When you installed the new GPU, did you use DDU to remove the old drivers? That shoud be the first thing you do on GPU swap and also first thing you do if you have an error that appears to be GPU specific.

Be sure that during the process you disable your ethernet or wifi so you computer has no internet access during the install, otherwise you risk Windows installing the GPU driver from Windows Update. It wil have a Safe Mode option, but usually not necessary.

Game gets stuck at 100% loading when joining a multiplayer server. I've restarted the game, verified cache, restarted PC and tried joining both full and empty servers. The game is also stuck at 10fps if that's of any importance.

I have also lowered the graphics to the lowest to see if it's a hardware issue. I have 85fps in SP with high settings though

THE MX110 supports DirectX 12 at feature level 11_0, that's not sufficient.
But the Intel one does.
Not sure what "failed to provide some output" means, first guess is that you only have one monitor and that runs on the nvidia one?
I would have to check code what that means and I'd rather get home soon. I could maybe help you tomorrow

I need some help for an issue, many people seem to get the same. When i attempt to join a server (no matter how many ppl in the server) I can join, hear ppl in voice chat, see point get captured etc.. But can't see anybody (they can see me and hit me) and static weapon etc.. are buggy (can't enter in or when i can, it's freezed). And after like, 30s i get kicked with the message "Internal error occured".

having HOTAS controllers connected when running the game seems to cause some issues like can't move vehicles with forward and reverse. Unplugging the controllers resolves the the issue.

Problem is the timing, in an hour its the middle of the night in europe and thus the devs of course arent in the office and working anymore, would have been good to time the release better

PSA: When you get game or workbench crashes, you should get a crash reporting dialog, fill that out with information about what you did and maybe how to reproduce the crash.

"failed to provide some output" means that DirectX found no output devices (monitor's) on the GPU.
As I expected, apparently there is no actual screen running on that specific GPU? Maybe your laptop is running it on the Nvidia one only somehow
