its not that hard and it gets easier when you know the scales, you only have to find the main note like tuning a guitar

but a common issue is beginners assuming its in the major key etc

That's another problem with Suno, is how it disproportionately rewards the newest songs possible. You miss out on time on the new songs page if you take time to clean up the lyrics, generate art, write description etc before publishing. You can create a song, take care of all that stuff, then just open the song in Studio and export it as a new song. Gives it more time on the new songs page.

A high play count could mean it just got a lot of replays, or it ended up on an auto-play playlist and someone fell off the end of their own playlist, and usually people just exit when suno does that rather than stick around since they were doing other things. NEW TO SUNO. I have been learning Ableton 12 with a friend and started to produce a song/tune. I had the idea and some lyrics but had difficulty in relating it to my friend/teacher so I thought I would try AI and found suno. I uploaded the basic track that I had produced in ableton and the unfinished lyrics with my description to suno, just to see how I might get direction and assistance. It came up with a very good track (although none of my introduction or the basic drumbeats were used). I would like to keep this track and edit with more composed lyrics and an extra verse. I have used countless credits trying to re do the song as it brings the type of sound and guitars that I would want. Can this be done. It always changes and loses the impact of the original track. Can you not just say use original style and tune of track but with extra lyrics? sorry this is long but I will have to write my next song and call it frustration.
