with no reply, and I have an active paid subscription.
I would appreciate it if Suno just communicated better. While the overall quality is going down the drain rendering all my generations simply unusable, yet I’m still paying the same for credits. But I guess they can afford this kind of behavior with no serious competition around. Happy New Year!

This is happening on web, I wish phone app had Personas. However I made the persona for what voice I want. But when I use it for another song I don’t just get the voice I get the music to. I don’t want the music. Just the voice. And it was like that before but now it’s not. I can’t use just the voice I want. It’s making me use the same sound of the song. I emailed support and I was told to send links so I did. However it’s been over a month and I have not heard anything back since. But I sent couple more messages to the email support and nothing. So I’ll try it here.

It's amazing how an AI can be so intelligent, musical, awesome in making a song from scratch in any genre, but in the same time so dumb as a stone, not being able to finish the last 2-5 seconds of a song it just made. It can even cover the song. But ending a song... no way.
All endings (extends) now are either 2 or 22 seconds and not usable.
Why the heck are all the same length ??? That is not normal with a random seed. This must be purpose!
Later edit: I added another part at the end of the song, because it was not able to finish the song as I wanted and not ALL extends are 40 s long !
This cannot be random. So Suno must have preseted the length of last extend near the end of the song. This is a credits monster, by the way.

Same. Personas seem to be broken at the moment. It sounds really bad, both the legacy and the Personas upgraded to v5. I hope they fix this, because it's kind of a big deal.

studio has a major memory leak problem or something. the past couple of nights I've tried using studio and it lags out and memory usage went up to near 10GB at one point before the browser tab crashed "out of memory". tried this on 3 different browsers and happens everytime.
the long you're in studio, the higher the memory usage goes. it keeps ticking up every second.
Yes I came here to say the same. My personas sound shockingly bad. weird glitchy sounds, pops, sounds like tin foil is being rustled in the background. Terrible quality.
I wish I could go back to legacy personas as well. I hate the 30 second window thing

+1 here too. Studio gets more and more laggy until it crashes out to Aw Snap page. I'm not doing anything generative (cover/replace/create), literally just editing and playing back in Studio. It crashes even when I'm filling in the submit feedback form 😅
